So can we withdraw to direct shares? What is the procedure. Guys repeat the question please apparently Ukyo pt me on the ignore list for some reason he NEVER replies to me :S.

I didn't put you on ignore. Tongue

Hi Ukyo, I want to transfer my shares to direct shares. I don't mind the wait. Please take your time solving the issues. I just wanted to know how to submit a share withdrawal request. You know. Something you would recognize and honour and "add to the queue". thnx

Sorry, message got lost dealing with the person I did put on ignore. heh

Can you please send me an PM of the request and count so I have it on record?
That's the best way to "queue up for now".

There is always the option of using a desktop based google authenticator even if it does kinda beat the point of it.

Also, if you can't scan the QR code, the key that you are supposed to write down that is directly below the QR can generally be manually entered.

There is always a possibility of an issue.
Such issues should be corrected immediately.

While I agree weeks are obviously too long of a response time, you obviously knew that you could also contact me here if that was the case.
I could have easily and would have gladly stepped in to check on things to get it taken care of.
While I agree that it should not have to come to such things I am happy to try to make myself available to anyone that I can.

As I said, pm me any details and I will check into it and get things resolved.

Hi there,

We are working on putting a proper guide together.
What you would need to do is download 'Google Authenticator' if you have an Android phone and simply scan the QR code.
If you are using iPhone or Windows phone you will need one of the other apps for that.

Once you scan in the QR code, enter the 6 digit code into the settings page to confirm enabling it.
From then on, when you log in the site will require you to enter the 6 digit code generated by the app.

Hope this helps,
Ukyo

I would like to know (read some text somewhere) on how to set up 2 Factor verification.

I know nothing about 2 Factor, I don't have or use Gmail.

Where can I find directions ?  The BitFunder website has nothing and just assumes everyone knows what to do.

thanks

So far, 100% of my experiences with both BitFunder and WeExchange have been negative.

I have open support tickets (one with each site) that have been open for three weeks without even a comment.  My coin is lost, and the will not even reply to my help requests.

BitFunder and WeExchange are NOT trustworthy sites.

Please, please, find a better platform.  BitFunder is simply too amateur/rinky-dink/unprofessional to trust with our money.  Thankfully, I had you set up my KNC buy to pay directly.  If you list with bitfunder, I will sadly pass.  While I would love to work with you more, I cannot trust the sites you ask me to use, so I cannot trust your future business, either. :-(

Care to PM me some ticket id's so I can investigate?

Cointerra probably has the highest engineering ability of all the players.

Of all the "new" players?

FC has done a fairly decent job. I wouldn't be too surprised by anything he pops out. Wink
268  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: September 05, 2013, 12:37:24 AM
Divs are finally confirmed from FC to the secured separate wallet and on their way to BitFunder for distribution.

That's fine, I have a pretty well detailed audit system in place. Smiley

Thanks,

@ Ukyo

think there was a glitch in my case.
gone to negative balance while rearranging orders, when there was a lot of trading... (~ half hour before i wrote this @ ActM).
must say i did my todo faster than average... Wink

so at some point i lost some shares because was not more able to (re)buy them - funds were gone...

in any case there is no big lost and i can live with it, but... hm...
not normal. could be much worse.

That sounds awfully strange.
Can you please pm me the details?
I will check into this.

Thanks,
Ukyo

If your google 2-factor has been screwed up thanks to the update, PM me and I will try to get back with you asap.

Thanks,

@Ukyo

....well it seems like the shares have been moved to your account....at least according to address you provided to us! Over 13.4k shares assigned to this address http://blockchain.info/de/address/124pXdLYTZtAQ95gHdL43fTofaS5bHqAFi. Doesn't that mean you can now process the withdrawal requests (I got one too you know...cough cough)?  Cheesy

Well apparently FC made things happen Smiley

I can confirm the unconfirmed btc transaction showing up.

I will get the PT accounts setup so the funds can be distributed asap.

Now I just need to try to work on the audit and get that wrapped up by this weekend and find out what happened where.

