I saved their whole web page on 5th January including their ToS. Here is it: http://tinyurl.com/kud9kth

wow your the hero of the day haha.

it does not say , we can change this without consent, so i did not agree to changing the terms.

it does not say i am a buisness (which im not). so by Distance selling Regulations law i can get a 100% refund, without breach of contrac (which they did do with a minimum of 5 times)

262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 07:41:26 PM
the original terms dont seem to say the terms can be changed at any time or that we would be viewed as a buisness.

so i have never agreed to those things.

im not a buisness, so the Distance selling Regulations apply to me by law.

I have been patient, but this 30% stock has pushed me over the edge,so i have investigated.

by their own admissions we can be a non buisness entity.please note the word individuals.

i am very patient and reasonable, but i never agreed to terms beeing changed at their disgression, nor being viewed as a buisness entity. im not a UK resident, European law applys to me.

Fiaz even said on their forum ""Firstly, your terms can not be retrospectively changed, the terms you accept are the terms that apply to you, any changes after you place your order are for new customers only.""

does anybody have a screenshot of this statement?

For some reason, this company interprets any sort of call for critical review as being "mean to them."  Here is the perfect spokesman for the current state of affairs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCpwd0ARx6Q

there have been nasty trolls with fud, but there have also been legitimate concerns from customers about changing policys and so on.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 31, 2014, 02:45:02 PM
how can you pay your own discount? and if they go back to 90 mh/s from 250 im gonna be upset
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 30, 2014, 08:06:37 PM
your actually offended that i remained reasonable in the face of adversity and did not get swallowed up in the hype of the pitchfork mob. thats your problem.

all the ranting in the world wont make your asic come any faster.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 30, 2014, 08:02:38 PM
I can't believe bumface is here defending AT still! Look back through his posts, look for when he was arguing that they were a good legitimate deal six + months ago with me, trying to shut down my warning posts about these scammers. Pretty obvious that he is affiliated with AT at this point. Fucking scammers.

what the hell are you talking about man,i am a customer. "shut down my warning posts" what does that even mean? i am not a moderator on this forum

not everything is black and white, if you actually read my comments here, you would know that i am quite critical aswell. but i remain reasonable like an adult

Just because i refuse to join in a childish frenzie of useless speculation does not make me an affiliate. everybody pretends to be an expert on what happens behind closed doors, but you simply know as little as the rest of us.

If you want to fill the void in your logic with fud, thats your buisness , but dont include me in your tinfoil hat theorys please

I didn't say you were a mod, I said you were a shill. Since the beginning, you have been unreasonably pro AT, defensive and corrupt. It isn't reasonable to close your eyes and hope they are shipping something, then try to troll this forum into believing that they are still on track. A reasonable adult wouldn't have sent money to these frauds, they never produced a thing beyond some slick documents.

all the acusations in the world wont make me an alpha tech employee buddy
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 30, 2014, 05:36:48 PM
I have no idea what that means

i wonder what this upcoming update is about. Hopefully the free cloudhash is back, effective imeadiatly

Searing

a well written and informational piece, with logic and proper investigation and wording.

All the trolls here can take a lesson from it

271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ASIC-RESISTANT] UltraCoin (UTC) - Ultrafast 6 second transactions!! on: July 29, 2014, 09:33:35 PM
i have been asked to speak at a convention in las vegas, and we are now discussing the benefit.

It is a miners convention and the name is www.HashersUnited.com

but again the finances come into play since this trip would cost a few thousand dollars.

They have asked me to give a solo presentation on Ultracoin ,N factor and asic resistance and how this fits in the coin landscape.

i am not familiar with giving solo presentations , I think i would get quite nervous, however the benefits are great ,just like last time in sweden its a great opportunity to meet new people and spread awareness.

this would cost at least 3000 dollars with a plane ticket and hotels so this is very tricky, i dont have a single asic yet, and alpha just moved the shipping from juli to september.

This event is on October 10th &11th , 2014 so there is no way i can mine 3000 dollars by then.

With al do respect Bumface....

How can you ask here again for money, for a conference in Las Vegas where is no certainty that this is good for UTC on the long term.

You ask here actually for a fund raising or an donation from the community of 5.2 BTC or an equal of 303,000 UTC.

That's quite something to ask the community ....

Your conference in Denmark was maybe good for your personal contacts but for UTC it did nothing on the long term.
So why we should raise and donate for you to go to Vegas this time ?
What is there to win for UTC with a certain guarantee ?

actually i asked nothing,i simply explained the situation.

that last conference was in sweden not denmark, and your term personal contacts doesnt even make sense, i didnt go there for myself, i went for UTC. and it did pay off.

also i dont understand how you can doubt if it would be a good idea to be a speaker next to charles lee and others, this brings legitimacy to the coin and leads to acceptance

they specificly asked me to come and give a solo presentation.

you ordered a product that would be shipped in q3, that has not passed. now live with it and stop whining

You ordered a product which was due for shipping worst case scenario 15th July. That did not happen. People have every reason to be upset with AT.

With the proposed new delivery date these units will never ROI.

every asic roi`s, the questin is how long will it take.

i will put it on a multipool

http://poolpicker.eu/

put it on nicehash, 250 mh/s x 0.00482350btc =1,205875 btc per day

= 701.19 USD per day , making the roi :

 9 254.18175 U.S. dollars (5450 gbp) / 701.19 = ROI 13,19782338595816 days.....

so whats the issue here exactly?

there will always be new coins, and a multipool takes full advantage of this

Your price is *WAY* off.  Current NICEHASH price is 0.00078810btc Per Mh = 0.197025 BTC Per day
If, and ONLY IFF, that price remains steady, = 9,254 dollars / $118 per day or 78 days.  But since the difficult rises by about 10% ever 4 days.  When we get our machines 60 days from now (if that) It'll be making around $24 a day, before electricity. At that rate : You're looking at 380 days... but we all know that in those 380 the difficulty will rise so much that you'll have to shut the machine off because the cost of electricity is more than you make.  So in other words.  There is a 0% chance of us making our money back if the delivery date is Sept.

multipool owners constantly add new coins that are very profitable.......diff does not go up in a multipool

searing : 10000 dollar

Sorry bumface but 0.00482350 is for SCRYPT-N. Vipers are SCRYPT which is 0.00066000 currently.

So you would get: 0,165 BTC a day.  Sad

are you sure alpha tech asics cant do N coins? flowertech asics can do it

Aren't you forgetting about the increase in difficulty. By the time you get your Viper running the difficulty will have tripled. Other companies will have shipped out their ASIC hardware causing the difficulty to instantly sky rocket. If Alpha-t ships their hardware a month after KNC, or ZoomHash delivers theirs there will be no hope of getting a return on your investment.

multipools mine profitable coins, switching automaticly. difficulty is irrelevant
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Alpha Technology Litecoin (Scrypt) ASIC Miner Order Batch 1 Now! on: July 28, 2014, 09:40:46 PM
there will always be new coins. a multipool is very consistent. and if you feel like taking a risk, you can mine a new coin directly that has good prospects, and then hope for a rise
