6 months without proper answer to support ticket. I guess it's time to give up. 2 months was without answer, 1 month was wasted with Myfe who was just useless - asked him about account's problem and he starts to ramble about Bitcoin gold's exchange, just what the hell.. after 3 months I PM'd wetsuit who was actually up to speed with things (what do you know, he knows his creation) but his rhetorics were just dumbfounding: "nobody has ever had problems with their accounts, nobody's ever been able to prove their problem so there can not and will not be a problem". Now, there's 7-8 PMs which he hasn't answered to.
And no, I can't prove my case either. I tried to ask if there's any easy way to access those specific rolls in question so I could provide screenshots from audit, but I never received answer. I guess I should just click through couple of months of rolls - 20 per page - and check audit on every one of them. And yeah, of course I should have taken shots and do all kinds of stunts immediately after I noticed something was off, but I was naive enough to trust wetsuit to take care of things. That's 0 or 0.3 BTC (or something, I don't even remember anymore) gone. Wait what, 0? Yeah, because there was no deeper look into things then I guess that's possible. Just trusting my own eyes though, something was and probably is screwed.
If you contacted myfe and wetsuit providing the very same information you're presenting in the reply above, they can't do anything but bouncing you back, I'm sorry. I'd do the same, every webmaster/admin would do the same with a customer out of millions simply whining about something he can't even show some basic data to bind to the issue. I think this you say is correct, because his powers are not allowed to know more to answer your own question, but I believe he also sent but as his friend has no authority to answer exactly what you want |

Please tell us the smallest thing to discuss, see if anyone can help you, I still believe in freebit, maybe Myfe and wetsuit can not be resolved. |

Also, the "bot" would have to bypass the google recaptcha, and the fact that it would be able to accomplish that is highly unlikely.
Also, the "bot" would have to maybe use a proxy (?) in order to bypass the IP restriction to one user per hour per claim.
Also, if the "bot" would have to be used in the "multiply btc" section, there is no guarantee on the gain as there is no guarantee on the gambing in general.
So, if the user proposing these aspects is ignoring them we can conclude that (a) he's stupid or (b) it's safe to assume the bot is trivially a scam whereas you're sold a tool that would simply not work - same as receiving a package with a brick inside.
Worst, the bot could also potentially be a worm/trojan/virus and send your login and password to the user selling it who would simply steal all your freebitco.in balance.
