261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex Earn ~ 12% UST, to risky or solid eg want to avoid LUNA/UST EARN on: May 20, 2023, 04:36:47 AM
Of course this will jog the memory of its users like the story about Luna and UST but I also don't dare to jump to conclusions about the sustainability of APY 12% Poloniex in UST (TerraUSD). One more thing Poloniex is a well established cryptocurrency exchange and I think the stability and reputation of the platform is also at stake for the risks associated with it like the OP said.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency. on: May 20, 2023, 04:20:07 AM
*If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency that will make me a billionaire, Which one do you think would be a better choice, besides BTC and Eth of which I have grown accustomed to?

- $MATIC

These are some of the best I have seen so far.
*What advice would you give me?

If you want to be a billionaire, buy Matic and leave it for 10 years before you open it. If you go in now that's even better. $MATIC will be the Next BNB. the fact is that the use of the automatic network for transactions is very cheap and fast and there are also many users now. This is the result of my study when their price was still $ 0.3 if you look at 2021 CMC Data.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any advice for invest my first 600$ in altcoins? on: May 20, 2023, 04:10:35 AM
Hi just new to here. I want to know what are the good altcoins that can be invest and forget until 2026. I'm currently thinking to spend around 600$ for altcoins. Right now I'm holding BNB & ETH only as altcoins. Don't say buy BTC cuz already have nice amount since 2010.

Is it good to invest in HOOk, SUI , ARB or ID altcoins? Since they are new just thought to give a try. Thank you

I don't recommend buying BTC, ETH or BNB because everyone knows it's very Fundamental. But I suggest Make Dollars first. Wait for the market to provide the lowest price, then you enter again and set to sell at the high price. do it over and over now. The short pattern works well to increase your investment estimate. a minimum increase of 10% of total assets is also not bad per week if you do the math.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when new altcoins encourage religious, political and other agendas? on: May 20, 2023, 04:01:19 AM
Then that’s the time to leave this earth for sure. Come on man you can’t mix up crypto with religious coins. That’s what brought disastrous war on the planet earth. We rigged millions to billion lives over the course of our history due to religion and political warfare.

Imagine we are bringing the same thing in the crypto sphere now. It would cause chaotic chain reaction in crypto as well. I mean everyone will start making their own religious coins and will start fighting over it whose superiors. 🙄

I think from the point of view of using cryptocurrencies, they are not intrinsically related to religion or war, but are technological and financial products, for example Bitcoin, Ethereum, or others are digital forms of assets that are decentralized and used for transactions and investments. What we need is just a checkbox and a separation between the religious, political and cryptocurrency aspects.

266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu turns into privacy coin like Monero or ZCash? on: May 20, 2023, 03:20:24 AM
According to the latest news, the next 2 updates turns Shiba Inu into privacy coin:
Is it on the whole possible to turn a regular coin into privacy one? And does that mean that its rate will now start growing?

I think this is good and this is one of the efforts to improve the performance of the ecosystem and this will lead to growth in the value of the coin going forward and the update points towards more Privacy allowing anonymous transactions for users despite the lack of specific implementation and overall market response that is decisive.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: May 20, 2023, 03:10:14 AM
As long as JustinSun is making new breakthroughs and developments, I think this TRX coin can go one step further. Yes. coins that already have bear names, many users and have many other benefits in the transaction fee process.

272  Economy / Speculation / Re: why Bitcoin Dumping ? on: February 26, 2023, 05:13:25 AM
From the above facts and arguments, I think everyone understands that we cannot always rely on a bullish trend in the bitcoin price, but we should expect a correction in the bitcoin price from time to time. Because without a correction it will also be a problem for the entire market.

There is no way to predict the price of bitcoin with exact numbers but we can estimate it by knowing or predicting price movements beforehand. The upward trend in BTC prices was halted in a dump phase which may be beneficial for long term investments, as this phase will benefit the few who are not here to use it.

BTC as the main source of income those who invest but those who see the potential of BTC in the future and see that it has real potential in the coming years and my filing says such people will definitely buy BTC at lower prices and earn more profit from it.

