I got into ICP a few months ago and am almost 4x up on my position and yet to take any profit but it is now becoming quite tempting as it continues to pump.
This will be my first bull run coming up and I have been advised a lot to make sure I take profits but is taking profits now too early considering we are nowhere near main part of bull run yet?
I believe if I leave my ICP investment as it is and do not take any profit until the peak of the bull run then I will see a 50x return minimum on my investment but I know that is not guaranteed.
I am in two minds if I should cash out half of my investment soon once I 4x and let the rest ride till the bull run or if I should hold strong and not cash out anything until I 10x at least.
Thoughts?

XRP update - I am currently holding 2,500 which isn't a lot compared to others but do believe this will at least reach $6 in bull run, maybe even $10 or $15 like some are predicting.
None of us know for sure what price it can reach in bull run but I will keep buying until it reaches $1.

A lot of my altcoins have pumped over the last month or so and it has got me wondering when the best time is to take out initial investment.
Is it too early to take it out once you have doubled your money , is waiting till you have done a 5x or more too greedy?
If you are willing to lose the chance of profiting then you can have that way but for me a a practical investor?I am enough to earn at least doubled or a little more from that so yeah never become a greed person there. My best investment so far has been Myria - I got lucky with this one and bought pretty much at the bottom a few months ago and I took my investment out last week once it did a 10x so I am now holding a bag of Myria with no risk.
Now your shilling about Shitcoin? then I now understand why people like you losing and same as those people that you have lured. I have other altcoins I am holding that I am up 3 or 4x on but have not taken profit yet but thinking of doing so , just take my investment out then I am holding more with no risk.
What does everyone else do when it comes to altcoins?
onet thing that we understand about this and that is not to let us become like you, HAHAHA I am not losing mate I am in profit.

26% in profit is very low. Decide for yourself, but I'm just putting myself on your shoes. That to me is nothing because the potential is way bigger than that. I'm even convinced that 100% growth is very possible less than a year from now.
The sentiment is generally bullish so I guess between now and the Bitcoin halving in April the price would slowly but surely climb higher. And it's not just the halving that is being influential right now. The Bitcoin spot ETF is actually a big factor.
I don't think 26% profit overall for my portfolio at this point is that bad considering we still have bull run to come for next few years. I have some altcoins that I am up almost 1000% , some 500 % but also have some that I am down on around 30%. I am looking forward to the next few years and hoping it can be the first step for me towards retiring in the 2028/29 bull run.

First bull run coming up for me and after seeing the price of Bitcoin rally in the last few months particularly it is getting me somewhat excited for what is to come over the next few years.
I am just wondering what we are all expecting between now and the Bitcoin halving in April next year. Is it going to be a steady climb till then or is there usually a crash of some kind?
Up until now I have just been buying throughout the bear market and not sold anything , my portfolio is currently 26% in profit which I am happy with but wondering if I should keep holding till past the bull run or take some profits now.

To be honest I have put a £100 or so in a few different projects as lottery plays for the bull run and Myria is the only one where I timed it perfectly and bought at the bottom.
I only now need it to reach £0.12 which would be a £1b market cap and 100x for me - I just wish i put more in but to turn £120 into £12,000 would still be a great return.

The token recently listed in Bybit exchange with a reward for traders. I also heard about this token in video from a well trusted youtuber but I took it lightly and after that the token pumped 1000%. You are lucky for taking entry on the time. Project is looking promising and current position show that we big exchanges Binance and Coinbase may list it in the future. I suggest for selling your initial investment and just play with profit.
Yes I think that is what I will do take out my investment and then leave the rest to hopefully see a great bull run over the next few years. It has gone down a little in the last 12 hours so will wait for it to pump back up and then take out the money I put in.

Price is now up to £0.012 so am currently 10x up on my investment which is great but still yet to take any profits.
Not sure if I am being too greedy but feel this is early and can easily do another 10x from current price which would give me a 100x.
Anyone else invested?

