2521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cold feet on: January 22, 2022, 09:17:13 AM
My cryptofolio is down 1/3+  Cry I officially understand the principle of not reacting emotionally. How have others kept their wits during downswings like this?

No choice but to accept the fact that you are at loss. However, until you literally sell it, it's just a paper loss.

Since you don't have any plans for now on selling it (which I will assume) maybe come back later on and totally forget your portfolio. Times like this already happened in crypto many times and what you need to do is to just try not to stress.

Things like that are really stressful to see but no one can help yourself but you.
2522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the potential of the Polygon? on: January 22, 2022, 09:09:16 AM
Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.
In your opinion, will Polygon reach the price of $100 in the next year?

No one knows. Only the fundamentals and the potential of the project can be discussed for now with a sense.

For price prediction, no such technical analysis can be applied. Imagine, creating an analysis from the current price of $1 to $100. That's an insane jump from the current $10B market cap to $687B within just a year or two.

Maybe possible but my advice is, always stick with a realistic price.
2523  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC Dip on: January 22, 2022, 09:04:24 AM
In 2021 Btc have many up & downfall ,still now it’s again moving toward the downfall ,as it was expected it will touch 100k at the end of 2021 ,does it still expected it will touch its peaks in March ?

That's the problem with you guys. Once there's a big prediction, you will really stick to the idea that it will happen 100%. And when it doesn't happen, there are lots of questions on the way. Although that was possible, just chill back and relax.

You just have to trust the process as "NO ONE" can predict accurately when the $100,00 or any moon price you prefer will happen.
2524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Thurman vs Barrios - Feb 5 on: January 22, 2022, 09:01:23 AM

Keith Thurman shouldn’t be on PPV against Mario Barrios

What can you say about these guys?

There are speculations that PPV buys won't that much that's why for Thurman to regain again his popularity, it should be aired on regular FOX, not with PPV. The cost of PPV is about $74 and providing Thurman didn't fight for almost 3 years, there are doubts if there will be more people that will watch the fight.

I like what the article is pointing out and that makes sense. Please read.
2525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: January 22, 2022, 08:38:40 AM

I think there's no need for a poll or asking the pulse of the community about these. All those listed features on the poll are a must and necessary.

If a certain online casino can do those, expect that's one step for having a good reputation in the community.

Gamblers always like the convenience so whatever good things that a site has made up to thru their hard brainstorming, execute it already and see the community's feedback about it. Smiley
"REPUTATION"

Once this word is been applied then those things been mentioned on the poll would really be inclusive which means all of factors could really be found because
people wont really tend to engage if they wont see these qualities on a gambling site specially fairness and that fast withdrawal process and
of course that no KYC which is always that preferred by most gamblers.

Yes, that's why there's no need for a poll.

As much as possible, if the site can cover all those features on the poll, that would be great and for sure, most gamblers will try to use the platform and eventually, will be hardcore players there.

There's no perfect site but some site can be closed on being perfect.
2526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 22, 2022, 08:36:17 AM

I just encountered the news that aside from the Magnolia Coach Chito Victolero, Phoenix Head Coach Topex Robinson was also being offered as an assistant coach for the Japan B-League.

And they disclosed the salary of an assistant coach in the Japan B-league which is $5,000 to $6,000 per month. Much higher to his salary as a Head Coach in Phoenix which is Php 200,000 a month which is around $3,900 as of the latest currency exchange rate.

Too tempting and this will be a hard decision for Coach Topex.
2527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 22, 2022, 08:30:54 AM
In my opinion, they need to let AD go and trade instead of the team expecting for him to be healthy all throughout the season where in fact he can't. Just get another younger big out there that will be a good fit for the team. Right now, Howard really needs more minutes but even him is past his prime already.

Like who? I don't think that idea will save the Lakers from being a mess. Even prior to Anthony Davis sitting out because of injury, they are struggling. If everything can be solved by trading a player, then it should be always the solution that a team always does but it's not that simple.

