2541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: POKEMON GO LIKE SITE TO PLAY FOR BITCOINS? on: July 24, 2016, 01:09:31 PM
I am 100% sure people will come up with ingenious ideas for trading rare and powerful Pokemon for real cash on 3rd party sites. It's just inevitable and with a player base so big there must be a lot of wealthy players who value their time much more than their money. Plus illegal trading in games has been around forever. Just look at how people trade rare players on the FIFA games and this method could be applied to Pokemon Go as well.

I think we will have another draw today in the match between Inter and PSG. There are a lot of options to bet on this game and some of them are both teams to score, half time & full time draws, under 2.5 goals etc. I guess both teams will be taking it easy today and not pushing a lot of attacking play but you never know they might want to put on a show instead. I do believe that they will tie up the game though.
2543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alarming bad publicity to bitcoins in social media on: July 23, 2016, 07:38:12 PM
I just watched the 3rd episode of the second season of Mr. Robot and there was this talk about Bitcoin and cold wallets and all the illegal vibe associated with the Bitcoin technology that even the mainstream media is painting the picture that mainly hackers and computers geeks are vested in this digital currency. Maybe after watching the show a lot of people will check out this Bitcoin thing and become Bitcoiners themselves who knows.
2544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Ever Been Kicked or Banned? on: July 23, 2016, 06:48:40 PM
Lowering the limits of winning bettors is not some kind of an urban myth guys it's a real thing and I have seen players reporting about this stuff on gambling forums. I am not such a high-roller to raise any red flags myself but suffice to say this has been observed a lot on fiat sportsbooks and rarely on Bitcoin sportsbooks. But one's for sure - the accounts of very big winners are being monitored because they present a liability.
2545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 23, 2016, 06:21:40 PM
Mourinho will be a great hit or a massive flop at Man Utd, I don't think there will be any middle ground.

Mourinho doesn't usually stay long at one club, he'll probably win the title 2 years in a row then in the 3rd season upset everybody & get sacked.

Well he has signed for 3 years so  Grin To be honest I don't expect Manchester United to win anything in his first season with the club anyways because he will need some time to settle in and rebuild the club so I think he will have 1 or 2 mediocre years then he will win the title in the 3rd year and then a contract extension will follow  Grin
2546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: POKEMON GO LIKE SITE TO PLAY FOR BITCOINS? on: July 23, 2016, 04:29:04 PM
I heard that there are rare Pokemon specific to different continents and the only way other than hopping on a plane and traveling over the world to catch these is to get them to hatch from eggs. I think when trading is added to the game these special location-specific Pokemon will be worth a lot of in-game currency so probably people will be trading these on 3rd party trading websites and the possibility of trading these for Bitcoin is real I think.
2547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONS CUP 2016 Discussion and Tips on: July 23, 2016, 03:53:26 PM
This tournament is a testing ground for new signups and new team formations. The big teams simply don't care about the results because this cup holds absolutely no value to anyone and if I were you I would be betting on underdogs every single game because there is a high chance that the favorites will fail most of the time. High odds and nice returns are on the agenda guys  Grin
2548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: July 23, 2016, 03:38:35 PM
Hey guys my pick of the day is Feyenoord against Valencia tonight and I fancy betting on both teams to score and over 2.5 goals. Both teams have capable attacking talent and they seem to score a lot but also allow goals so I have a feeling we will have an open match with a lot of goal opportunities and attacking football overall.
2549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase Helps FBI Shut Down KickAssTorrents on: July 22, 2016, 10:11:57 PM
I think Coinbase has always catered to what the government has required from them since the inception of their company. Corporate Bitcoin doesn't uphold any tenets of the Bitcoin community and will share data of its customers upon request by the government so this isn't a big surprise that Coinbase 'ratted' him out to the feds. How could it be otherwise when the government could shut down Coinbase within the snap of a finger?
2550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, why do we need to use Bitcoin? on: July 22, 2016, 06:29:33 PM
I don't need to use Bitcoin but I have chosen to dabble in it because it's a great new technology still in its early stage and there is a lot of potential in the project and it has a bright future ahead so I decided not to miss on this novel digital currency and jumped on the bandwagon. Debit card and Paypal are still my main payment methods and Bitcoin is more like a 'hobby' of mine but in a moment of need I will surely liquidate Bitcoin holdings in order to pay urgent bills or something.
2551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pokemon GO and Bitcoin would be a killer combo on: July 22, 2016, 06:12:08 PM
This game is a social phenomenon I have to give it that but I don't think Bitcoin will be a suitable match for it. First of all Apple and Google have their own payment solutions on their respective app markets and Bitcoin will be competing with their own payment apps. Also Nintendo is pretty strict when it comes to trading in-game items so even if the app stores somehow allow Bitcoin on the platforms Nintendo might just refuse adding it to the game.
2552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KickAss owner was using Coinbase as his bitcoin wallet!!!!! on: July 22, 2016, 05:21:22 PM
I find it hilarious that a lot of Torrent trackers advertise using VPN services in order to stay anonymous while downloading torrents and not get tracked by the feds and yet the owner of Kickass was too lazy to get a simple VPN up and running to cover his tracks online. He most probably had a Coinbase account because he must have been exchanging coins to fiat for spending I guess.
2553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONS CUP 2016 Discussion and Tips on: July 22, 2016, 02:27:58 PM
Well it looks like Mourinho got his first shipwreck defeat today by Borussia Dortmund but he can save face by claiming he has used an experimental squad for today's match I guess. Anyways I don't think anyone cares too much about this fake trophy and the real reason for this tournament is promotion of European football in Asia so a lot of strange results will be happening. Do you think the teams involved will be playing seriously? I doubt so.
2554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: International Games Prediction Thread on: July 22, 2016, 01:58:16 PM
The friendly between Stuttgart and Spartak Moscow caught my attention today and I fancy betting on both teams to score and over 2.5 goals on that game. The statistics show that both the teams have prolific attacking formations so it wouldn't be a surprise if we see a lot of goals in that match today. Just a quick heads up as the match is starting in 30 minutes.
2555  Economy / Gambling / Re: Big bet on: July 22, 2016, 01:08:44 PM
'Change to fiat and hope it goes up'
Why would I change it to $ and then hope to go up?

