I bought some bitcoin in March 2017, sell half of it in Dec 2017 and hodl the other half since then. The current downward trend seem to last for a very long time and I'm quite upset about it. What do you guys think? Should I hodl or sell all my BTC now?

You expect too high. I think it is impossible for BTC to increase to such a price, the market is gradually stabilized and controlled by many countries. I think it is impossible for BTC to get that price.
this could rise but not that high as $25K and the current market condition will affect the price of the coming months as this will takes time to fully recover and make a bounce back. |

I'm hoping that this could be the starting point to climb the price as we are waiting it for many months. Although we had different scenario for last year and we can't compare this with the market we had right now. Let's wait what would be the market in the coming months. While there are several nations which are passing laws against crypto world. Thailand has entered the list of the nations which have legalized crypto currency. Thailand is mainly dependent on tourism industry. So I think it is wise decision on t he part of a country where major source of income is from tourism. So it will attract more tourists to this country.
It will benefit a lot to the country and is healthy signal for the health of Bitcoin family.
This is a good news to the cryptoworld and to the people of Thailand as they can now maximize their participation with this technology that will improve their financial aspects once they start to invest and hold. This could also attract more cryptohub to relocate in their country as crypto is legal as compared to much expensive countries in Europe. I'm hoping that more countries will open doors to legalize crypto. |

We can't please everyone to accept this bitcoin technology and I respect their decision even though they had telling bad words against us bitcoin believers.
Maybe in the future they will realize that they made a wrong stand point in this technology and they will accept this and join us here. As bitcoin is for everyone.

With the volatility of cryptocurrency people has doubt of investing all their money on crypto and they still use banks as this is the safest way to keep your money. Although banks has lower interest rate than putting it on bitcoin but it's more secure in the banks. I don't think banks will be obsolete not unless government will force to remove them.

There are 1624 currently active cryptocurrencies and more than 100 cryptocurrencies exchanges working right now in 2018.
With so many cryptocurrencies in the market Without regulations I feel there should be some body to legalize only a few , since its not like the more the merrier!
It just increases risks of any Fraud.
Small companies often are at a risk of shutting down with so tough competition.
The reason why the percentage of market Bitcoins dominates isn't exactly because they got less investors now , it's just because with so many currencies around the globe it's getting saturated and distributed .
Only some of them would be successful like 10-20 but with this tough competition it's risking people's investments and both these small small exchanges.
I strongly believe that a regulatory body should tackle this and then make a decision.
I think is negative in it's own way.

I think we really need regulations to screen out those many ICOs and determine which project has potential to grow. In this way investors will have full support on those project and minimize those fraud and fake projects to conduct ICO. |

I hold my token until It reach my target profits then sell and buy again once the market is on correction as you can but those coins at cheaper price. Buy low and sell high is my ideal strategy but sometimes I'm trap once the market is always on bearish.

It seems the problem was on your side as you did not read the rules of the bounty. Before joining any bounty program, kindly read the rules first and be sure that you had understood what your tasks. For social media campaign, you should post your report on the bounty thread every week as written in the bounty rules. Although some bounty managers has automatic counting of reports and no reports needed as their system will track your participation. Just read the rules and ask the bounty manager if it's not clear enough. |

sorry i recent found out that most of the airdrop which we are participating are fake.
how could you work for airdrop at last they paid you and it worth's nothing or it has not been listed on exchange, even it is listed the amount of token given to you can't even cover the gas fee. just take a look of that, is it good?
then some of airdrop are to freez your system immediately which you can't have any access to control your system. i have been hack by airdrop and they mad away all my token just a simple click.
please reason why i decided to drop this message is that i don't you want to fall victim, because it pains for you to work for the entire months someone just came from no were and made away with your hustle without pity. so be careful

I participated before but it seems it's not worth the effort with those fewer quantity and has no value at exchanges. Better to research first those company had doing the airdrops if they are legit sites with credible team behind. Besides don't expect to much from a airdrops as more on those are just a fake projects. |

Cryptocurrency is too volatile and this is unpredictable as nothing is sure about the price. It could be a good decision to sell at 15 rather than going down to 1. You can't blame on their decision because in the end it's their money involve. Nothing bad as long as it's a profitable decision. |

This is a common thing happens in different countries where the government mandatory give assistance to there citizens with disability, and the sad truth is that the assistance from government is not enough.
This is the perfect time to introduce bitcoin to persons with disability by doing this they don't need to rely only on government assistance, because they are now started to earn there own money to support their needs.

I don't see any connection of the price of bitcoin from the price of oil as they are in a different business group. Maybe at the miners side but not a higher impact as most miners are using the renewable energy.

What are the measures to keep your private key safe and in memory ? Are there any alternatives to retrieve the key back ?
If you lost your private key, then you lose all your bitcoin in your wallet as no other way to recover them. Better provide a print-out of your private key and place it in a safe places for your recovery if you need it. |

I don't think bitcoin can hit $12K mark by the end of this year. As new and new altcoins are coming in the picture the investments will be distributed among different altcoins. Bitcoin will not get enough investments as compared to the investments it received in the previous years. If you are thinking about investing and you have the patience to hold you can think of investing in the altcoins. As they are listed at a very low price as of now, they can guarantee huge profits at the end of this year.
I agree on you mate, as we had many good altcoins the investments will diversify and this is not good the the price of bitcoin and investing in altcoins is much cheaper with higher returns as compared to bitcoin. I'm still hoping that the price of bitcoin will reach to the peak as this is the basis on the market prices. |
