2561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin legal on: March 24, 2018, 12:11:52 PM
To the best of my knowledge, Bitcoin has not been made illegal by legislation in most jurisdictions. However, some jurisdictions (such as Argentina and Russia) severely restrict or ban foreign currencies. Other jurisdictions (such as Thailand) may limit the licensing of certain entities such as Bitcoin exchanges.
Regulators from various jurisdictions are taking steps to provide individuals and businesses with rules on how to integrate this new technology with the formal, regulated financial system.

But have you come to think of it... Whether Bitcoin can be used for illegal Activities...
What are some ways you think it can be used for? (illegal Activities) mention some.

Illegal activities? Gambling, buying illegal stuff, money loundry.

Now I wonder why you asked us to mention some illegal activities that can be done by bitcoin. What is the purpose at all?
2562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible that all bitcoin users do not lose? on: March 24, 2018, 07:22:26 AM
Is it possible that all bitcoin users who invest at the same time will benefit all? and no one user loses money?

It depends. Even if they invest in the same time, let's say on Sunday at 01:00 PM, but they don't sell their bitcoin in the same time, let's say A sells his bitcoin on Friday and B sells his bitcoin on Saturday, then they probably get different profit because there is possibility the price of bitcoin on Friday and Saturday is different.

They may get the same profit if they buy and sell bitcoin in the same time in terms of minutes and seconds.
2563  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: investing in hyip sites? on: March 24, 2018, 02:44:03 AM
HYIP offers big profit, it is. But the system is very bad. If we invest in the first line, we will get high profit that comes from the second line who invest in this site. And so on. However, the ones who incur losses is the last ones who invest to this site. So, in other words, the first line get the next line's money and so on. It's a bad system at all. So I also never invest in HYIP.
2564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many weeks or months before you earn money from Bitcoin or Bounty Campaign? on: March 23, 2018, 02:17:41 PM
I know many member will testify about it. I just wanted to know , how many weeks or months before you had your own money from joining different campaigns. I started joining signature campaign since last week of February this year only. Hoping for a good result. Even though i did not get much money i would still be happy and excited because this is the first result of my hardwork . " The  First Fruit of my Labor."

Actually you will get money by joining signature campaign after 3 or 4 months since the first post as long as you keep posting something here. I myself need 2 months if I'm not mistaken to get my first bitcoin even it was not in a high value.
2565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH vs BTC? on: March 23, 2018, 11:17:08 AM
Hi, guys, I found few articles on the Internet stating that BCH will cross BTC in few months/years. Is there any possibility? Whats your opinion?

BCH is part of BTC as the first generation of cryptocurrency. So BTC is the king. I think the purpose of the articles is to promote BCH. However BCH is not able to cross BTC, in my opinion.
2566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: when you try to explain people about cryptocurrency do they understand? on: March 23, 2018, 09:33:51 AM
I have tried it many times and in many different type of persons and what I have realized is that people who have an education and are open minded they totally do understand about crypto otherwise it is very hard and time consuming to make them understand it.

Haha. Absolutely. I also explained cryptocurrency to some friends and they didn't understand even I explained it a few times. Some of them even asked many times "For real, what cryptocurrency is?". So I just explained it in a very simple way. They might understand a little.
2567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Need To Shut Bitcoin And All Other Cryptocurrencies Down. Here's Why. on: March 22, 2018, 03:45:04 PM
I read the article and I failed to see it as a strong reason to shut bitcoin down. Just because there are many attackers, it doesn't mean that bitcoin is not save. There is a tech so-called security that is able to save our bitcoin. We just need to follow the steps to keep our bitcoin save.

However there are so many smart hackers, but not all of hackers are bad. Good ones or white hat will work in security side to keep security system is able to protect our bitcoin from hackers. So I just don't think it is a good idea to shut bitcoin down because of bad hackers.
2568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your bitcoin story? Good or bad on: March 21, 2018, 11:54:19 PM
Well I'd like to tell youthe bad one. I got my first bitcoin in 2015, the price was $424, then I convert it to fiat because I need to buy books and some needs for school. I kept earning bitcoin until the price was $700. Then I stopped because of some school stuff. One year later my friend told me that the price was $10,000. Wow, I was shocked. I regret why didn't I hold some of my bitcoin. Probably I would get more money if I didn't sell all of my bitcoin. So sad.
2569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin worth risking your time and money? on: March 21, 2018, 11:28:39 PM
We all know that involving in bitcoin it takes your time and also money. Is it worthy to risk your time and money because of bitcoin?

