2581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is an ICO and should I get involved? on: May 07, 2017, 02:46:22 PM
I wouldn´t recommend that, you could be successful, but the risk that the ICO is only a scam is to high

There is no safe type of investment if there's no government role in it, but ICO in altcoin projects is much better than hyip programs without regular roadmap and others. I personally suggest to be involved in ICO because we can study and monitor the process in detail from this forum, so we can understand clearly before making a decision.
2582  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Paying TAX on: May 07, 2017, 02:38:23 PM
No taxes are imposed from mining in third world countries, all profits need not be reported to the government because there is no law governing them. But personally I do not mind the income tax from this because the profits are more than enough.
2583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: May 07, 2017, 02:27:43 PM
There is a significant increase of investors from my last post, after the presale ends, token will be linked to trading market, so don't waste your chance to engage in quantum investment. 1 token quantum when presale = $ 0.05 (1/3), let's make quantum success because it will end in 8 days. Maybe bounty social media and others will be coming soon after the presale ends.

2584  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Japanese exchanges increasing on: May 03, 2017, 06:32:04 PM
This is great news. 10 exchanges? Wow. My country I think only have 2. What's good with this is that since they've already started treating bitcoins as legal payment, this could encourage more people to get into bitcoins. Sure some might first start with trading but considering how tech-savvy the Japanese population is, I wouldn't be surprised if they find other uses for it. Just as they've led the world in use of robotics, I hope they'll do the same with bitcoins.

Japan is moving very fast and stable because its very good work ethic and has become a culture for a long time, it doesn't take long to apply bitcoin in this country let alone about exchanger addition. I think Japan only takes the momentum of China exchanger policy, and enforces it with more positive interventions, so the volume increase is not hampered by the convoluted rules.
2585  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: May 03, 2017, 06:23:56 PM
For now, it's not strange if panic selling happens. The current bitcoin price is really high, in fact I'm thinking of selling 50% of the bitcoin I've stored all this time. Maybe this will generate huge profits. But, there is a possibility the bitcoin price will rise again.

I think the people selling now are not panic selling. They want to take their profit. And they are right to do so. I know that it will be hard to buy bitcoin much cheaper then this simply bitcoin is in an upwards spiral which is not likely to end.
I hope the price increase will not end, this should help us to make more income of our investment. I do not panic sell as well because I love to hold when it gives me good return, maybe if the price will start to dump we can see some people panicking and they are those who bought at the current price pump.

Well that's the obvious move when someone saw the price of bitcoin going down. Specially newbie, they really panic and sell their bitcoin when they see the price of bitcoin going down. Yeah I agree with you, we all hope that the price of bitcoin will continue to rise and going to the moon so that we will not see people panic and sell everything.

Not just newbies who do that, many day traders/speculators who do panic sales and immediately move focus to altcoin market if bitcoin prices continue to fall without stagnant movements more than 3 days. I don't want bitcoin to skyrocket as it is now because there will be a point where people manage to issue a spectacular negative issue. Better to move slow rather than keep going up with maximum speed.
2586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let's talk about poker! on: May 03, 2017, 06:13:36 PM
Team play is able to control probability of cards that haven't/already appeared, there are many people who play not alone to boost profits that exceed our estimates in poker game, all technical and analytical things done together in limited chat, this is not a cheat way because there is no rules in a single table related to this technique.
2587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: May 03, 2017, 06:02:31 PM
I think to earn at least a little, you need to invest at least $ 100. Smaller amounts are simply ineffective for investment.
You will earn the same percentage whether you use a small amount of money or a big one the difference is the absolute size of your earnings, obviously with a bigger capital your net profits will be way higher than if you have a small capital.

$100 is also still ineffective for the calculation and speculation of more profits, but at least much better than $10.
I suggest to use large investments/deposits in order to have a clear calculation to measure the threshold of defeat and victory.
2588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: May 03, 2017, 05:54:03 PM
Hey! Good day i really need some answers because its about gambling in your life and other people are playing for it with heart and i just thought that how can gambling help you with your life? and do you gain something from it? does it help you to be wise or worst your attitude will change.. i need answers please!
Well in my personal point of view i can honestly say that any gambling cannot be helpful to any individual specially if you are the one playing in such game of gambling. However there is a consideration that only favorable to gambling which can be helpful if the person itself is the dealer, banker, owner or operator of the gambling business.

That is really right, there is no way it can help anyone. Unless making someone reaize that there is no way to earn or get a profit easily, it requires hard work and skill. There is no way that gambling will help you financially, it will really make it worst.
it's help people temporarily , when you won quite huge amount and you are in urgent need money then that winning really helpful, but yeah generally we can't say that as most of the times we are suffering lost more often than get a good winning. which means in the end it's just give you more trouble than solve it and help you.

