Legal action seems too complicated and expensive. If their promotional power is using advertising services outside of forums, then it's good to start reporting that to ad providers. In the end, the bad experiences of users written on various review sites will knock more into public awareness that this casino isn't worth playing.

I use to see their ads on one article site where I subscribed in, right now they are not showing the ads anymore but they are now concentrating on the forum signature campaign they have three campaigns right now, and I noticed they are attracting new accounts with no bad trust these new accounts prefer to have a tag because of the high payout rate, they have the money and they are using to platforms where they can advertise their casino.
All the gambling community can do is to report write reviews and testify with proof that this is a scam site and gamblers should stay away from this casino to protect their money.
2582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Caleb Plant vs David Benavidez on: December 17, 2022, 03:33:03 PM

It seems to me that everything is already set for the fight next year, I only see people talking about March of next year, but I don't understand why they don't mention the day of the fight since it's already December

The date of the fight is very important for boxers because they can set the phase of their training so they don't overtrain or undertrain since there is still no date mentioned I doubt they are in heavy training right now, it's likely that they are finalizing details of the fight, both camps can agree to fight with a contract and finalized all the details I think February or March is a good date because both fighters are on holidays and we all know that this is the kind of holidays where athletes gain weights, so they have two or three months of rigid training and peak on their condition.
2583  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Affiliate signature campaign on: December 17, 2022, 02:34:09 PM
I would like to give an update on this affiliate signature campaign it will be one month next week so far only one participant is wearing the signature code all the other 10 participants on the spreadsheet are not wearing the signature code anymore as they are on another campaign others choose to take out the code and make their signature space blank
I'm sure they are planning something to continue branding Blackjack not only concentrating on affiliates we'll see their next move.

How are these analyzes measured because they do not seem logical? I have spent about 182 days, even though I registered from 2017.
In general, congratulations to you, it seems that you are posting in sections that I don't usually visit, but it's good to see an account from 2014 that is still active.

There are a lot of accounts that are created still active from 2012 this forum is so huge that we are not familiar with some names because they are posting on sections where we are not familiar like in the mining section I visited that section and there are high rank accounts that I am not familiar with, I'm sure they have the same opinion of my account as I'm only posting on sections where I am comfortable posting.

I remember that in the past, many people used to hide Total time logged in when they took a screenshot of their accounts, does anyone know the reason?
Well, I don't there's nothing to hide and members should be proud of the hours they spent logging in here in Bitcointalk because it's an enriching experience.
2585  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware of BITYX . COM Exchange Total scam lost 5100 $ in USDT & Bitcoin on: December 16, 2022, 10:21:27 PM
Heads up! They even bought a legendary account to promote their service, see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5426428.0
Since account hasn't changed email and/or password lately, I think its more likely that they just hired that Legendary account to publish their ANN, thinking it will somehow make them more legit. Anyway, regardless ofof why account is promoting this scam exchange, I've tagged it and raised Flag Type 1  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3067

These scammers know what a legendary account can do to their project so they hire one to open a thread there's no disclaimer on the announcement too, that will make the account part of the team and if you notice the announcement thread has newbies shilling the thread to make it appear legit, supported the flag and hopefully, it ends here and I would like to recommend to newbies to dig deep and don't easily fall to offers that are too good to be true.

When it comes to playing in casinos always go for reputation and how they address concerns on their platform however small these concerns are another one is branding, it's very important that a casino has a continuous campaign here and they allocate budget here so they always stay on the mind of the gambling community, I can recommend these casinos who have these criteria and requirements and I'm sure the one who takes my recommendation will not be in trouble as long as they follow the rules of the casinos.

2587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tipping during live slot, or casino games. on: December 16, 2022, 02:45:46 PM

Do you think it is necessary to give tips or it is just a tradition that is required?

Tipping has been a part of every culture even here in Cryptocurrency we practice tipping, we humans are generous its inherent to us to give a guy something for a service he renders to us, it's like saying thank you for going the extra mile to a guy so I don't see anything wrong if you give a tip especially after you won a big amount, and the tip depends on your generosity, there is no minimum or maximum to a generous guy, but you will not be tag a good person for giving tip or bad for not giving one.
So I'll definitely give a tip whenever I win and more when the guy gives me good service with a smile.
2588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Credit on: December 16, 2022, 01:01:26 PM
The best advice in gambling has always been Only play what you can afford to lose and only play within your means
you just put yourself out of this sound advice, you're playing with money that you are not holding but the money that you will pay later and since this has no limit you will always tempt to chase your losses because we have a credit line to turn to.
I'm not going to use something like this it temp you to exceed your limit, those who avail this should know their limit and strictly adhere to their limit.

2589  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ronie Alonte Loisa Andalio nanakawan ng crypto on: December 16, 2022, 02:07:54 AM

Nakakatuwa lang nag speculate agad sya na mag $1 yun in future  Cheesy which is mahirap mangyari kung shiba inu nga talaga yun.