Of course. It's just like the other business. We invest first, and it takes our money, then we wait for it until we can get profit, and that's all. However, sometimes live doesn't go the way we plan, so probably we will not get profit even ruin, it is worthy, though
2570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Etherium? on: March 21, 2018, 01:37:03 PM
I know it is an old topic. However, I would like to get some more fresh insights after the recent deep from experts and holders of both Bitcoin and Etherium. I have a little bit of both. However, I am hesitant with enlarging further my Bitcoin or Etherium portfolio. My brain says, Bitcoin will stay #1 for a minimum of few years. My heart says Etherium should grow significantly and finally overcome Bitcoun in the upcoming years. Not sure which one to chose as a long-term investment.

I only have Bitcoin and I think only Bitcoin is the right crypto to invest in it. The reasons are many and they are simple.

Bitcoin has more upside potential
Bitcoin is more widely accepted than Ethereum in many different sites and online stores
Bitcoin is more supported by the crypto community in general
Bitcoin has a limit of 21 million coins while Ethereum has unlimited supply.

Same here. I also have bitcoin only.
However ethereum is faster in the matter of corfirmation speed than bitcoin. And sometimes some people who want to send bitcoin to another exchange quickly, they convert bitcoin to ethereum, send it to another exchange and then convert it back to bitcoin.

And I think there are still many good things of ethereum, but I still prefer bitcoin because it is more accepted here in my country than ethereum. Besides, I find so many bitcoin users here than ethereum users.

2572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC now accepts Bitcoin! on: February 22, 2018, 04:54:31 AM
Check out my YouTube video where I dive more in depth : BREAKING NEWS KFC is now accepting Bitcoin, and Smart contracts might be legally binding!

Is this just a bucket of chicken, or a bucket of publicity stunts?

You will be able to buy a bucket of chicken in Select Canada KFC's. However you will have to order it online using Bitpay, and have it shipped to you.

Cost : Around $20 + $5 shipping + Taxes + Any other blockchain fees

What do you guys think about it?

I actually live far away from Canada, so it will cost me more in shipping  Grin
I just prefer buy some KFC's chiken in my city. Cheaper anyway  Grin

However, it is good to hear that more companies accept bitcoin.
2573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Suicide due to losses due to investment in virtual currency on: February 19, 2018, 11:20:51 PM
I wonder why some people in the part of Asia like Korea prefer to suicide to solve their problems. I think it will not solve the problem, even make other trouble.

This student's story is so sad. Probably if he didn't do it, he might get another coins. If you lose thing, you may get another thing.
2574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like your friends who don't own crypto want you to fail? on: February 16, 2018, 11:52:26 PM
Probably. Because when I tell my friends about bitcoin, some of them recommend me to stop looking for bitcoin. They think it's not a good currency to use. But I don't think they hope I will fail in this thing.
2575  Economy / Economics / Re: Spectulation for Bitcoin on: February 16, 2018, 03:11:27 PM
I think bitcoin price will hit 20k USD this year or the next year. Then for the next 3-5 years, I'm not so sure, but I just think that the price will slowly or dramatically increase year by year.
2576  Economy / Economics / Re: why bitcoin is banned by the government on: February 16, 2018, 11:21:18 AM
Bitcoin is banned in my country because government say that the price of bitcoin is not stable (they think it's not good to use then), and because bitcoin has no physical form (probably the think it will cause some problems like fraud or kind of thing).
2577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to send bitcoins to your future self after you die? on: February 14, 2018, 03:07:31 AM
If I got no children and I know that I'm going to die in the near future while I got many bitcoins, instead of sending it to my future self, I prefer give it to my family (in this case my parents, brother and sister). Why would I send money to the dead me? I can't even use it.
2578  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can actually buy a lot of things with Bitcoin on: February 12, 2018, 11:34:12 AM
Here in our country they are still few who allow to pay bitcoin directly. Since KYC and UBER start it maybe some other stablishment will follow their stop and keep our dreams come true.

Same here. There aren't many shops that accept bitcoin as payment in my country especially in Island where I live. I even rarely see people who know bitcoin.

Well, lucky you guys who can pay bill and buy things with bitcoin. Keep it moving forward.
