264  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling Bitcoins For SKrill , PayPal on: November 02, 2014, 09:23:58 AM
i am NOT ENDORSING the deal, but I did in fact half-deal with this user. I sent the payment to two different PayPal's, and both times due to payment type issues, he refunded both payments.
That's $86 worth of PayPal, not a single dime received on my end, and he 100% refunded it. In my opinion, if he was a scammer we would've ran with it.

But like I said, I didn't complete a deal with this user so I could be wrong, but from my experience A-OK

Just completed a smooth transaction with OP.
Thanks!
Thanks for the trade!

267  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] Bitcoins with PayPal (escrow/going first) 15% Above Spot Rate on: November 02, 2014, 08:44:19 AM
It defeats the purpose of using escrow if you are going to be paying with paypal. The only exception to this would be if the escrow would hold the coins for at least 6 months.

I would suggest withdrawing your paypal into your bank account and then withdrawing cash from your bank and then offering to buy bitcoin at the bitstamp rate. You will have likely saved a good $150 even after taking the costs associated with sending funds to your buyer
I'm just doing it out of convenience, nothing more. It's not urgent nor is it needed for my survival, it would just be nice getting it out of my account.
I could use bank, but WF isn't exactly the most supportive bank for me.

If anyone is kind enough to do it, again, more than willing to go first and any payment types/notes more than happy to do to your satisfaction Smiley
You will probably not be able to find a seller that is willing to take on the risk of accepting paypal. It has been years since paypal has been an acceptable way of buying bitcoin. You will be able to find a buyer much quicker by simply withdrawing your money to your bank and offering to pay via western union (like you did in your other buying thread). You will probably even be able to find someone who is willing to fund escrow and lock in a price today while waiting for you to get your money out of PP and into cash form.

well, if you send first, and can wait for 6 month, then I'll be happy do this transaction. you get your coin after 6 month.
how about that. ? $1,250 is 4 bitcoin.
i hope you are joking, because this alone makes me want to give you a negative trust.
Stupid.
Its called being safe. You can reverse funds for 6 months on PayPal. You are sketchy and thus he wants to protect himself.
I am not prepared to put my funds in someone elses control for 6 months, especially a junior member with no trust.
I am pretty sure he was suggesting that the coins be held in escrow until the time that the pp transaction can be disputed has elapsed
Cryptology and another user have offered to do it with their limits, which is quite fair. It's better doing multiple transactions rather than a larger, higher risk one.

Slowly, the whole $1.4k will be sold, which I'm fine with.

Currently Purchased .08BTC/$26 out of the $1,250 Balance I began with. Still $1,199 to go!

Yes, I know 100% that PayPal is reversible. If you find this as an issue I ask you do not trade. I have funds sitting in my account that need to be exchanged, hence creation of this thread.

My Rate is 15% ABOVE preev rate.
I have $1,250USD for exchange, I can do any amount, minimum $1 maximum $500 per transaction.
$26 sold so far

I am happy to pay fees and use an escrow.

Thank you!

Moreia,

Your bitcoins are not stolen, you’ve lost them during the investigation.

Your behaviour caused such a long investigation.

Firstly you’ve sent an infected betting bot for fairproof.

After a couple of weeks you’ve made the first deposit and immideatly got a huge winnings.

We could block your account according to our terms of services but we haven’t - we started the investigation.

While contacting our support you asked how to redeem a Bad Luck bonus which is 1.5 BTC (7.5BTC * 20%). Not a word about 4.3 BTC.

But on bitcointalk you are talking about stolen 7.5 BTC. How come?

Moreia, you act very strange. Nevertheless we provide you with a bad luck bonus which is 1.5 BTC.

$username, thanks. You proved that moreia is not innocent.

Our policy is not to wash dirty linen in public. But currently we have to. Screenshots Moreia’s messages can be provided by request.

We close this case and nobody could not claim FairProof as a Scam.

lol whos lets someone play while they investigate? what fucking bs, all u have is scam accusations in your profile not one good thing said. NO one should play here.

I would of appreciated that as well. How can one investigate an account for cheating, yet still allows them to play?
If you have suspicions of me cheating you should have LOCKED my account until the investigation was over...

My conclusion is that FAIRPROOF locked my WITHDRAWALS ONLY, giving them more time and wait for me to lose, then when lost unlock withdrawals and say bad luck.

Still waiting on fairproof, and someone in default trust to neg him

275  Economy / Services / Re: MoneyPot Signature Campaign - [Latecomer Promo!] Earn BTC For Posting! on: November 02, 2014, 02:52:15 AM
Updated my signature, I'll do my best to make constructive posts around the forum, finally a campaign without a maximum post limit (scratch that saw OP)

Btw is BTC in escrow, or no?

And also pay rate for seniors was 0.0008BTC/post meaning max I can make is 0.8BTC this month, right? Can I request limitation removal for seniors+ or for my self or no?

Thanks again

You can make a maximum of 100 posts that will count to wards the payment. Eric pays it out of his own pocket, and can't be paying out huge amount just yet.

The BTC is not in escrow, no, but I think me and espringe are trustworthy enough after paying out .88+ from September's term.

I was paid, thank you !

Wow, you guys suck. When I saw moreia's scam accusation, I rushed to your defence posting evidence that Moreia also made a reasonably sophisticated attempt at getting me to run an infected bot.  Somehow since then, you've made me trust you less than I already trust Moreia.

By your own admission you were unaffected by this malware -- so not only should we give him the benefit of the doubt that it was someone else on his bitcointalk account, but also realize its rather immaterial. Suspending withdrawals for over three weeks over winning is not cool.

You seem to have forgotten the most fundamental rule of running a gaming establishment: The balance in peoples accounts isn't your money, its theirs. If you're going to investigate someone's account, you really ought to make haste. If you took his money for 3 weeks for investigation and found nothing at the end of it -- don't you think he deserves an apology and likely some compensation? I think 4.3 BTC is reasonable, considering it's obvious you drove him into a state of desperation and helplessness (read his last 20 posts here).
