261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run or Bull Trap on: February 16, 2020, 12:55:02 PM
The market has been gradually moving upwards for a long time, so I think it's not a bull's trap, it's likely to be a bull run soon.

That's exactly what a trap looks like, lure people in and then WHAM! Remember 2017 bull run, same thing happened. Chart was looking nice - uptrend and all the speculations around Futures, and ETFs. And then the dip that left making scarred. This time, I do hope BTC stays up longer.
Halving still a few more months, of course this bullish trend will still continue no worries, but the risk is still in the price now, if the support is not strong, then we will see $9500 again
the possibility of a slight correction can still occur before halving. but it will make a lot of people panic, please be careful. we cannot predict correctly what is likely to happen in the future.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will not replace fiat currency on: February 15, 2020, 03:47:36 PM
Governments are currently not ready to accept cryptocurrency as a main payment method, but crypto becomes more and more popular around the world. You can now buy many things with crypto, so it is the matter of time when everyone will be using cryptocurrency.
indeed there are currently some governments that have not yet received payments using cryptocurrency but now there are several countries that accept it and have been made as a safer and faster payment alternative, the government should not be able to prohibit the use of cryptocurrency as long as the seller accepts purchases using cryptocurrency.
countries only protect their own country's finances. it's natural because if the use of crypto is also high but countries don't manage crypto for their country properly, it can be bad for state finances. we must see how countries that legalize crypto as a means of payment. of course, we have to see many examples of the advantages and disadvantages that certainly exist in every crypto transaction that is used.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: February 15, 2020, 03:43:18 PM
CNN interview coming with Ripple CEO might make it rally in the short term...long term is less clear...
it might not even have an impact on a rally. it was just an interview, no system update or update changed the product of their platform. we don't know what the CEO will later present.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be ETH's biggest year yet? on: February 15, 2020, 03:33:37 PM
If you compare ETH to the past years, now ETH really looks very good and maybe lately it is the most successful year for ETH.
why can you say that this year is the most successful? what has been achieved by ethereum? if you look at my 2017 we all agree if it is the best year of ethereum and almost all crypto assets. but we cannot compare the present situation with the conditions in the past. the market is different, and the achievement of ethereum, of course, every year has its trends and achievements.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Advice for year 2020 on: February 14, 2020, 02:46:15 PM
my advice before investing should learn about bullish or bearish trend information and choose a good altcoin by looking at cmc
To learn both are very important thing right now but this is not the main thing that must be known by everyone. As long as someone can understand the fundamental of coin and this can be a very strong thing that must be owned by everyone. The market can go to the various direction even a good news doesn't give a small impact.
sometimes basic analysis simply cannot provide proven answers in the market. I am more confident with my feelings and speculation in choosing assets. although sometimes it is very risky to lose money. but I feel it's the best I can do than trust what other people say.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the best coin to buy apart from bitcoin on: February 14, 2020, 02:36:17 PM
Right now I am concentrating on three coins mainly - Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin. I had very bad experience with some of the smaller coins in the past and that is the reason why I am not much interested in them right now. But there can be some smaller coins that may give you god returns if a bull run materializes. For example, Ebitcoin (EBTC) has risen by 900% during the last few days. I don't think that any of the established altcoins will give you that sort of returns.
I was surprised by the MBL coin which has a fairly large increase. a few coins with low prices seems like many are experiencing an increase now. many projects take advantage of growing market moments to make updates that make altcoin increase.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you looking at tokens that are not top 50? on: February 14, 2020, 02:00:50 PM
Personally, No, I would rather stick to the top 10 coins right now as the market is really very volatile and unpredictable so the risk factor is high, at least for me.

But I do believed that there are investors around who would rather pick coin in the latter and wait for the eventual pump and dump and then sell, rinse and repeat.