If planned story to, Big brain move sa nakaisip nito. Easy trending agad sila ehh at siyempre advantageous sakanila to at all terms.

2590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: turned gambler after investing in BTC or investor turned gambler? on: December 15, 2022, 11:55:30 PM

Which one has a high possibility of happening, a gamer eventually becomes a gambler or an investor turns into a gambler?
There are millions of gamers in the gaming industry like gambling is also a multi-billion industry and if you look at the feature and what gamers are doing they are also doing what gamblers are doing they are buying pieces of stuff, leveling up challenging the house or their co gamer, so it's easy for gamers to shift to gambling and they want more challenge to make money they know what to look for and that's gambling

Quote
But first, answer the poll which are you. Are you a gambler that become an investor or an investor that turned into a gambler?
I am an investor first before I become a gambler there are a lot of advertisements here about gambling and since they adopt Cryptocurrency might as well play to have a chance of increasing my coins, of course, compared to gambling there's a lot of risks involved in gambling and if you're careless you can become a chronic gambler.
2591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any Live Casino In world that Accept Cryptocurrency and pay in crypto? on: December 15, 2022, 09:13:49 AM
I was wondering today that if there are casino that started accepting crypto as payment and if someone wants to payback in crypto, are there any casinos available.
According to me I have not heard anything yet but in future this might happen cause when crypto adoption will come than we might see these Casino bosses to accept crypto and other alts.
What are your thoughts on this?

I can't remember a physical casino that already accepts and support crypto-payment on their respective casino but out of thousands of physical casinos out there globally, maybe there is even 1 in some popular gambling places like Vegas, Macau, or those gambling place that are on their level.

Maybe a quick search on your favorite search engine will help you.

What's this for by the way? Why do you want to know if there's a physical casino accepting crypto payments?

Want to see if global adoption in crypto now taking place at a much higher level?

Used a combination of keywords to see if Google can come out with at least one but there is none I guess Cryptocurrency is not fully adopted by casino operators because they are heavily regulated and they are strictly compliance with the laws and of course accounting is very hard because of changing of the price, especially in the bear market, Cryptocurrency is very suited for online transactions especially for casinos but for physical casinos there's a little complication.
2592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is your local game includes in online casino ? on: December 14, 2022, 10:28:27 PM

Can this game be included in a casino platform ? Do you have a local game in your country and what is the name ? How will you feel if you see it in an online casino, will you be happy to play it or will prefer playing something new ?

Your local game can be included if there is a local online casino in your area, we used to have a dedicated online cockfighting that targeted our local bettors for that particular game, it become so popular that operators are raking in huge money and the government has a cash cow on this kind of games, some online casinos have included this because of the popularity and they targeted our local bettors but because of too many anomalies, the government stopped it.
A local game if it's adopted in other countries or can easily explain and play can be included in online casinos, but game providers are only interested to add games that are already popular among gamblers.
2593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 14, 2022, 02:30:42 PM
If you have a look at the scam accusation section, you will find that no casino has a good reputation there.
Not all of them there are threads on casino shows resolved and there are accusations that turn out that the accuser is a cheater and the casino did the right thing, anyone can open an accusation but providing evidences and proving that the casino wronged you is a different story.

Quote
Each and every casino which has their ANN thread here, has at least one complaint against them; sometimes confiscated funds, delayed withdrawal, not paying the winning, freezing account etc. Why this is the principal of all the casinos? Why they can't operate without having any issues?
A casino that wants to build its reputation here will not want an existing thread in the scam section, but they have rules that they want to be implemented to their rules for orderly and compliant, and some of the accusations are based on breaking these rules

Quote
They always do this shit; who knows what has been done with people who don't know how to deal with such a casino. Can you show me a thread that never had any reputation issues on this forum?
You need to take a look at every thread and weigh who is right and who is wrong and not generalize every thread created there.
2594  Economy / Reputation / Re: REQUEST FOR ATTENTION OF: All 1xbit Signature Campaign Participants on: December 12, 2022, 03:01:27 PM
They have two new campaigns running now

1x₿it.com | Ticket Rush Signature Campaign  Up to $100/week

1x₿it.com | The World Cup Adventure Signature Campaign Up to $100/week

They are World Cup-related this is expected just last year they had 3 campaigns runnings specifically for the holiday season they have a huge budget because they know gamblers are looking for a casino to bet for the World Cup, it's still early in the holiday month and expect more promotion and expect more complaints in the scam section against 1XBIT.
2595  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎮🎲LuckyBird🎁 - social sweepstake casino🎄🔥 on: December 12, 2022, 02:19:01 PM
actually the casino site that is being promoted looks attractive, easy to access via a browser on a cellphone, but unfortunately the OP is only promoting an affiliate link and is not seen as part of the casino team, I think this is prohibited from sharing referral links on this thread too
OP is still lucky that he is not yet banned, he is violating one of the forum rules, it's up to members here if they want to play here, there are reviews online about LuckyBird casino on askgamblers it got 6.67 and there are 7 user reviews
https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/lucky-bird-casino

There are more if you Google but of course play at your own risk hopefully in the future, we'll have an official announcement and it comes from the owner or official representative.

