Implementation of VR technology needs a fast and reliable source of internet but it doesn't mean that implementation of 5G internet will be the minimum requirement for VR technology and metaverses adoption. So far, even if the internet is in 4G VR technology was operated already and 5G internet upgrading will going to happen because the world users need an upgrade for internet services and as long as the technology development or progress keeps going and so the needs for a fast and reliable internet too.
It's useless if your internet is fast but it's not reliable. This mainly depends per country or per area within that country like if your living far away from the cities where there's less towers, you will experience an unstableness in your connection, this can give you a bad experience on doing online related activities. Metaverse is a new technology so I believe that it requires more bandwidth than the usual games that we have nowadays. A 5g internet is said to provide more bandwidth than 4g therefore it can contribute a lot. We can say that we don't need 5g for now but time will come that 5g will be the main thing and 4g will become obsolete, like what happened to 3g and 2g signals. Also it is impossible to tell how much internet speed something like the metaverse will actually require, the earlier versions will most likely not be as advanced so we may get by with 4g but as the metaverse becomes more detailed and more options are added then it would not surprise me that 5g is needed in order to have a full playing experience, which should not be too much of a problem as we are already making the transition to 5g anyway, and something like the metaverse could make companies more interested in increasing the speed of that transition. true! but remember the times of slow connection via telephone line? waiting a whole weekend to download a song? having to connect at night so the phone could work during the day? good old days imagine the metaverse is in these days when it comes to technology A LOT of things happens in 10 years

Well, as we can see, the Brasileirão has already started and we had some relevant and interesting games to watch.
Anyone else watching these games too? What did you think of this beginning of the season? In your opinion guys... wich team will be the champion in this year!!? Any predictions?
I realized this weekend that the Brasileirão had already started, because while zapping on TV, I saw a channel playing a game. I don't know if I'll be able to go camping every game, because the hours of games in Portugal are not the most favorable. But maybe, as the most anticipated games are announced here, I can try to see something. I have no idea who might win, but I have the precession that this year there will be more clubs competing for the title than last year. you can probably find a replay of the games online, but totally agree that watching it live is way cooler and there's more emotions this way than when you already know what the results will be...

I would say that this particular case is not politics, but the normal behavior of people. What do you know about Karjakin as a racing driver or snooker player? I think nothing. Karjakin is a representative of the chess community. He has an opinion - no one takes away his opinion from him, but since he represents the entire chess community, this community does not want to be associated with him and therefore does not want to "play" with him while he makes statements that cast a shadow on the entire community. I think if you have a good opponent in your neighborhood to play chess or whatever, but one day you find out that he is a pedophile, then most likely you will stop playing with him, right? Although it seems like his sexual deviations have nothing to do with chess and "these are different issues."
as much as I hate wars and think they're stupid and a waste/delay for human civilization, I don't think that we can compare individuals who support the war to pedophiles former have an opinion about something latter have a serious conduct deviation and are criminals/ill but still, take my opinion about Karjakin with a grain of salt since I didn't follow the full situation and just checked the article quite fast... Okay, let's take out the pedophiles and replace them with war criminals and those who support them. Will you play with a neighbor who is a good chess player if he is a war criminal? Or with the same neighbor who is not a war criminal but who openly supports war crimes (or denies their actual existence when it is clear to everyone that they are taking place)? I just don't like cancelation culture and think people end up mixing up things that doesn't make sense at all. If people commit crimes they should be punished/go to jail/whatever, this is common ground. Being a pedophile is disgusting and a crime (when they act, pedophilia, rape and any kind of sexual violence are crimes and horrible things but we can't put people in jail for crimes of thought like only thinking of something, as disgusting as their thoughts can be) that said, I think people in prison for commiting crimes can still be brilliant on their skills like chess, for example. so all I said is that imo makes no sense to forbid a player who supports war (or supports something else that I'm against) to play chess, since their opinions on wars, politics or religion won't affect their skill. of course it's easier to frame people who disagree with us as horrible people, but I think there's nuance, there's a gradient of things to consider on people's personalities to make the discourse more extreme: remove nuance. It'll probably get worse from here in terms of public opinion, mass media manipulation and xenophobia... here's a tl;dr: War is horrible and stupid there's people who support it I don't support them but I think horrible and stupid people should be allowed to play chess (and get good at it) hopefully learning and playing chess will even help to make them less horrible and stupid

Regarding 4G and 5G we’ll probably see the trend continuing with connection speed for download and upload growing and this will make many more technologies possible
To have a deep immersive metaverse in the future we’ll probably need huge connection speed.

<...>
They are throwing huge money for advertisement so I guess its no point for them to do such scam since they already build up a good reputation among to their community also they are not small casino at this moment so I'm sure they protect their business and continue to deliver more better gaming experience to their players since this will be more profitable for them in the long run. yes! that's why I don't get why scammers choose to fool people instead of building a project where they can earn much more on the long run. and totally agree that Roobet is doing a good job on building.

Tudo depende do contrato.

just like what qwertyup23 has said "just like any other sports, there is an ethical standard a player must follow" the organization deemed his support of the war with Ukraine as unethical. I understand their views and agree with them. I would have disagreed with them if they banned Karjakin just for being Russian. Personally I am not a fan of cancel culture but since it is a thing then people have to be careful about what they publish on social media, however the ban will only last for 6 months and Karjakin can even appeal so there is a chance the ban could become even shorter than what it is now, so he should use this time just to stay way from social media, train himself and do what he does best, which is to play chess. same opinion here, was just thinking about all the relations between chess and war, and the history of the game in the past... we can't even imagine how many battles were played...

Saw chess but seem like we are discussing war here. But the way - what are you guys discussing? Is there any chess matches going on at the moment or it is just a forum to discuss something? lol well, this is the only Chess thread left on the forum as far as I know we just started talking a bit about the war because of the situation with Karjakin being banned

“Imagine if the EU required your bank to report you to the authorities every time you paid your rent merely because the transaction was over 1,000 Euros.”
Mais informações no The Defiant: European Parliament Passes Bill Requiring Crypto Firms to KYC Non-Custodial Wallets

As long as this does not get out of hand and the complaints increase, I have absolutely no concerns about Roobet. I have hardly seen a casino that is so open to the community and does so much for the community.
Roobet has already established itself as one of the best crypto gambling sites out there despite their crappy KYC policies which is why I don't think complaints against them will ever get out of hand. A site like Roobet which conducts art competitions worth thousands of dollars on a regular basis wouldn't scam anyone in my opinion. I agree that Roobet is honest and wouldn't scam, but not because of the art competitions since we see NFT projects with great art and a project that could work but end up being a rug quite often these days, unfortunately. but yes, agree with your point overall
