I would consider buying DASH as it is quite low. I feel it would back to 0.015 in a few months time.
If DASH drops to 0.009, I would buy it again.
What happened to DASH on bitcoinwisdom? They used to always list the price. Does anyone know why they seem to have dropped it. Try this site  |

I must say, I really like that new Dashwhale site.
What an amazing new dimension it adds to economics and governance aspects of the whole cryptocurrency "culture". Stuffy command line cryptic interchanges suddenly blossom into beautifully presented overviews of investment profitability profiles, proposal statuses, voting management - you name it. All the stuff that was mere hypothetical projection as part of "Duffenomics" a year ago is right there in the crystal clear, working in realtime.
I'm intrigued as to who built that site and why. It must have taken quite a whack of investment in time and effort. I build eCommerce systems and that site seems to be done to a very high level of professional standard. Everything seems to work and to have been thought out thoroughly. I imagine it must also contain quite a lot of original, non-templated code since the functionality it needs to support is unprecedented.
To build something like that for just a single cryptocurrency must take quite a lot of commitment and faith in its future success.

Amazing - super excited where this project is headed. Right now bitcoin is suffering due to community and developers not in consensus. We now have a great asset and solution to this problem which will provide consensus and project funding for long term growth! We are here to stay! |

Can we get an update on this? How does the "hard fork" indicated in Step 2 differ from the typical "spork" that we are used to? Hopefully it's not going to be a "cross your fingers and pray" thing like RC3's (several) attempted forks? Has it already happened, or was this date pushed back when the release was pushed back? Is the first budget block still planned for 9/6? Thanks for any information! Step 1 and 2 are done and were successful. We shouldn't have any failures like RC3 anymore, we have a nice framework for expansion and there's nothing in the plans that could cause issues like that one. Step 3 isn't going to cause any problems, it's basically 4 lines of code Step 4 was tested extensively. I'll be pushing out the first budget proposal soon, then we should see the successful payment of those items on September 6th. Excellent update Evan. Thanks to you and the team! AdamWhite is a paid troll so no rhythm or reasoning will do anything to stop his FUD campaign. Even if Evan were to come in here and "clear the air" he'd still bring up insta-scam, reference node, i need to help noobs etc. Its best if we all just put it on ignore and move on guys.

Whilst Vertoe is a talented developer and he contributed alot to Darkcoin, after seeing his/her personality he/she isnt someone I would invest in. He/she was just a dark dev and was power hungry at that.
He/she uses a scorched earth policy when he disagree's with something instead of keeping a cool head and discussing professionally, when he\she left Darkcoin he deleted all the hard work people had done translating the wallets into difference languages, shutdown sites and blatantly tried to cause as much damage as possible. This is not someone who I respect and would put my money into.
Think about once he/she gets bored or has enough with this project - delete, dump and walk away....all the best

Just started brand new wallet and it says no blockchain source available.
Is the seed node down or do I need to add something to the dash.conf?

Delete peers.dat file and try again? Tried that Debug.log says "0 addresses from DNS Seeds" I think they are down. Will manually add a node. Are you on version 0.11.2.22 ? If it continues, you may be stuck on a fork in which case you'll need to start the wallet in command line with -reindex. Added my MNs as a node manually and all sync'ed up and running! Downloaded 11.2.22 and run on a brand new computer |