I always think speculating is fun if you do not have a life, do not have a family to feed and do not have a job;) Because it is time consuming to be a full time trader and anyway difficult to trust the news and charts even at this stage so I agree. Stick to what is established but not necessarily top 10 because coins like BNB and Ripple I would never ever touch.
why don't you touch BNB and ripple? I played several times trading with BNB and Ripple. not bad just need to put our speculations on the state of the fast trading chart. for the long term, it is not very convincing but for daily trading, I think BNB and ripple are quite interesting.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: February 10, 2020, 02:52:24 PM
yes, you are right that centralized coins are less attractive to investors because usually centralized coins only focus on the team and its development, while at the price it always loses. it can be seen from the ripple, although it is said that the team and solid support, but the price of the ripple is always difficult to pump. in the end bitcoin and etherum have always been the foremost crypto.
ripples usually will increase prices when there is good news or if market conditions are rising, ripples will be slightly affected and prices will rise slightly, if you want to see the pump in the ripple maybe you can wait until the end of this year because usually every year the ripple can provide surprises the price of which will be pumped by the ripple team.
What events did the developer do to increase the price of the ripple? if it was only based on market habits of the ripple I don't think that would happen. try to analyze the market not from history but based on their ability to face and make updates in the future.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways To Distribute & Promote a New Coin on: February 10, 2020, 02:49:37 PM
What are some good ways to promote, distribute/sell a new coin? Please list some good techniques, so on and so forth. Thanks again.

Initially, through YouTube channels or through users with good number of followers, a project be it upcoming or existing can be promoted to a larger audience. But overtime, it tends not to be enough thus leading to more of Airdrops, bounties etc. So as a new coin, the first thing is, checking your budget and what you can afford to spend on promotion then going with it. You have to promote first before you can think of selling, this is to make people aware of what your project is all about.
Secondly, once the project is being promoted the team is meant to be working hard as well; if it's to have an MVP or to showcase what is already developed.
Then after a stipulated time, the team can look for an adequate exchange to conduct their IEO, ICO or as the case maybe. If they have their own funds they can still list on adequate exchanges.
Lastly to make the project worth it, the team have to keep developing.

Well, budgeting is always a priority for us to consider and besides that, we should deliver a project that has enough quality and the best promises, many projects come up with unreasonable ideas and do not implement the plans exactly while investors and participants need to validate those issues, focus on reality and know what we own. Returning to the best promise, bonding with a reputable and powerful exchange will be the best promise for the community, finally taking the time to run the campaign and pay the participants in full, all will be the basis for a new project that can come up.
many new projects we can see do not pay attention to what you say. there is no real product, even promises and plans made may be very sweet but not promising and unrealistic in market conditions. especially with the payment of campaign participants, many have ruled out this problem. and bounty hunters are only considered a problem for dumps in their markets.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin's price is disappointing!!! on: February 10, 2020, 02:45:18 PM
I think it's not disappointing its an opportunity, just focus on the coins with use-case like RYO and keep on buying at cheap price. If the price is cheap you have the opportunity to buy many coins with a few bucks. Altcoins don't have support like Bitcoin but they have use-case and privacy features so it is a good thing if prices are low, not a disappointment.
not all altcoin with low prices you can buy for a profit. pay attention to the coin market and the project they are developing. if the project they develop does not work on the market it will be difficult to make their coins in exchange for increasing prices. many altcoins do not move even though the market has improved with the increase mobilized by bitcoin.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Advice for year 2020 on: February 09, 2020, 03:58:34 PM
I am not really into altcoin as of now. You must always consider the events that is coming before you are going to invest in a specific coin. Instead of investing in altcoins, why not invest on bitcoin? It will for surely going to make your money triple after the halving. We all know that it will for surely gonna rise up because it will lessen the supply by half.
one of the main reasons there is a percentage of the profit that can be obtained if premises with little capital if we invest in bitcoin. we know the price of bitcoin is very expensive if we buy it with a small capital I think the profit we can get is also very small. although we can see the graph of bitcoin trading continues to increase. when we have big capital of course bitcoin is the best choice and the fastest way to get profit.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoins Should Be Watched Closely in 2020 on: February 09, 2020, 03:55:29 PM
in my opinion ethereum is an altc that you need to pay attention to to become your crypto of trust in 2020. the launch of ethereum 2.0 there will be a system that is POS which in my opinion will be an opportunity for you to get a big profit this year.
it's not only ethereum that already has a POS system, Tezoz and Waves are big coins with a POS system and are successful, I'm sure Ethereum will also be as successful as they are
of course, we hope that not only will it succeed in moving to POS, but there will be an effect that can grow ethereum prices because we also see ethereum as having a larger market than the two assets you mentioned.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins profit ... Which altcoin is best for profits? on: February 09, 2020, 03:53:08 PM
Your opinion about ETH and BNB is actually right. Also, not financial advice though, any of the crypto that has been able to maintain the top 20 in the past few months is also a good fit in my own opinion. Diversification is also important
Yes i also see those two altcoins to have good market this year but aside from those two i also expect xrp to peform well on the coming years and yes diversification is really an important thing to do specially lots of altcoins will perform good so choosing one will not be appropriate. In the next dump of market i'll surely buy some of those coins i've mentioned.
yes, XRP has a pretty good market potential too. especially with market conditions that support prices and XRP charts should be more than now. especially with the large XRP market, we can still expect a lot.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whoa, Ethereum breaks the $200 barrier on: February 07, 2020, 02:49:29 PM
The price increasig now because of Ethereum 2.0 launch speculation . Recent AMA with Vitalik there will be launch 95% chance of releaasing ethereum 2.0 by July 2020 said by one of the researcher Drake. It is the right time to hold ethereum for next big bull run . I got information from Coindesk.
if it goes well I think ethereum growth after a successful ethereum 2.0 update there will be a greater increase. and now we have seen the beginning of that increase occur. hopefully, bitcoin will remain consistent in the uptrend. because it will strongly support the growth of the altcoin market.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next price in XRP on: February 07, 2020, 02:36:13 PM
This is not the first time they doing that!