They need to find the solution with hard brainstorming on the desk. What are they lacking? What's the problem why they are inconsistent? What's up with the rotation? What's up with everything? And so on.

Firing a coach is an option but I don't also think it will change the whole Lakers. What they need is an adjustment but I can't understand why it takes too long for the chemistry to maintain its consistency.
2528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: January 22, 2022, 08:21:39 AM

After the official weigh-in, boxers established this weight:

Mark Magsayo @ 125.5 lbs
Gary Russell @ 126.5

Gary Russell was asked to burn 0.5 lbs within an hour to catch up with the weight. I'm sure it was already done.

Almost just a day before the fight we will now see if there will be new a WBC Featherweight Champion or it will be retained by the champion.
2529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: January 22, 2022, 08:19:02 AM
Here's the betting odds for the fight.

Quote
Errol Spence Jr (-400)
Yordenis Ugas (+270)

https://proboxingodds.com

As I checked the site, there's already an available date for the fight, April 24 3:00 UTC.

I checked the web to find any support regarding the date but found no links or sources.

I don't know where did they get the information as there's no official date yet released.
2530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Gas Fee is too High? on: January 22, 2022, 08:04:23 AM
Sometimes I feel not good after paying a High Fee on ETH, But I want's to know why this? Huh

I feel my emotions with this Huh

High gas fees on the ETH network will be an issue you will face for a long. Try an alternative network like BSC. If you are transferring literally the ETH, you don't have a choice but to face those high fees. To somehow ease the cost, only do transfers when it's necessary.

For token transfers, better consider moving them also when necessary.

It just shows how big of an impact Draymond Green is on the team. I am not sure if I am right about the numbers and I had just a glimpse of it during the game when it flashed on the screen. If I am correct it was 28-6 with Draymond playing and 4-7 without him. That explains everything why they are not doing well. We all know the plays mostly start with him because the defender won't even try to guard him because of his lack of shooting capability.
Now that he is out who will step up and fill that shoe that he left? I am losing my bets for them too, so I am really worried.  Grin

I agree. Draymond Green, regardless of his stats per game, is giving the Warriors a big impact while he's on the floor. He's strict to the point that he always discusses it with his teammates even during the game. He has something that brings and uplifts the Warrior's energy whenever he is present.

Anyways, not followed the Warriors game recently but is Draymond Green always present on their bench while undergoing recovery?
2532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 21, 2022, 11:28:40 PM
There's no other decision but to resume with a bubble format. Looks like the entire Philipines is having some problem with the omicron virus and everywhere it's spreading. If they will wait until the cases will reduce, then they might have to wait longer, they should act now and set a bubble for their come back.
Yeah, the surge is making things disable again. I've seen some news that it would likely be by February they're going to resume the league. But this is all due to the unexpected turn of events due to the Omicron virus. But hopefully this time, Marcial and his gang should start thinking always of a plan b for unwanted events to come while they're rolling the league. They should be the wiser people around as they're the ones that are making decisions for the pursuant of PBA.

As far as I browse some news, the recent one is, Marcial is just waiting until the end of the month before pushing the bubble setup in February. Actually, IATF is the one that gives a late update on the league. GAB allows the PBA to operate but it should be on the area under Alert Level 2.

I think by February, the league will resume. But I also read just recently while browsing the web that there's a possibility that the Governor's Cup will resume but imports won't be present as they are about to go home on their respective schedule. I will try to find that link.

2533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: January 21, 2022, 11:25:11 PM
The chance that odds will be changed after this revelation, I don't know if bookies will buy this reason or it can also be a trapped.

No change of the odds as far as my observation is concerned although we don't know if there's a slight movement later on.

Moving forward, we should be thankful that the odds for Magsayo are worthy to put a risk.

Either betting on him winning thru Knock Out @8 or Decision @6 is a worthy bet.

2535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you buying during this dip? on: January 21, 2022, 11:18:03 PM
Hey guys, I'm just curious what are you guys buying during this dip?  because I have added more Near to my bag and with some  eth,Aurora and Bnb, so what are you guys buying maybe I can consider adding it to my bag cause I still have a few usdt left...

