Yo Zebpay, I signed the petition already. But I am still in confusion whether it will bring any change, 1. Bitcoin is already trending in India and RBI can't do anything in its use except giving warning, banning it or issuing punishment. So legality won't give it any other aspect. 2. On the same note, I don't think government even gonna ban it. Presently there is no country doing same and India is still far to be first  |

Because you can use the volatility to your advantage, if you are going to buy don't just hold it, use it trade it, sell it one of the reasons people are buying bitcoin is to take advantage of its volatility if you are just going to hold, you will miss a lot of opportunity to increase you bitcoin Yes, volatility is the charm of bitcoin, it is the only force which driven the interest of such a big folk towards it. Consider if bitcoin has no or low volatility, why would anyone even care holding it! Trading/Investment don't belong to one with weak heart, one need to be strong enough in order to sustain volatility and to make windfall gains/losses. |

Euro is more suitable than USD for illegal activities. Since there are 500euro papers which hold a lotmore value than 100$. To answer your question, of course it is being used for illegal activities. It doesn't make USD guilty. USD is the most common currency around the world, thw most liquid... That's why terrorists choose USD over everything else.
Crime originated from The mind of man and not currencies! Currencies either USD, GPB, Bitcoin and even eth are not the cause of Criminality but evil thoughts from the mind of men. Any currency are being used for illegal action, many are saying bitcoin is being used to fund terrorism because of it decentralized nature and op is now saying USD is being used for illegal activities. Indeed true, saying currency as convict for crime is not justified. It is not that person is doing crime with baseball bat because it is sold for USD. I live in India, me buying baseball ball with rupee will be justified? I don't think, currency will be affected in any way due to its illegal use till it is fiat currency of country. However, conservatives might try banning anonymous currencies like Bitcoin on the name of crime!  |

One question I have about a hard fork is.
With bitcoin there can be 20 million coins.
If bitcoin is forked there will be two separate blockchains with 20 million coins each, giving us a total of 40 million coins.
This could mean the price of bitcoin will half as scarcity is halved.
If 1 bitcoin is worth $1,000, the price of 1 coin could be $500 or less after the fork.
Also retailers that currently accept bitcoin could decide to discontinue support given the two blockchains & added complexity.
If the price of btc drops by a lot, this could also lead to retailers and others who support btc abandoning it.
A fork could be a disaster.
I think others may be having the same thoughts considering btc already dropped below $1,000 over fork concerns.
No that is not the case. If there would be a hard fork that would mean there would be two bitcoins and that new bitcoin will be some kind of alt-coin. Similar to what happened to Etherium where they had two kinds of etherium. One is higher than the other and they are quite separate from each other. Yes, it will not effect total supply but new coins will goes to second category. But after a time being, it may possible one coin dominates other coin significantly or completely based of superiority in features. Under that case, we again start recognising Bitcoin as one currency. |

I don't think so. Like human life, Bitcoin's journey is too filled with lots of obstacles. New proposals, forks, challenges, etc keep bugging the prices of Bitcoin which is not under the control of people. Along with demand/supply when we consider these factors, it becomes almost unpredictable to determine future of bitcoin. "Increasing trends in past don't guarantee same success in future." |

By rs he means INR indian rupees.Anyway I would like to inform op that 200INR is around $3.4,why is he charging high rates if some one pays in ruppe?Or do you mean something else by rs? No, its not mandatory to have aged and popular blog to get Adsense approval. All one need is rich quality and originality. My blog got approved within 3-4 weeks of start and getting 100-150 visits daily. For mellow ads, they raised requirement to 200k Alexa rank. So in terms of traffic Mellowads approval is more difficult than Adsense. And how do you know which program is much safer? Can some people using these applications deceive other users? I still do not meet with such opportunities, so I'm interested. Are you suspecting service running by Google? Adsense has already crossed 10 years of service and paying the highest rates in ad industry. You need not worry about safety, all reputed Ad networks are safe. |

Who else is cashing in before the fork wipes out Bitcoin? I don't have much but will quit while I'm ahead.  We here are legends, not affected by small obstacles Hard fork always has small term impact on prices. The price will turn other side soon due to other future contingencies. I personally use Bitcoin as currency, not investment. So I am generally unaffected by such price fluctuations. |

Indeed yes! Cryptocurrencies are currently most lucrative asset to invest upon. But road is not easy. Compare it to Stock Market, like shares, cryptos can too give windfall gains but provided if one chooses right one. I have made 500x in 3 months for RUBIT whereas lost 320x for other. |
