Who did you buy the accounts from? If there are still address left you can ask the person you bought it from to sign it for you.
But obviously, conveniently, you won't have them.

Either a scam as user above stated or the card is carded. If it was given to you as a gift you shouldn't have much trouble asking the person who bought it for you to provide a receipt or invoice. Until that is shown, the card is fraud.

This is due to the problem experienced by the two largest mining pools at the moment. In the comments we could agree of the date, time and wallet. I prefer a lightweight wallet like electrum as they are most easily manipulated.

The problem using a VCC is if paypal will ever limit you account, and you have a lot money in it you can say goodbye to it for 180 days, because paypal will ask to show vcc statments which you will not have, there are saver ways to do so