It's very relative and uncertain, I just want to say a successful person in gambling is a person who can survive from many defeats in the past, this really really helps you for future because 80% gamblers always give up and shout without thinking to survive in gambling.
2589  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: May 02, 2017, 04:42:17 PM
If we are referring to what happens to bitcoin trading market in China, there is great concern because volume of bitcoin transactions is much larger than yuan currency, this will have an impact on concentration of traders to move their investment away from fiat because of lower capital and fees than trading Forex. This is an interesting issue because conclusion that we get is that bitcoin can replace fiat in the future.
2590  Economy / Economics / Re: Nobody Can Have Benefit From a Big Pump on: May 02, 2017, 04:35:21 PM
If Bitcoin price pumps from $1300 to $3000 in few hours, nobody would make profit from it, because the exchanges wouldn't allow you to sell your Bitcoins and make the fast profit, it would bring a big loss for exchange sites.

Do you agree with this?

Bitcoin can only go to $3000 if it is actively traded in exchanges, how else would it go to $3000?

Exchanges business is to enable exchange, why wouldn't they allow exchange and how would they lose?

Perhaps the author is comparing market trading like a dealer in gambling, this is wrong understanding because in fact the trade market itself obviously benefits from transaction fees, greater value exchanged = more fee is used, there is no loss at all due to increase in trading volume will increase.
2591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much have you lost / win on Bitcoin dice ? on: May 02, 2017, 04:14:02 PM
If we calculate the number of losses from dice program, the numbers can't be counted yet, but the very unique thing is when we try to total everything at all times then the nominal in defeat will be more than winning result. So don't ever calculate any past in gambling, focus alone with daily victory, assume nominal defeat is the price of our gambling ability that keeps increasing every day.
2592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: April 30, 2017, 03:35:33 AM
If you continue to discuss this project as a success or failure, or discussion that doesn't refer to core of this program, you better invest some percent of your money because is still running for up to 15 days again, I also criticize the lack of information provided by dev, but no harm If we continue to give real appreciation.

2593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin IS basically DESTROYED on: April 30, 2017, 03:18:07 AM
The news from OP posted in may 2016, is already a year gone and bitcoin is able to prove itself to always be able to get through the shock, a lot of up and down movements over the past year, and it's proven that level of confidence in bitcoin is still high. Don't always corner miners out of china because so far we are also enjoying it very fair, If bitcoin unlimited controls the current cryptocurrency you can blame it for destroying decentralization.
2594  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: April 30, 2017, 03:06:18 AM
We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?
This could have happened.
everyone needs money, in any way they would do if it could get the money.
The nature of a greedy person it happens where they are tempted to get something more.
A small sample with bitcoin, bitcoin is a digital currency that could in Exchange with real money. There appear people are greedy people who want to earn money with
instant way giving rise to corruption.

This is one of the reasons why Americans are still unwilling to accept bitcoin, anonymity that is so strongly attached that it can provide transactional freedom and also open up instant opportunities for corrupt people rampant all over the world, Why should America? Because all attitudes taken of america will be followed globally by the world.

Maybe when bitcoin is finally regulated by the government, the punishment imposed on bitcoin corruptors is heavier than fiat corruptors because it can have a tremendous effect.
2595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: “One Bitcoin, One House,” Nonsense or Reality? on: April 30, 2017, 02:55:58 AM
Zhao Dong, an old Bitcoin holder, suggested to those blind bitcoin investors that:
"if you do not have any knowledge of investment basics, please stay away from the Bitcoin world. You will not get rich, and you are just messing with the Bitcoin market. The fact is those people haven’t realized the real significance of Bitcoin.“ http://news.8btc.com/one-bitcoin-one-house-nonsense-or-reality
he believes that Bitcoin will become a mainstream currency, but it is and will continue to be an experimental new currency for years to come. Put simply, Bitcoin is so not ready to redefine currency.
I do not agree with his advise because if a person will not come close to bitcoin then he will not know forever about it and if a person will come close to bitcoin and will adopt it in their ignorance then a day will come when he will be the expert of blockchain technology.

I don't agree also. I believe everyone should try Bitcoin investment, expertise or not. Anyone can hold BTCs and wait to sell it for a higher price, the return is amazing and it's an easy task, just need to follow the market.

But I agree somehow when he says people shouldn't sell important, valuable things they have to buy Bitcoins, because you always must have a plan B in case of plan A fails. Just sell things and convert this money to BTCs if you are rich and earn decent income from different places. To have a house is a good investment and worth a lot, even better than Bitcoins!

