I see this falls of price as correction and not worried about it at all.I will not sell any single bitcoin and will keep holding my funds.If we see behavior of current rising there are and will be high volume of dumps and recoveries in matter of hours.
That is right. The rise has just started. The price increase so far is too big. A correction is need to stabilize the price and prepare for future price increase. we had our much needed correction from $500 to sub $400 already. can't see the price go much lower than that as i think the bull run will continue very soon. If you are believer of bitcoin, and trust that the price will rise eventually with the increase adoption of bitcoin, then there is no worry at all. i believe in bitcoin and its future. that's why i don't worry about the price fall from $500 to below $400. i have enough patience for the comming years. |

i would sell a part of my coins to enjoy the profits by buying myself a car or even a new house if the price will go insanely high. i think most people would do so. i will hold the other coins just in case it goes even higher.

i do think china is behind the recent bull run, but it's also due to the block halving that is comming closer and closer. long story short: the sentiment is positive, that's all that matters.

i wouldn't mind to see the price fall back to around $200 again. i will then simply buy myself some extra coins so i can enjoy the next bull run even more. but it will most likely not happen anymore.

where do you see $350? it's now at $398. people seem to be comfortable with buying below $400 to get themself a few coins before the second part of the bull run starts. |

why are people even surprised because the price is going down. it's normal to see people sell coins in order to secure their profits. the price went too high for people to start building support levels. i hope $400 will be the floor the comming days.

i just hold my coins for a long time without touching them the comming years. i also bought coins to benefit from the block halving rally that would come. but the rally started much earlier than i expected.

for smart people it's all about taking profits and trying to create panic sellers to sell their coins. others are just scared or simply don't know at what price to sell, so they sell anyway to reduce their loss.

i am happy if we see at least $5000 at some point in the future. but it will take a lot years for that to happen. maybe that we'll see $10,000-$15,000 as the highest price ever.

So tomorrow the last of Silk Road's bitcoins are being auctioned off. We will see what effect that has on the price - will it rise or fall? Lets wait and find out  i think it will have little to no effect on the price. but we'll see it tomorrow to find out what's really going to happen. it's the last auction. i think the buyer will hold his coins for a long time. at least untill the block halving. |

I think this time price will go all time high and will be on permanent basis not like 2013.Now Bitcoin is more solid and well recognised and has large adoption which is constantly growing.In couple of days we will see price stable over 500 $.
if we can manage to stay above the $1000 price level for a very long time, then we know it's real. if we go over $1000 and one week later it goes down to $800-$600 it's another fake pump. |

Holding Bitcoin can be both a good way and a bad way of making money. If you are going to hold Bitcoins, you are expecting the Bitcoin price to rise over the money you bought at. This would prove to be a bad investment if you bought at the peak if it doesn't recover in the future.
that's why you should only buy when the price is getting dumped to the ground. for some reason people are a bit of affraid to do that. they buy once they see the price go up. |

i barely use exchanges anymore since i use bitonic.nl but it is only for people from the netherlands and belgium. beside that, i find kraken to be one of the better exchanges.

1k won't happen, not before halving at least. People will panic a and sell whenever we will be close to $500.
I see many people already selling, because they are content with this price compared to stagnant price we had for over six months.
it's normal that a lot people are selling around these price levels. they most likely made a decent enough profit to not let greed take them over. profit is profit. |

looool... Who was it that was saying we wouldn't see $400??? Ahaha now it already broke $500 and now I believe it can go further.... Will we see $800 if it holds???  i can't think of a reason why we shouldn't be able to reach $800. but if that's going to happen, then it is most likely next year, just before the block halving. |

it touched the $500 price level for just a very short time. the selling that started after that was expected. if we go above $500 again tomorrow or other days, we'll surely go much higher.

The time of 1k per bitcoin will come soon for sure if this trend will go on. The chinese people are really pumping the price and it is going very good and successfully. china is indeed pumping, but i hope it will last very long this time. the previous pump to over $1000 was just for a short time. this time might be different as there will be less supply from mined blocks next year. |

huobi is leading, but other exchanges shouldn't follow if they think the price is going way too high or if things look fishy. just look at btc-e, they don't seem to care that much about what other exchanges do.
