261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [IOTA] IOTA Speculation on: May 30, 2016, 02:49:19 PM
Even though I think a company should never talk to its customers the way it is done here I want my investment (which i bought for x8 ico) to increase in value , thats why I will donate and hope everybody does the same --- better 95% of a high roi coin then 100% of a forked coin without developer.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Peerplays - First Ever Blockchain-Based Gaming Platform on: May 28, 2016, 05:09:43 AM
What happens if the 200000$ goal isnt nearly reached , will the coins be divided between the investors or will the rest be sold in the next sale?

What happens if the bitcoin price moves up strongly , will my amount of coins go up ?

Will the shares in the second sale definitely be for 1,50$ ?

Currently we are on track to meet our goals. This crowdfund is not timed, it will end when all the tokens have been sold. So far we have raised almost $60k from two single forum OPs and a press release (bitcointalk and bitsharestalk.). Development is proceeding as planned.

Pay attention this week as we begin our marketing push. We were just interviewed by Bitcoin Magazine and raised over $10k today.

The price of each token is pegged to USD, the price of bitcoin only matters at the point of exchange.

I’m not sure where you got the number $1.50. The sale in October will be an auction style crowdsale launched on the heels of the Peerplays test net, where anyone can login and to compete in the first 100% blockchain-based, real-time interactive p2p game in history.

Ok because on icocountdown http://www.icocountdown.com/ it says 2 days left.

Is the big promoter / buyer some crypto-person or from the real business / software world ?
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [IOTA] IOTA Speculation on: March 17, 2016, 11:21:30 AM
Hey Iotatoken can you disclose some rough price range at which the big potential buyers are interested in? I think this is key info.

There's no reason to do that publicly before this goes from just being a 'potential' to something actual. First we need to pool enough together, otherwise it won't happen.

About how much do we need ?
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [IOTA] IOTA Speculation on: March 17, 2016, 03:12:31 AM
How would this boost the ecosystem?
Yes, I'd like to get further clarification on this too. How do you feel it would boost the ecosystem by a LOT?
I really don't feel like selling. I feel like it's like giving away a portion of a winning lottery ticket. But I am open to ideas. If Iota holders sell millions of units to these potential large buyers and give them preferential treatment (below market rate) what type of preferential treatment could the Iota ecosystem get in return? [hypothetically of course]

They are very well known and influential. If they own some decent amount of coins, they will promote iota more effectively than anyone else and bring projects to iota. Their involvement alone can be a huge marketing asset for iota. Additionally, they can bring projects to iota. It is not hypothetical. They have done it with other coins in the history.

If you have coins and be able to make commitment, you should contact David for more questions.

Like how far below marketrate , like presale price or like 2000 sats ?
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO][PRE-ANN] PRISM - PrismChain, A Blockchain Environment - CROWDSALE LIVE on: March 15, 2016, 11:48:55 AM
Why you don't give us more info about you and the team? Why should i invest only in your promise if you have no reputation?

So sad to see LISK supporters coming in competitors thread spreading negativity! What a shame...did you get a troll bounty from Lisk to act like you're doing or what? Grin Grin Grin

Your account was created one day ago and your 4 posts are all in this thread. You call me a troll?  Grin
Thanks for answering. I am sure now this is a scam and you are one of  PrismRevolutions sockpuppet.  Tongue Tongue

My account has been created when i knew about this project since i wasn't an user of this forum before, so no sockpuppet here just a newbie. Is it so strange? I'm not interested in many other coins apart ethereum (and i use their forum) so that's why i'm new here and i only posted here.
Anyway is a shaming way as you are doing. Come to competitors projects of the one supported by you (cause you have the LISK signature...) to say "scam, not legit, sockpuppet" really makes you a proper troll.

At least I am no scammer Cheesy

But seriously what you are doing sucks , next time come up with something better , get a fake id fake escrow etc , anyone who knows the slightest about crypto can tell your project is a scam after like 1 minute reading into it.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Live Crowd-sale] Bitsupra - A Decentralized Multi-Level Hosting Platform. on: March 15, 2016, 10:53:05 AM
Many scams with nice pages and videos around lately , i think from the same group as you can tell by the not perfect english the fake big buys upon release , noob accounts hyping and no escrow , presale adress devs identity etc.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 12, 2016, 05:46:52 PM
Does not change my point however this exactly is the reason you should release something that allows sending coins even if it is just a command line wallet like decred.

There was something that allows to transfer iotas. I saw it on Ryver, probably.

In this case yassin54 will need to post instructions in sale thread at some point.

buyer know all risk, my post is clear?  Huh

A guide to do the transaction now would be nice though.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 12, 2016, 05:20:21 PM
Yeap. But buyers will be pissed off.

Anyway the current deals are profitable to sellers only. They are in the position of a gambler who can cancel the bet if he loses.

That's why I proposed a little time gap between wallet release and adding IOTA to exchanges. Sellers will send coins to OTC buyers, only then to put IOTA on exchange.

But thats only my proposals, I see a possible problem and offering a possible solution.
Community to decide.

Like 3 days or so would be realy good , I agree on that one.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 12, 2016, 05:19:33 PM
This person would be a scammer then.

Some are BTT newbies, they don't care about their reputation here. Some, perhaps, use bought BTT accounts.

Does not change my point however this exactly is the reason you should release something that allows sending coins even if it is just a command line wallet like decred.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 12, 2016, 05:14:25 PM
We will need a little time, may be 1 week after beta and before putting iota on exchange so everyone who bought iotas on OTC will receive it into their wallets and we will not end up in situation in which iota will hit 100 mil marketcap and sellers will reject to send coins to buyers in order to sell it at much higher price at exchange.

Nothing prevents those who arranged a deal to refuse to sell if price on exchanges will be higher. Escrow agents will just return BTC.

This person would be a scammer then.

Slock.it looks to be IOTA's immediate contender:

https://slock.it/index.html

Downside for them: No Tangle chain   Grin

I do not think its a contender since they are about the lock software and their physical productthey might be able to use iota instead of eth though.

what makes me confident is that the top 15 adresses have bought more coins during this price decline even if they would want to dump right now they would have to pump up the market first to get enough volume for sells i think we will slowly go up again from here and spike up when there is any good news like polo.
