Thank you for that additional info, yes, before trust wallet is open-source but with Binance taking over that's one of the changes that has happened. I've read old threads about it that says, they really are open source. Sad to say that they're still saying that they are an open source through their dev page.
Yes, trust wallet was an open source project till Binance aquisition in 2018. At first, they claimed that only the android version is no longer open source and they made its repository private to prevent scammers from copying it  which I find unconvincing. But if you check their github, you will see that even the iOS version hasn't been updated for more than three years.

I don't use this wallet but if it's about the local jurisdiction on who can use it, there could be some info that can be found there if that's what Op wants to look at.
I read their ToS and I think this is the most important part:
We may still refuse to let certain people access or use Trust Wallet
MetaMask started blocking access from certain sanctioned countries and I wouldn't be surprized if trust wallet does the same.
2522  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is my wallet still safe??? on: March 18, 2022, 09:14:48 PM
As a rule of thumb, never share your wallets private keys/seeds with anyone else no matter who they are.
On the other hand, public addresses, as their name suggests, are public and meant to be shared with others. Otherwise, how could they send coins to your wallet!

Do i really need to transfer my funds to another address and dispose the wallet address that i sent? coz i dont want to expose my funds and be monitored by others.
All your transactions are stored on the blockchain which is a public ledger. So, anyone who knows your address can easoly look it up on any block explorer to know how much you own and not moving your coins will not hide it.

I also cannot access the link of your site base on you original post.
If you are not from a restricted country then try changing your dns servers, it worked for other members (pls, check previous replies). Or as OP suggested contact their support via email

Tried also visiting this
Code:
http://go.wowcasino.com/bitcointalk
but I am not able to reach it. I noticed that your site has no SSL certification.
They do have a valid ssl certificate. I think it's just a typo and they forgot to add the "s". But this shouldn't be a problem because even if you click on the http link it will automatically redirect you to the https.
2524  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOWCasino.com | WOW Crypto Casino Official Thread on: March 18, 2022, 06:50:08 PM
Sorry to see that some of the latest posts on this thread have been negative in tone.

For avoidance of doubt, WOW Casino is not affiliated with CSNO. The Photoshopped photo is unfortunate, but not something within our control Sad
Imo, the negative tone is understandable and totally justified. But your clarification will certainly help clearing things up. You did the right thing by removing that award from the announcement thread and hope it will be removed soon from the website's main page.

We'd particularly like to draw your attention to the provably fair games from our latest provider Spribe such as Aviator, Plinko and Keno.
I took a lok at Aviator game and read how its provably fair system works and to be honnest I don't think it's 100% fair, but that's for another discussion.
Also, I noticed that from the provably fair settings page you can't select or copy the hashed server seed. Can you fix this?
2525  Economy / Gambling / Re: Paddleboat Mississippi, new poker site with low fees and good privacy on: March 18, 2022, 04:16:30 PM
I love the fact that you can play via email and also against bots....... such an awesome feature.   Wink
I just revisited the website to test this feature. I created a new game with friends and provided some of my email addresses. When I checked my email accounts, I didn't see any invitation emails. Not sure what's the cause of the problem, it could be a bug or just a problem with their email server/service provider. I don't think they want to keep their customers waiting for their friends who will never join because they didn't receive any invitation.
Also I noticed that if you create a new game and go back to create a new one the website hangs although it creates the table and you can access it only from the My games (!) menu!
2526  Other / Meta / Re: Problem with plugin uBlock Origin on: March 18, 2022, 10:51:10 AM
I believe it's either because of the username (promo123) or the topic title (Peer-to-Peer Advertising, and Social Network Powered by Bitcoin + Stacks).
I've never used uBlock Origin before but it looks like it uses some kind of filter to block/hide elements that contain certain words!
2527  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question on: March 17, 2022, 11:45:22 PM
Since it's closed source, I don't think anyone can tell you whether it's safe or not with total certainty. What I know is that it was created in late 2017 and since then no security issues have been reported ( pls correct me if am wrong here). So, personally I wouldn't mind using it for small amounts.
I don't know what you mean by legal! but trust wallet is non custodial wallet so no one can seize your funds as long as you have saved a copy of your seed. Even if trust wallet doesn't work anymore, you can easily import your wallet into any other app.
2528  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOWCasino.com | WOW Crypto Casino Official Thread on: March 17, 2022, 09:58:44 PM
You took the best attitude and I congratulate you for that, putting a title that is not, that would be bad for your business, but you corrected it in time, which makes you someone with a lot of courage

What you do not know is that they used the plagiarized photos to represent their team which put their creditability under a lot of questions?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5389155.msg59541302#msg59541302

As expected, WOWCasino has not replied to the thread ever since, even though he was online today. Look like the scam is busted before they even started.

