Dan atas itu semua, Waktu ane saat itu menjadi sangat tidak teratur, Paginya ane kerja dan pulang mendekat magrib, sehingga ane bingung untuk mengatur waktunya, kapan dan di mana ane harus fokus kerja di 2 tempat (tempat kerja nyata dan di forum ini), Dan jujur ane katakan, gaji ane malah lebih gede di forum ini, selama ane di rollbit, bayaran ane perminggu $65 kalau dikali 4 = $260, itung-itungnya perbulan bisa dapat 3,5 - 3,7 juta rupiah, sedangkan di tempat kerja nyata ane di bawah UMR alias 2,5 juta/bulan.  Ane tidak bisa menspelekan forum, bahwa nyatanya gaji ane gedean di sini, jadi pada saat-saat tertentu, ane sempatkan membuat post, minimal butuh waktu beberapa menit untuk ane break di sela kerja. Itu hanya sekedar pengalaman ane, entah bagaimana pengalaman kalian selama di forum ini. apa lagi kita tahu, ada yang bahkan sejak forum ini didirikan sudah ada di sini dan mencari uang dari early. Entah bagimana manajemen waktu kalian?, sampai saat ini ane belum nemu bagaimana caranya mengatur waktu seefektif mungkin supaya postingan ane berkualitas dan kerja nyata ane tidak terganggu. Ane selama ini ngikut signature, belum pernah sekalipun missing bayaran alias ane pasti full post tiap minggu, kuota ane terpenuhi, akan tetapi itu semua ada pengorbanan, yaitu kerja nyata ane yang digunakan, bolos di waktu kerja atau maling waktu sehingga pernah ditegur atasan kala ane harus di lapangan tapi ane malah sibuk depan laptop ngepost di forum. Ane ngepost di sini bukan maksud apa-apa, ane cuma pengen tahu bagaimana cara mengatur waktu kalian se-efektik dan se-efisien mungkin, 1. Apa kita harus membuat surat permintaan ke atasan untuk minta waktu 10-20 menit di sela kerja? 2. semisal kita kerja di lapangan, bagaimana caranya supaya tidak melewatkan postingan dikala tidak memegang gadget?. 3. Jika di antara 2 pilihan, harus ada dikorbankan (karena waktu), apa yang kamu pilih, kerja nyata atau forum? Sekian, mungkin ane butuh masukan dan sharing dari teman-teman tentang bagaimana cara mengatur waktunya, ane lihat banyak yang tidak hanya 1 akun yang main di sini, tapi postingannya masih tetap bagus di sela waktu kerjanya. I expect Milan and Inter to be active in this transfer window too. Maybe Inter might not need to be as active as Milan as their lineup is already very good. It is understandable to sell De Jong if the price is right. There are talks about 100 million which is insane if it is real. As for a probable Pogba transfer to Juventus, I believe that it would be a great addition to Juventus' lineup considering next season. One of their biggest weaknesses is their midfield now. If they manage to strengthen that field with strong players, they would be much more competitive for the Serie A title next season. Juventus would like to return to their old days certainly and this is depending on improving certain positions in their lineup now. If they sign Pogba, they might not need another midfielder to sign too.
I heard about angel maria too, I don't know how possible, if both agree on dealing with Juventus, I believe in the next session, Juventus is one candidate scudetto beside Milan and Inter. I hope Pogba's performance is not like he was in MU, he's grown and learning what he was mistaken for. Lewandowski is actually in the same position as Benzema, it won't add anything to Real Madrid formation because these players may not play together. While Salah has no signal to leave Liverpool, he seems happy to play there. Only Mane and Dybala are possible to sign but there are many top clubs that want to sign them as well. So, I am not really sure that Real Madrid can sign these players successfully. But if they can sign one of them, especially Mane, Real Madrid attackers will be very sharp (strong or powerful). I heard about Mane going to Bayern a few hours ago, It's good for him if Lewandowski not going also, because both (Lewa and Mane) have chemistry with each other same as Salah in Liverpool. but if Lewa so goes to Chelsea, Not other choice, Mane is real and will be replaced in Lewa's position. It must be a hard decision for Paul Pogba I guess. But it is good that he has made up his mind already. There must be some disagreements with the team about his contract and it could be one of the biggest reasons for him to leave. Besides they had a terrible season in the EPL and they aren't in the Champions League next season. This must be another reason which is understandable of course. Real Madrid and PSG are still highly speculated with him now and Juventus seem like another alternative.
MU going to be a big loss, he should go with put the money for MU, but now he leaves with nothing. I.m not sure the big club will be interested to contact him even if he doesn't have the eligibility to be a good player on the team. There is only 1 solution for him, Newcastle is one club who have interest, but only if with an underpaid salary. And, Newcastle's shirt is the same as Juventus's, so he doesn't leave England. |