So when was the last time? I am not so updated with XRP but I like to ask, did they do that before they reach the ATH or after?

Personally, I still believe that XRP would reach $1 easy if this bullish market trend will continue longer.
all possibilities are still open for XRP to get its new ATH. but as you said the pumping season must occur very strongly. not only bitcoin but altcoin must also have a strong request to run bull. and XRP will get its position back.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the next Dapp you want to see built? on: February 06, 2020, 01:13:43 PM
Mobile platforms are likely to become more and more. but the exchange platform will also continue to exist but as now many exchange platforms have happened but not many have succeeded. social media platforms that manage their crypto are likely to become a new trend in the future.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The TRX Speculation and Info Thread on: February 06, 2020, 01:09:55 PM
TRX is trending up...  Not as fast as some of the other alts within the top 20 tho.  And the worse part:  The SR's voted to remove the 100b cap of the supply.

Gonna sell part of my stake this year...  And I think the Tron community should start a grass roots marketing program.  Justin Sun is doing more bad than good imho.
this situation is a bit confusing I guess. when the market starts to improve but support from the Tron market isn't that great. as you say is related to what their developers are doing. and it is bad for the Tron market in the future when market confidence decreases.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No good projects from a long time on: January 30, 2020, 01:16:11 PM
2020 does not please crypto enthusiasts. In January of this year I could not find worthy projects in the bounty campaigns of which I could take part, about projects for investment and nothing to say - they are not. I hope in February the situation will change at least somehow.
I also hope so because the project at the beginning of this year was not very convincing, but before participating in one project it would be great if we see the team that would handle the project.
it is difficult to predict new projects that will survive and develop in the long run. most of them like dead and no more updates after the first year the platform is run. but some are serious and continue to run updates and collaboration with other platforms. although there is no market effect, the renewal and performance shown by the team can still maintain the trust of the community.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it worth to invest in Dash coin? on: January 30, 2020, 01:10:13 PM
It is still very difficult to predict altcoins, we can only be on a better side of prediction when bitcoin breaks the ATH and other altcoins response correspond in the same vein. However, I dont believe it can make the predicted price this year, very far from it.
of course, the market needs adjustments and a high balance to be able to get ATH again. even after halving bitcoin, of course, it requires market adjustments to survive and continue to strengthen. we try to wait for that moment to happen at the end of the year after halving is run.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance to help Coronavirus victims on: January 29, 2020, 02:12:42 PM
Binance sharing his profit to those who are in need is a good sign that Binance will continue to remain profitable and a popular exchange.
Last time I heard they donated was just recently when there's a wildfire in Australia, the amount of donation is not huge enough compared to what they are earning on a regular basis but it's action is something we have to be proud as a user of exchange and a crypto enthusiast.
apart from such humanitarian actions, all of that can create a good sentiment towards the crypto market especially on the binance platform. indeed not directly but this can make their market strong with communities who also increase trust in the project and its development.