A trader is better off waiting for positive signs than investing in an unsafe coin.
273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IMF reject BTC adoption on: February 26, 2023, 04:51:25 AM
The IMF just said they don't want the whole world to adopt Bitcoin like the OP said, but something else got interesting when I logged on to their twitter page. After reading it can be said Cryptocurrencies are not a threat to the financial system, and could be part of a solution to increase cross-border payments, according to the head of research of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Carstens says that the technology behind cryptocurrencies can also improve payments in general. See this link https://www.imf.org/en/Blogs/Articles/2023/02/23/technology-behind-crypto-can-also-improve-payments-providing-a-public-good.
274  Economy / Economics / Re: Is There a Lesson for Economies and Entrepreneurs to Learn from Bankruptcy? on: February 26, 2023, 04:37:19 AM
Sustainability and adaptability.
Business owners are not putting that much of attention to the overall sustainability of a business. Trends do shift from one to another and if you are really an emtrepreneur, you should be ready with every changes to happen at your field, this is where adaptation should take place. In most of the instances, bankruptcy simply represents decline with the demand on what you are offering or simply, it is no longer selling to your target market. Sustainability speaks in general; employee, service, rent, expenses and other factors which serves your business to continue running.
Bankruptcy started right after the second worst wave during the covid when whole world stood still and Governments were not understanding on what to do about it?

Imagine whole supply chain from multi-national routes, whether sea or air were stopped and billions of dollars worth transactions suddenly went to zero. This was definitely a seeding activity for the economic crash and start of inflation during that point.

Covid is a huge influence on the world of the economy which all turn off when infected with Covid everyone is isolated at home while the needs continue to increase. But maybe the company is unable to maintain it because the company's management is poor or uncontrollable outbody so that there is no income to the company. And there are many new breakthroughs and better innovations than other companies so that the bankrupt company intensively declined.
But as we have observed, many entrepeneurs became rich because of the pandemic. They managed to improvise and make use of the situation and that is simply what makes them an entrepreneur; using resources available and sell it to the population.

Yes, I agree Although Sustainability is not a matter of having enough capital to survive but more important is the OP's ability to be flexible in terms of adapting to change. This takes a lot of insight and innovation to happen. Always remember that we will always be no better than the market wants us to be, so let the market decide what matters and what they need.

As for the lesson for entrepreneurs, it's best to avoid greed and complacency. Greed is always the step before bankruptcy, paying too much attention to our money should not be a major concern.

Your business must be a priority and find ways to sustain it as long as possible. Learn from successful people who have experienced failure and learn how they continue to do their business better than before. This will help you become a successful entrepreneur who is ready to face every challenge that lies ahead.
275  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you have any financial regrets ? on: February 26, 2023, 04:31:01 AM

Oh my... I hate myself for not buying that apartment every time I think about it.

I think everyone has regrets when it comes to money. Everyone also makes mistakes. However, while it is true that you cannot change what happened in the past, you can still learn from those mistakes and make better choices in the future. So while we can't undo financial actions we regret in the past, we can work to prevent them from happening again in the future.

If you want to reduce your financial regrets as much as possible, stop making money your priority and instead use money as a way to increase your happiness.

278  Economy / Economics / Re: I don't see this changing anytime soon on: February 13, 2023, 06:38:40 AM
You are right that the scandal with FTX exposed problems with centralized exchanges. Until recently, most people didn't pay much attention to it because they were used to entrusting their funds to third parties and paying fees for it. Recent events have fueled a lot, but no doubt centralized exchanges will continue to thrive as long as we don't develop better alternatives.

For now it crosses my mind. Centralized exchanges have been here for a long time but who knows one day people will come back to storing their crypto on USB too. one thing i noticed DEX has proven to be a different breed and will be around for a long time. Hopefully, we'll see more DEXs enter the market and make that something sustainable in the future.
279  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Reasons For Failed Cash Transactions on: February 13, 2023, 06:32:44 AM
I think the main reasons causing failed cash transaction are that the interbank system is unreliable or inefficient and the ATM's currency detection is not sensitive enough to detect the right currency in there. To solve these problems, I think using a mobile wallet is an effective solution, which allows you to top up when you want, solves the problem of not having enough cash, and helps to prevent failed transactions.
280  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that 80% of the world's wealth in the hands of 20%? on: February 13, 2023, 05:19:21 AM
I think it highlights that income inequality has been at an all-time high for the last ten years. So, who is responsible for that 20% jump in wealth? Globalization and technological change, supply-demand balance, and international trade are some of the main reasons why wealth is concentrated in the hands of a few. Another reason is the privatization of the public and corporate sectors.

So, there are many factors why it happens and how to stop it. But first we need to understand what the consequences of this development will be and how it can weaken our society and affect our long-term future in my opinion.
