2565  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Apa Yang Membuat Bitcoin Pantas Untuk Pilihan Investasi Masa Depan? on: April 02, 2017, 11:56:40 PM
2566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, Crimes, and Terrorism on: April 02, 2017, 09:50:23 PM
In some point of time, Bitcoin's usability will always boil down to 2 points, the good and bad use of it. Like cash, it will always depend on the person who has it, whether he will use it to some good deed or to a devastating act. We cannot limit it. But that will not hinder other people to use it if they just know what's the true value of it. Proper dissemination of knowledge about BTC is very important to emphasize its good use.

right. as a meter of fact, it depends on the person who uses the coin, but sometimes chance makes people do something bad or even crime. however, that's why we need to use money wisely, whatever what kind of mone it is.
2567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin as a payment on minimarkat? on: April 02, 2017, 03:44:17 PM
Maybe some small, individual local minimarkets would accept Bitcoins as a special service to their customersbut large chains probably not because this is still too risky and too complicated for them. Also depends on the country where the supermarket is placed and the local regulations. The only thing you could do is to use Bitcoin debit card, it's accepted everywhere.
it's just because they do not know the advantages of bitcoin yet or probably do not know what bitcoin is. I guess OP lives in one of country in Asia where many people are not familiar with bitcoin, that's why it happens.

and if I own a supermarket, I probably will accept bitcoin as long as the customers own bitcoin
2568  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Private healthcare applications w/ blockchain on: April 02, 2017, 12:50:22 AM
I think I'm interested to know how much calorie contained in some foods I'd like to eat. it will help me to control how much food I need to eat because sometimes food brings disease.
2569  Other / Politics & Society / Re: cross cultural understanding on: April 01, 2017, 08:46:42 AM
I don't get any point of what you stated guys, exept map one. I really hope you mention spesific culture. Let me give an example in behavioural point of view.  Japanese apply "ichigo ichie", if I'm not mistaken, when they meet people. Ichigo ichie means you really appreciate a meeting, you set in mind that it is the first and the last meeting, that's why Japanese serve their guests in the best way beyond the other countries standard.

could you please give me such examples? cultures of your counties.
2570  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is real freedom in your view? Are you getting it? on: April 01, 2017, 01:05:16 AM
the real freedom you talk about is not able for us in this world. we always get problems, that's the way it is. the only way you can be free from those school problems, job problems and so on is to live in heaven after you die and you are qualified to be there.
2571  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What would you do if you were in charge of your country? on: March 31, 2017, 10:44:24 PM
I will apply khilafah system if it is possible because khilafah is the only system where a country can fix all those problem. it is like Arabian system, but it is better. as we can see the criminal in Arab is countable or in other words, there are not many criminals there. I want to live in such country
2572  Other / Politics & Society / Re: cross cultural understanding on: March 31, 2017, 06:53:05 AM
I appreciate your answers guys, but I prefer spesific answers like what people do every morning in your country, e.g: people usually wake up at 5 o'clock and so on. would you like to give such example?
2573  Other / Politics & Society / cross cultural understanding on: March 31, 2017, 04:52:01 AM
Culture is an identity of a person, community, even a country. I am interested in country cultures. I found three types of different culture around the world as follows:

Quote

1. Factual.
Practical information, such as the proportion of women in the labour force or the number of people
affiliated to a given religion, can be a very useful basis for comparing different countries. However, such
comparisons are likely to remain largely anecdotal unless strategies are found for linking this information into the
expectations and behaviours likely to be encountered in any given situation.

2. Behavioural.
It has long been observed that certain types of behaviour are common to certain cultures. Cataloguing
these behaviours, and then using this catalogue as a basis for cultural comparisons, would therefore seem a sensible
approach to understanding similarities and differences. This approach does yield useful and valuable lists of practical
'dos and don'ts' or etiquette guides. Its disadvantage is that it focuses on actions and disregards the reasons behind
those actions.

3. Values types.
Beneath the level of visible behaviours, cultures can be distinguished by the basic values and
assumptions that are, to a greater or lesser extent, shared by individuals within that culture. The assumption is that
these values and assumptions drive the way in which we think, and this in turn drives the way in which we behave.

I believe you guys are from varying countries. so what is your country culture from those three points of view (factual, behavioural, and values types)?

2576  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Dimana Tempan Menyimpan Bitcoin Yang Paling Aman? on: March 30, 2017, 02:18:54 PM
kalau ane sih nyimpannya di blockchain trus pakai 2fa, konfirmasi email dan sms. sejauh ini masih aman, mungkin karena ane gak punya banyak bitcoin kali makanya hacker gak tertarik buat ngehack wkwk
2577  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How society works on: March 30, 2017, 09:12:51 AM
we need to keep on mind that people are different and they have purposes of doing such things. we need to see from another angle in order to be able to understand others. I think that's the key.
2578  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: March 30, 2017, 05:23:43 AM
Technology is not always a good thing.

One example is with the children.
In the old days, children used to play outside with their friends.
Now majority of them are just staring at their iPads.

technology is not for children, I think, because it will make them less care to society. kids will enjoy more to play with their real friends. besides, technology will make them lazy while im the other side parents should lead their children to be able to do things by themselves.
2579  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Astronomers have discovered 7 planets similar to earth on: March 30, 2017, 03:51:26 AM
Yes there is planet that similar to Earth and some rumored worthy for human habitation. But research still needs to be undertaken to ensure whether it is really worth it to habitable or not. And to reach the planet is still no transportation could reach it, because it takes transport which could be faster with the light to could be up there. I'm not sure anyone could survive with transport as fast as it. I think current technology still can not make a person could reach the planet.

even if astronomers find thousands of planets similar to earth, those planets do not contain 100% what earth own like oxygen, gravity, etc. so I don't think those planets could be human homes.
2580  Economy / Economics / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto should be richer than Bill Gates. on: March 29, 2017, 01:44:36 PM
Well, we don't know that. Maybe Satoshi has more money then Bill Gates but since he doesn't want to reveal his identity and other facts we can't know that. Even if he's not the richest man on Earth I beleive that he owes very big fortune that he enjoys somwhere in the anonimity and that is good for him.
it makes sense. we know nothing, so we find it difficult to determine who between them is richer. however, I think satoshi wants to share bitcoin to other people around the qorld, so he doesn't convert his coins to fiat, or probably he has another plan.