Let's think simply, let's just say we already have knowledge about cryptocurrency and the fundamentals of investment because we already feel the power of bitcoin in our economic productivity, our difference with them above is we give a positive understanding for every person new to bitcoin so that volume will continue to increase, Successful business is a business that continues to experience additional users with ever-increasing graphics. In 20 years I believe bitcoin will continue to grow and 1 bitcoin coin will be able to buy a home, maybe more than one for a third world country.
2596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: April 30, 2017, 02:47:36 AM
i think the moment you decide to invest some money into bitcoin it becomes clear that you want to see some possible profits for holding and not merely fun

if that was not the case your savings would have been with a bank with little expectations
I think everyone has their own goals. Not just investment. My friend bought bitcoin because he wants to gamble using bitcoin not for investment?

We really have different reasons for using Bitcoin but majority of us use it to earn more. Maybe your friend bought Bitcoin for gambling purposes but I'm sure that he is also hoping to win and earn more.

Investment assets are my main objective, gambling is also part of the asset addition and tends not to attract it until bitcoin prices have been shaken as it did in last March. I take bitcoin every day for only 10% and focus to continue to play it in gambling and trading investments.
2597  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: April 29, 2017, 08:46:30 AM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
The answer will depend on how long are you willing to hold, do you want to hold for years then buying at any moment is fine, but if you don’t want to wait but a few months  then I think it is better for you to wait for the price to get lower.
That's a good way, but if you have strong plans of investing then when the price falls don't get panic, thinking whether it will grow again. Without any distraction just buy that you can afford, if you feel investing is not much secure. Because you can profit when price starts to pump forward.

Many people who are new to bitcoin are still afraid to keep bitcoin in long term because it's always fluctuating and always fooled by mainstream media about cryptocurrency, they are right because the risk of bitcoin investing there is no agreement what can be used as a legal basis, but investment in trading market is proving to give positive trust to its users so that people do not hesitate to invest more, we should forget case of mt.gox and bitfinnex in the past because bitcoin is stronger and more reliable every year.
2598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: April 29, 2017, 08:37:46 AM
Yes and if bitcoin be used to support terrorists and other illegal activities, it will makes bad impact to bitcoin, the peoples who use bitcoin will be saw as bad people especially for the peoples who don't know anything about bitcoin and they just know bitcoin be used to support terrorists from news of media, they take all of the news without learn about bitcoin and technology behind bitcoin.
If terrorist use bitcoin for illegal activities what bad impact it has to bitcoin rather than the detractors will hang on to that aspect rather than understanding the real fact that they will use any method to fund their organization and most of the time fiat currency is used in terrorist activities so would that get a bad reputation for the currency they are using.

I don't believe about this, because there is no evidence to show that terrorists use bitcoins to fund their groups. I think this is just government propaganda, because coincidence bitcoin also move underground and can't be supervised by anyone. I think terrorists are stuffed toys from rulers of big countries, financial support and weapons of war are donated secretly, many people are too religious and forget that religion can be used as a propaganda by a country that wants to destroy them.
2599  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: April 29, 2017, 08:27:43 AM
To manipulate bitcoin prices, I'm sure it takes a lot of bitcoin, especially if it happens very quickly, maybe it will make a company a big loss. Well, it's possible to manipulate the price, but it takes more than 5000 btc
Yes , and only big bag holders or whales can do that .Also younhave more than 5000btc and i think its also a group of whales who plans to manipulate price for them to buy on dump stage were panic selling goes.
FYI that when someone or a group of people manipulates it they morely on establishing big fluctuations in the market price.

It will actually happen in 10-20 years where whales monopolize most of bitcoin, we must be wiser because every year our wallet will continue to be monitored for massive sabotage. 5000 bitcoin to be played in trading market can also provide very great decline fluctuation, there will be many teams that do dump & pump. But here we are required to be smarter and not easily panic in making sales, if we follow their pattern, it will be profitable for ourselves.
2600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: April 29, 2017, 08:12:54 AM
Gambling is not dependent on location and time, gambling depends on mood, I think we should all gamble when our mood is relaxed and without any pressure, that would be good for us. I never gamble when I'm bored or angry because I know the anger will make me lose a lot of money while gambling and I would never gamble when there are too many factors influence around. We also should not gamble every day, it is easy to make us addicted and lose control, personally I usually play weekend gambling like entertainment and reduce stress after a busy work week.

If you want to be professional, you have to set up the right schedule to play gambling, it shows that you still consider it entertainment, you are not wrong in this case. Gambling every day doesn't matter because I do it every day after work at night.

Evenings are a good time to relax and stay away from noise, and gambling takes a very relaxed time, sometimes even in anger we win gambling because venting emotion on something will be a force for concentration.