2596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 12, 2022, 12:55:24 PM
It looks like Inoue is possibly about to move up in weight division after this unification fight with Butler.  Naoya Inoue failed to make to qualify in his first attempt in their wiegh-in having 118.1 lbs, a 0.1 lbs over the weight limit while Paul Butler made it easily with 118.0 lbs.  After some minutes, Naoya Inoue qualified in the second attempt weighing 117.75 lbs.

This is an indication that Inoue is somehow having a hard time maintaining his weight in 118 division and possibly move up after he conquered all the belt in his current Division.  If ever he moved up, the hope of Casimero-Inoue clashing will become highly possible again.

For a meantime, I think the extra effort of Inoue in meeting the required weight will not affect his fight against Butler since he easily meet it after some grinding.

Source:

https://www.boxingscene.com/naoya-inoue-makes-weight-on-2nd-attempt-ahead-undisputed-clash-with-paul-butler--171106

He already says that this is going to be his last fight in 118 lbs, and I do agree that this is a sign that he really struggles to get to this fighting weight. And so after he unifies all the belt, he will have to move to 122 lbs. And months ago, there are interviews of him describing the champion specially Stephen Fulton, so that will be his target. Not sure though is Fulton will remain at 122 lbs and wait for Inoue as he also has problems maintaining the super bantamweight. It's good that the made it after second attempt, otherwise there could be issues later. So yeah, tomorrow will be the biggest fight and let's see how it goes.

Inoue will conquer territories and he made the right choice to move up after this fight I hope there will be no impact on his performance because of the weight cut I remember Pacquiao losing via knockout because of the weight cut he was totally drained but his team made the bad decision to go on with the fight if some of you are not aware of it check this video of Pacquiao's second loss because of the weight cut.

On Fiverr, you can find a lot of music developers and soundtrack makers for casinos they can pay as long as $50 it depends on the duration of the soundtrack, or they can download and get a license from music portals that sell license soundtracks
There are also Casino Royalty-Free Music & Sound Effects Audio you can find online like this one

2598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much initial startup to Start Cryptocurrency Casino? on: December 11, 2022, 02:28:25 PM
In fact, the license for online casinos is not so expensive. If I am not mistaken, the license in Curacao costs about 15k euros, and in Malta about 25k euros.

Yes, the license is cheap, but the requirements that you need to meet before you apply aren't Cheesy

For MGA, the Malta one, as an example, you need to have a developer in your team that has experience with iGaming with a minimum of 3 years of experience. People like these are 60k EUR per year easy.

For the Curacao that you mentioned, you need to have an office in Curacao and the site needs to be hosted in Curacao, with minimum bankroll requirements.

That is why the gambling community are looking for license for casinos that opened an announcement here they know how hard to get the requirement it's not the license fee but the requirements attached to the license, building and running a casino should be handled by experts who have years of experience as players as managers and as a developer, the community is very quick to point out the mistakes of a casino if handle by newbies, so apart from the initial investment cost the level of experience is also important.
2599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 11, 2022, 12:14:14 PM

Floyd? maybe, but for sure the money might be right for him to accept the exhibition fight against Manny.

Fans will eventually clamor for that since they are both retired and they are both active now in exhibitions and they want easy money and still wants to be active in boxing so it just goes down to who will make the first offer, Manny should make the first offer, since he wants to make it even but we should not expect the same kind of fight on their first meeting.
I think Manny will be active in exhibitions until the next election although there is no confirmation yet I'm sure he will run in the next election probably in the senate or governor because we all know Manny wants to serve his countryman.
2600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever tried Anti Martingale Strategy? on: December 11, 2022, 10:34:45 AM
...you are doubling the size & you will lose from your winning. WEell, this strategy is more risky I guess though some have told it as less risky than martingale.
Have you ever tried ti? What's your opinion? Which one is more risky; Martingale or Anti Martingale?

Every luck-based games are risky because there is a house edge and there's no proven method to win in a luck-based game, there's no proven strategy that can lessen your risk or increase your chances I have not tried it but I might add it to my variation I'm using on my dice game I don't expect much on these new strategies as I don't want to disappoint myself.

There are a lot of martingale variations and its up to you on how to use it and when to use but don't expect much and don't recommend it as a winning strategy if you have success doing it, the most ijmportant is you enjoy and you feel good when you log out.