Thanks for letting me know! Smiley
273  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ukyo G.ASICMINER-PT fraud. on: September 04, 2013, 05:30:00 PM
As I know FriedCat may refuse to make shares transfer only for one reason: there is no shares or less than was requested belongs to sender. What does it mean? I think there was fake G.ASICMINER-PT shares sold OR ASICMINER shares matched with G.ASICMINER-PT was sold OR G.ASICMINER-PT assert issuer just refuses to return them as direct shares.
Noone wants to clear this situation, speaking only about "Mess" with friedcat. We have entrusted our shares to DeaDTerra, Ukyo. And they lost them. I don't know from what sources dividends are payed out. May be this is just some kind of pyramid... Or not. May be DeaDTerra made some mistake (Has sent wrong number to anyone? Bigger amount...)
Anyway - if someone acts as scammer, and as I can see not only with me - who is he? Trustful businessman?

Apparently you did not bother to read the thread that you were complaining in.
Here, let me link the post from 3 days ago.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=148827.msg3058854#msg3058854

Just to follow up, I am still not in control of any shares of AsicMiner and waiting for transfer confirmation from FriedCat.
There have been many mistakes with AM transfers. I have been told most were fixed.
This is why share transfers were halted to stop any further confusion while an investigation is done.
274  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: September 04, 2013, 05:24:31 PM
Well, there was respond from you at all for last days/weeks. I thought that several messages may attract your attention.
And he responded by saying he ignored you.
Great customer service!
And fuck it's not like 226 shares is something negligible. Are smaller fish treated even worse?
Well DeaDTerra is likely the one to blame the most, as he decided to leave his PTs in the dust to purse his new scam.

Still, another reason why I stay away from BitFunder (still haven't got a response on my report of the WeExchange bugs/likely security issues, but it's too late to convince me otherwise).

Are you going to do something with my request? Angry You are looking like scumer!
I really regret that my shares appeared into your hands.

Please complete my request.

Please complete my request.

Please complete my request.

Yes, it had been explained to him over and over again that I could not comply with his request.
Again, to this point in time, I do not have the ability to transfer shares.
I have access to an email account, that is the extent of my access.
I have explained over and over to him that I do not have the powers that be to complete his request yet he continued to spam me.
So he was ignored.

I am still waiting for an update. Smiley

There will always be a way to circumvent the precautions taken by you or any other PT-operator to prohibit arb-trading. Maybe it's a good idea to get all PT-operators to agree to the same terms.
I for one think this discussion (at least for your PT) should be held in public. After all you (as the current PT-operator) need to restore peoples trust in your PT, due to the fact that the asset-contract has been violated several times now. That's by the way the main reason why I want my shares to be moved as I did not agree/sign up for the mess this PT is currently in (no offense).
Furthermore I'm unsure how you plan to modify the PT-contract as this would affect all current participants. In btct.co you would have to cast a vote...not sure if that's even possible on bitfunder.

BTW: Your activity in this thread is a good start to regain peoples trust Cheesy

Hehe thanks,

My original intentions were to simply take over the asset, and maintain it as is.
I would prefer to not change anything on anyone.

Since I have seen the transfers list and the obvious abuses (in my opinion) I feel like the abuse is too much.
So I have been pondering how to handle this if at all.

276  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ukyo G.ASICMINER-PT fraud. on: September 03, 2013, 07:34:26 PM
Hi Acayne,

Thank you for helping to confirm that no transfers have been allowed and that even at that time I still did not have access to shares to be able to make any transfers no matter who demanded it.

Hopefully the transfer with FriedCat will be wrapped up soon, along with trying to lock down the share issuance history.

Thanks again Smiley

I can not give you what I do not control.
You are very keen to spam people and post accusation threads, but not so good and reading or listening.

Thank You,

278  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (500 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: September 03, 2013, 06:08:46 PM
why did the price go to 0.0005?

Is the price of 0,0014-0,0016 too high ?

Ah, I think that 24hr low was due to an options trade.

280  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: September 03, 2013, 06:04:10 PM
My apologies, some things had gotten out of hand.
Divs are now up to date.

Although a double payment went out on 1 September to cover the missing one from 31 August, as of 3 September we're now back to being behind by one day again, since no payment went out on 2 September. Any news?

Ah crap your right.

This was my fault. I have been sick during the holiday weekend. When I looked last night I was thinking I just made the two days worth of payments.
Clouded head/thoughts don't help when trying to do financial dealings which is why I try to avoid touching/saying anything related to the system the does not "need" to be handled.
Never good to code/make decisions when you have a hard time focusing/concentrating.

I have made two dividend payments today to make up for it. Should be back to daily again.

Thank you,
Ukyo
