This is according to your target profit, if you have purpose to make high profit so you should be trade in to altcoin because now many altcoin on the bottom. And for the altcoin trading is better by short duration because the price can be back going down, but if you have purpose to make long term investment is better chooce BTC because this coin has the biggest market cap, and currently more than 55% dominance by BTC that make the price not crash. Use altcoin for short investment and use BTC for long term investment is look great idea to get maximum profit.

This is was my experience 2 years ago, i have 7 Bitcoin in that times but because i need money for emergency situation and then i sold it all when the price $500, but finally after a few month the price keep going up and moon shoot to 30 times just in 1 years, so this is my big mistake ever. So if you need emergency money is better, sell others asset and not crypto, because crypto will going up again later.

Bearish market can not be avoided and this is will good thing for trader who was sell the coin when all the times high and wait patient for the bottomed price to rebuy it, so they will make others profit. From this market crash, now we have more experience how to handle and manage the risk with better strategy. Never be greedy and never FOMO is should be to make profit from in this high fluctuacion market. There are always top and bottom price so never FOMO and never be greedy.

When iam newbie and start learn about crypto trading, i dont know how stop limit feature are work. I have seen some exchange has this feature and i dont know what the function of it. In others many exchange they does not have this feature. But now finally i know this feature is very important for crypto trading for stop loss and trailling stop. So for the better use exchange that has this feature, like Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex and Okex.

If we have purpose to increase amount of BTC we should trade that BTC with others altcoins, this way is risky so we should be carefull and make better prediction when time to buy and how many percentace of profit that we should be take it. We can see every day some altcoin become the biggest gainer. So trade BTC with others altcoin is way to increase BTC, and do not forget use stop loss to avoid big loss from altcoin crash.

Although crypto market on bearish but there are also some altcoin going up ranging from 10% to 30% aday , so we still opportunity to make some profit. But this is will be more difficult to get it because only some of crypto going up and so many going down. And to avoid loss we should be keep some balance in to fiat or USDT , and we can use it again to buy coins after the price on the bottom. Patient waiting for bottomed price will be promising big profit because when the price on the deep is more easy to push up to 100% just in afew days.

If you have plan to make invest in Bitcoin for long run lets say in 1 or 2 years, now is good times to buy and hold it, because the number of people who will jump in to crypto will be increase on every years that also make the price going up,  even CEO of Coinbase predict the total people who will put money in crypto in 5 years will be around 1 Billion people, that mean more than 1/5 of population in the world will come in to crypto market.

Bitmex is not like others crypto exchange, this platform is crypto futures trading that mean we can trade crypto by open potition long and short with option of leverage. Just the samething like forex trading with margin on the Metatrader4 that we can make profit from buy and sell. Trade on bitmex is more risk than trade on others crypto exchange because use of leverage that make the level risk also will be multiple.

The price of crypto crash because many trader and investor predicted the price will keep down because so many FUD and bad news on the market so they sell their own crypto immediately. But bearish is not forever ,this trend will change later to become bullish. Last year many crypto going up to 100 times and this year timing for crash, and then next year will change again to bull run because crypto is have good future.

Can be the price was touched the stop loss so your open order closed, or your open order closed because there are timing duration for open order in Bitmex exchange. Just chek all that in your trading history.

No body know Bitcoin will go that high price or not in the end if this year. My hope is Bitcoin and others crypto will going up the same level like december last year. I think Bitcoin will be going up to $50k in next year because now not any sign for bull run,  there no many new investor jump in to crypto, i can see this from the total market cap of crypto just around $200Billion, and that mean not any new money come to the crypto market. Even Bitcoin ETF approved the price can be going up around $20k in the end of this year, and $50k will be in the beginning of next year.

$100 is more than enough for start crypto trading, in bull market you can turn it in to $1000 just a few month,.and also possible to turn that money to $10k in 1 years, but you should be disiplin and built trading plan, even many people just started from zero by joined bounty, airdrop, ICO and trading, And they can make amillion dollar in afew years. All that can be possible if you have risk management and strategy.

No one know when best times to buy Bitcoin and where is the bottomed price, no body know it. When we decide to invest in Bitcoin we should ready with the risk and minimize the risk by build trading plan. We should be learn and make analysis more about fundamental of crypto market. Can be on october next month is the best to buy it after we know decision of Bitcoin ETF.

You been loss not about the exchange of poloniex but you dont have risk management, poloniex is good exchange that have high trading volume. I think you have to learn more about trading plan to minimize the risk. One of the trading plan is never FOMO, lock some profit in to fiat, use stop loss, never greedy and never buy on the top.

Look at coinmarket cap that shown more than 50% dominance by Bitcoin and that mean many trader and investor prefer to put their money in to Bitcoin, so if i have that money, i will put it in to Bitcoin by percentace 70% and others altcoins 30%, some altcoin that has strong demand like ETH, ADA, EOS, BCH, XLM, NEO.

That still normal, market cap of crypto also has high volatility the same thing like the price its self. In the long term market cap of crypto possible to increase to 10 times, we can se this from history market cap of crypto in the beginning of last year 2017 until now, the market cap was going up multiple times. The marketcap will go higher when more new people interesting about crypto, so we should promote the benefits of  this market.

Untill now i still hold all my coins and tokens untill the next bull run coming, bull run come in this year or in next year is does not matter because i use it for long term investment, and my target profit is 20 times. I still believe crypto has good future and later will be boom market like stocks market, i understanding the crypto has low cap because this market launched on 2011 and this is just like baby, so this market have very big potential to be multi trilliun dollar market like stocks or gold.

Bitcoin is gold 2.0 so that mean the price will be going up just like gold and the market cap will be also increase the same thing like gold in the long run. Bitcoin is very good asset for long term investment because the price still possible to go to $500k , now just around 1% people know and make invest in to Bitcoin and in the future can be 5% to 10% so make invest in Bitcoin is good decision to change life and financial.

History price of crypto will help to know support and resistance level, so when we think the price on the support area we can decide to buy and dont forget to use stop loss because no one can make prediction by accurate 100%. Use stop loss on everyday trade is apart of risk management that we should use to avoide huge loss.