Are you sure about it? It might mislead into something you don't want to.

Why not just add some to your current holdings? Diversification is good but you mentioned you only have a few USDT left. I'd rather add it to your current list instead of choosing another coin.

How much USDT left we are talking about here? If not much, then my advice is that.
2536  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low, Sell high? on: January 21, 2022, 11:15:45 PM
I keep seeing a lot of people who are fearing the price right now, many people who are getting out, and plenty that thinks it will crash even harder.

Actually, there's nothing wrong if they get out of the current price if they anticipate that the price will dip more. It does mean that they like to take advantage while at disadvantage since instead of expecting the price will boom the next day, they cut their losses to expect that they will cover it once the price dip more.

But if they sell it because of fear, that's another story.

Why does everyone think the same? I mean it shouldn't be like this right? I have been long enough to hear "buy low, sell high" a million times so far, and it has always been said when the market is low, but for some reason, people still do not feel hopeful when the price is low.

Let them experience mistakes. Later on, they will soon realize that instead of panicking, turned the bearish trend to their advantage by buying at the dip.

You can't blame them, especially those with a big paper loss already. It's not easy for them to just stand still without doing any actions.
2537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: January 20, 2022, 11:13:41 PM
Ugas is +270 to win. That's decent odds for an underdog who is also a champion. If people will underestimate him, then most likely they will not grab the Ugas odds, instead they'll risk their money on the -400 odds for Spence which means they'll bet $400 to win $100, it's too risky IMO.

Since there are gamblers who really think that Ugas won't stand a chance against Spence, they are willing to risk a decent amount regardless of the return. For average gamblers, that was a tough choice but for big players, that's no problem with them.

Maybe for an alternative at those who eyeing for Spence to win but have no budget to feel the profits once he wins, can consider betting at what rounds the fight should be ended or look at other possible betting options that a gambling site will offer.
2538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 20, 2022, 10:52:36 PM
He was not able to adapt with the Magnolia that's why he was traded to the Phoenix.. well, maybe because Magnolia would choose to get Abueva and send some of their players. The thing is, Banchero will never be the main man in a team, he is always a supporting cast only.

If I remember it right, during that trade, Abueva at that time already agrees to a deal with Phoenix. That was a whopping Php 15,000,000 max contract for 3 years. There's no plan of trading Banchero on Magnolia's side but things were changed.

However, it's no secret that Phoenix hits really hard during pandemic and I think I shared an article here related to that where they are about to attempt to sell the company or something along those lines. Moving forward, to somehow balance the cost of operation, Phoenix made a deal right away with Magnolia.

Generally, Banchero was traded not because of whether he is fit for Magnolia or not.
2539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will cryptos go into Bull season? on: January 20, 2022, 10:42:53 PM
I personally do not worry about the current situation because I know what I should do, that is how you grow your capital and that is how I see my money, as my capital because I am going to keep doing stuff with it.

The problem to some people is, after a long bullish trend then suddenly the bearish trend comes, they will question right away the future of something. They don't understand that even how powerful the trend momentum is, it's always bound to crash at any point.

But later on, it's always the cycle that bullish will come soon. I don't know why some are in rush.

If they can't able to handle the crypto market during its bad times, I don't think they can't even handle the market during bullish and will always force themselves to buy at the peak.
2540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me thinking about this NFT craze this way? on: January 20, 2022, 10:36:38 PM
As good as NFT sounds to me there is another part of me that just feel like NFT is nonsense, crypto investors are pumping billions into a cartoonish looking monkey for what? To store that money or hope to get bigger money later? I smell perfect way of embezzling dirty money, illegal shit and so on

It's like how other tokens without even fundamentals are pumped, creating a FOMO since it was the current hype. Maybe it looks wrong but since people are getting hype, there's an opportunity to make money out of it.

Don't get those people wrong. It's about good timing and it's effective to others.

Unfortunately, there are people who blindly FOMO at those and they don't know how to ride the wave during the hype.