It's not wowcasino who used the fake photo but the reviews website CSNO who named them as "the best new crypto casino". So this nomination is questionable, to say the least.
Wowcasino should reply and address this issue (most likely they will say they weren't aware of this and they are not related to CSNO). But the leat they can do for the moment is to remove the csno award from OP and from their website since it's causing more harm than good.
2529  Economy / Gambling / Re: Paddleboat Mississippi, new poker site with low fees and good privacy on: March 17, 2022, 08:00:06 PM
OP hasn't logged in for almost so not sure if he is still following this thread and reading our suggestions!
But in case he does, I want to know why the deposit page generates three types of bitcoin addresses (bech32, p2sh, legacy). I don't think this is needed since almost all wallets support segwit and hence only a bech32 address should be enough.
Also, when I tryed the game (for free), I noticed that the page reloads with each action (deal, fold, call..) which I found unpleasant.
2530  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: I accidentally transferred btc to an old Electrum adress.. on: March 17, 2022, 04:26:41 PM
If the address you copied is part of your wallet and Electrum is fully synced then the transaction should appear on the history tab.
But there is this:
I know for sure the adress is correct, because I copy and pasted it from the same place the previous transaction got it's adress from (that's why I made this stupid mistake)
Did you verify the address after you pasted it and made sure it's the same as the one you copied? There is a clipboard malware that changes the addresses on your clipboard with a malicious address which belongs to the attacker. Here is a topic explaining how this malware works: How to lose your Bitcoins with CTRL-C CTRL-V.
2531  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Intentionally make a transaction slower on: March 17, 2022, 12:40:42 PM
You can use either nLockTime or CheckLockTimeVerify opcode based on your needs.
Specifying an nLockTime value greater than the current block height will ensure your transaction will remain invalid and can't be mined till the block height become less than or equal to nLockTime.
CLTV, on the other hand, is used to time-lock the output(s) of the transaction not the transaction itself. Meaning that your transaction can be confirmed but the receiver can't spend the outpu(s) before the specified block height.
You can read more about TimeLocks here:
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Timelock
You can create a time locked address with coinb.in (do it offline) and the coins you send to the generated address will be locked until the block height/date condition is met.
2532  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: الاتحاد الأروبي و حظر التعدين on: March 16, 2022, 11:59:26 PM
2533  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Winoearn.com] Provably fair Games/ Daily lottery/ Dice/ Free Hourly Tickets on: March 16, 2022, 09:16:43 PM
Logging in as a guest is definitely a good feature as it will let visitors to test out your website without having to create an actual account. But, I strongly suggest disabling the wallet button or at least hiding the deposit address since there is no real need for it and it may result in some users losing their money.
I suppose the same address appears for all users logged in as guests and an unwarned user may send some coins to it. The deposited money will most likely be lost (another user may withdraw it).
2534  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: طريقة ذكية للنصب [تحذير] on: March 15, 2022, 11:55:42 PM
^^
Smiley

2535  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: رسوم الاثريوم on: March 15, 2022, 09:59:25 PM
2536  Local / العربية (Arabic) / Re: أمر غريب بخصوص ميتاماسك on: March 14, 2022, 10:59:50 PM

2537  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Winoearn.com] Provably fair Games/ Daily lottery/ Dice/ Free Hourly Tickets on: March 12, 2022, 10:57:27 PM
Even if the design of this site is beautiful + with all information you mentioned (Faq, ToS, etc), I believe it wont make any effect.
Why? Simply because what they offer (the games) are not attractive at all.
You are absolutely right. It took me few minutes to understand how their dice game works and how to place a bet on it although it's supposed to be the easiest and most basic game on casinos. You can only set the bet amount and click roll, it lacks the basic options so not sure if it will attract any players.
It seems they are focussing more on lottery which is their main game but I don't know why they chose such complicated provably fair algorithm!
2538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have a question on: March 12, 2022, 10:30:56 PM
The address itself do not contain any information about the owner. It's just a bunch of random characters. But its history (transactions in and out) which is publicly available on the blockchain may help to identify the owner or to know more about him.
So, yes it's possible in some cases but not that easy and certainly not for everyone.

BTC gives you absolute anonymity
Unfortunately this is a common misconception. Bitcoin is not anonymous it's pseudonymous. If you want better anonymity then you should use coins like XMR, Zcash, Grin...
2539  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It's my first time on here I hope I get some responses on: March 12, 2022, 08:53:46 PM
For example, alot of people condemn or do not recommend storing private keys or phrases in a cloud storage(online), but I have all my seed phrases and private keys stored in an online cloud storage since 2015, and I've never had any issues, all you need is choose the right app, and you are good to go, I have access to all my private keys and phrases any time and any where I go, whether with internet access or not, whether with my phone or laptop computer.
I strongly recommend against doing that. Just because you didn't face any problem doesn't mean it's safe.

I lost many of my wallets just because I did something similar to what you suggested.
I sent the private keys/seeds of my wallets to my Yahoo email address to save them there (I don't know what I was thinking of back then but I thought it would be safe), Two years later, I logged in to my account and was shocked that all my emails had disappeared and therefore I lost my wallets. It turned out that Yahoo has a policy stating that all emails will be deleted if an account remains inactive for more than a year!
2540  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DUELBITS.COM STOLE 545$ FROM ME PROOF on: March 12, 2022, 07:25:24 PM
OP, sorry you had to go through this. I usually take the customer side but based on what you shared, I don't think duelbits were trying to scam you or steal your money.

Sports betting limits are a common thing among sportsbooks and casinos and the max bet you can make depends on many factors and it's determined by the sportsbook/casino based on different factors.

Regarding the wagering requirement, it's mentioned in their AML and KYC policies:
After a user deposits funds to Duelbits using any depositing option provided by the company, except CS:Go skins, there is a minimum percentage of the amount that must be wagered until a withdrawal for the said funds is requested.
But I agree with you, they had to mention how much you have to wager exactly before you become able to withdraw.

Sorry again and hope you'll be able to recover you losses.
