أعتقد أن القضية المتعلقة بينانص مختلفة عن القضية المتعلقة ب اف تي اكس. لهذا السبب العقوبة كانت مختلفة رغم ان ذلك لا يفسر سبب حصول المدير التنفيذي السابق لمنصة بينانص على هذا الحكم المخفف لهذا الحد.
إضافة إلى ذلك، لم أفهم سبب العقوبة من الأساس حتى أن كانت يوم واحد و ليس بضعة أشهر ان كان لا يوجد أي دليل يثبت الاتهامات الموجهة و ذلك حسب تصريح القاضي!

I know how annoying it is to have one of your accounts banned especially if you use it for work.