Because you don't know what will happen to the Bitcoin price in the future and if the price theoretically goes down you will end up losing money in the end. Plus if you have exchanged the coins into cash and put that into a savings account you will have enough money every month to buy yourself a new car with 0 effort. Just saying   Wink
2556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 22, 2016, 12:24:32 PM
Guys isn't it funny how the highest odds for this season of the Premier League top at 1001 to 1 as compared to the odds of Leicester winning the trophy last year at 5000 to 1  Grin I may just put some cash on outright winners with more funky odds just for fun because you never now nowadays and the Premier League is very competitive so there is a chance albeit very low.
2557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: July 22, 2016, 12:02:44 PM
Trading is a lot more time-consuming and requires a lot more knowledge and free time than sportsbetting for example and that's why I don't like it very much. Gambling is perfect for having quick fun with the perspective of earning some free cash here and there and that is a lot more convenient for me. And as I have a day job I can't be spending any time day trading as well and that is a major no-no for me.
2558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In gambling, Money is more important than knowledge and luck on: July 22, 2016, 11:53:59 AM
I think knowledge is the most important factor in gambling and specifically in sportsbetting then comes luck because luck determines if you will lose or win aside from how much knowledgeable you are of the sports you are betting on and money comes last. I would rate knowledge, luck and money in terms of importance like this : Knowledge 50%, Luck 35% and Money 15%.
2559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: July 22, 2016, 11:39:02 AM
The road to easy cash from gambling - start watching sports games  Grin Unlike other casino games sportsbetting is not completely based on luck so if you have done your homework on the games you are betting on there is a chance you will make more money than you lose in the long run. It sounds like regurgitated bullshit but actually it works and I for one have made more money than I have lost during the Euro 2016 alone so my advice is to start getting into sports and bet on that.
2560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: July 21, 2016, 07:20:20 PM
So apparently Pogba will now be the most expensive footballer in the history of football  Grin Well to be honest he is an alright player and all that but I don't think he is worth that price tag. Gareth Bale must be upset he is losing his achievement of soon to be the former most expensive player in the world  Cheesy Anyways the funny thing is that the news was let out by Pogba's barber who was styling his hair for his new club United  Grin
