It was clearly stated in their T&Cs, so I don't understand the confusion, and besides, every centralized and well-regulated crypto or casino service requires you to pass KYC at some point, it's part of security measures, and those who don't want to submit a KYC can clearly stop using centralized platforms and fvk off to avoid drama.
I am not saying it was not in their ToS and I'm not confused. I feel like casinos can use the KYC as a way to not pay a player sometimes and it's pretty shady. If they somehow were able to make a person verify their account prior to making a deposit, then once verified let them gamble and if they win pay them, that would be great. Much better then let them make the account, deposit, win, and not get paid due to some loophole in the casinos favor. There has to be a better system then what they are doing now because some legitimate players are getting screwed over. Of course there are abusers who will buy documents and try to cheat, but of your scumbag cheaters might be deterred. I don't see the big deal of kyc? You trying to avoid taxes? Underage? Gambling for an illegal jurisdiction? IMO those are the users who would likely have an issue performing kyc for a casino.

Isn't the KYC shit casinos are doing so much of these days due to licenses? I dislike the way that some casinos go about the kyc process and the fact that it turns into players getting funds confiscated. I feel like they shoukd have to pay the player his winnings and then ban the account once paid out as long as the win is legit.
I also feel like they should require kyc upon creation of the account. Deposits are disabled on all new accounts until kyc is passed if they are a casino that pushes kyc.

Obviously, they may require you to verify at one point. I don't know why you are not taking time to read the terms of service, the KYC/AML policy and the game rules that are readily available on the website. Asking Generic questions without even checking the website makes no sense. Asking generic questions and not checking the site is a generic way to get a couple easy posts for the sig campaign they're in. The mainstream here doesn't care or ask questions about responsibility/liability, but they're for the most part colluding into giving a pass for each others' scam operations.
None of us want to see companies scam other users. People earn their bitcoin and do not deserve to be robbed of it. The DT are also not handing out passes to users unless a story makes sense and the user in question has shown they have character and morals vs likely to scam or rob. If you'll notice, I was 1 of the 1st to tag Royse until I felt comfortable with some answers to questions. I was not in favor of some of the attitude I felt in some responses, but ultimately I felt Royse was not the person trying to scam anyone and was in fact scammed themselves. If Royse was a newbie here and had not proven themselves in the eyes of the community, then they likely would have been tagged by multiple DT with no questions asked. |

Looks like you guys might need to rethink your marketing plan. So far still only 1 investor for a small amount. Lakers is indeed a powerful team so its players should also represent the outstanding performances that the team needs. However, with Westbrook, even if he has not made outstanding performances in the previous games, but I don’t think Lakers will pursue trading Westbrook, instead the team will add more players that bring more asset to the team.
One more season with Russell Westbrook and let's see if his inconsistency last season will be changed. Actually, he won't have to put great numbers per game as long as he is consistent in providing good support for the team. In fairness to him, he can play the entire season without even experiencing a minor injury. Still athletic as always and not injury prone. He just needs to find a way to become his former self where he is draining shots consecutibely and has the ability to slash the paint to put up a score + foul. With Lebron James and Anthony Davis returning also on the court next season, I hope their trio will now worked effectively alongside their role player teammates. If Westbrook is still with the Lakers at the start of the season, I would expect it to be from the Bench. I don't think they feel he is the same player as 5 years ago. It also kinda says something about what the rest of the league thinks about him since there has been basically no market for him. I know his contract is big to take on, but if a team felt that he would help them win a deal would have been done by now. |

But if you find such accounts that participate in signature companies with more than one account, then you can catch them and punish them with a negative tag. This, if you are attracted to this type of activity, is more interesting fishing. By the way, you can reveal your account. Follow the speech.  This is what I would look for. Find cheaters. 1 could argue that a person who bought an account is already cheating the system, but alt accounts are legal and account sales is technically legal. I would refrain from digging dirt on nobody accounts IMO. If they have 0 positive trust and are not DT, there's really no point. Just make a thread like the alt accounts thread and post all your findings in 1 place. If an account like say LoyceV was a bought account, then you should most definitely report it and let the community know so we can take action. ( I am just using LoyceV as an example, I am certainly not accusing that account. Users with a large rep on this forum can be used to pull off a huge scam.) |