Gala reached an 8 month high last week with a price of $0.035 which is definitely a good sign - hopefully signs this can recover.
I bought some at the bottom a few months ago @ $0.013 but really regret not buying more now but it is what it is at least I didn't sell at the bottom like many did.

Update with this.
I first contacted them 29th November and got a reply 2nd December but they only answered half my query.
I then asked them to confirm the rest of my query on the same day and i have still not had a reply 5 days later.
I have been using the crypto.com app for over a year and up till this the longest i ever had to wait for a reply was 3 hours so not sure what is happening here and why they are struggling to reply.
Anyone else have this problem?
If this is sign of what to come when things get busy, bull run is going to be a nightmare.

Despite the internal clashes between two team members, the project is still holding its price very well. Though i am not that confident right now that i was about it a few months ago, if the issue is resolved and investors come back, it can still do very well for being one of the top gaming projects throughout the crypto industry. If someone is asking about the possibility of it touching its previous ATH then I want to say i am not too sure about it because it has already lost its value significantly from its ATH.
If the issue is resolved then that will be massive, it could then easily go back to all time high and possibly past $1. But I am just holding what I have for now and will only buy more if it goes below $0.025 again.

I have been buying Gala since early 2022 - was one of my first buys.
There has been a lot of FUD around it last few months with the founders being against each other which saw the price fall all the way down to $0.013 in October.
I bought a bit at the bottom but feel I missed an opportunity not buying more as it has now gone up over 100% in the last month.
Many sold due to the FUD but I have carried on holding and bought a bit at the bottom which helped reduce my average at least.
I am just wondering what we can expect from Gala in the next few years. The current price is $0.03 and I am hoping it can get back to $0.50 in the bull run is that realistic?

If you recognize that you possess a unique talent or skill for successful trading, it's worth considering. Some individuals are naturally gifted in areas like analyzing market trends, and if you feel confident in your abilities, why not explore it further? However, if the idea has only recently crossed your mind and you haven't fully grasped the intricacies of trading, I would recommend taking a more measured approach. Consider investing time in learning the ropes and gaining experience before diving in. With dedication and knowledge, you can build a solid foundation for successful trading in the future.
The plan is to hopefully have a good 2024 holding the crypto I currently have and selling for a decent profit. Once I have a good amount of capital and more knowledge then I will give trading a go.

I have tried the website chat also and had no reply for almost 48 hours now.
It is strange as they are usually very good with the customer service.
I may have to try their community forum see if I can get any update.
I sent them an email yesterday and they acknowledged it but no reply yet

Majority on here are ignoring the fact I have said numerous times now that this is risky.
It is risky but it is possible - seems like the majority on this forum are into safer plays like Bitcoin which is fair enough but buying Bitcoin isnt going to make me wealthy next bull run.

I am thinking of starting with £100 and compounding profits jumping from one altcoin to another. Are you trading against those altcoins or you're just investing in them and holding, remember they are not that reliable, anything can happen, do consider the risk first before making any Investment decision on any altcoin and make your research well prior the investment. [/quote] Investing & holding. Plan on buying once an altcoin has fallen quite a lot and then buying low and waiting for it to pump to then sell.

Not sure if many are aware of Myria but I bought 100,000 when the price was £0.0012 back in August and the price is currently £0.009 which means I am now 750% up on my investment.
I bought 100,000 after watching a few videos online saying how Myria can see the returns Gala did in 2021 which was over 100x.
I am not tempted to sell yet but think I will be if it gets to point where I am up 10x on my investment but part of me wants to hold on till bull run in the hope that it can 100x.
Anyone have any thoughts on Myria at all?
Like i said above many say it can see the gains Gala saw in 2021 but I am not sure if that is just youtubers trying to hype the project or if it really can do that well.

Ok so most of you are against this idea , I understand it is risky but it is £100 I am willing to lose in the hope of getting lucky and making a few thousand out of it I could then invest into something stronger like Bitcoin.
While I am here , I invested £100 into an altcoin called Myria a few months ago and I am currently 700% up on my investment. I believe it can go a lot higher but sounds like many here would just take profits at this point?
