261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: November 06, 2020, 07:53:29 PM
Most gamblers look for keywords in the ToS. Especially on Limits and KYC, those are elementary things. A lot of things it says are not really relevant. But they should probably just be there.
There are also gamblers who do not value the ToS at all, too much material to go through everything properly. Or maybe read the introduction a little superficially. Not every bookmaker has an index, by the way.
262  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com |Instant BTC & ETH withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! |Rakeback |VIP on: November 05, 2020, 05:52:38 PM
What is the ratio of these coins to the amount in bitcoins or other crypto to play with? or is every deposit now converted to coins when you start playing duel bits?
Every deposit is converted to the golden coins. 1 coin = 1 usd. Quite conveniently allows estimating balance at the moment.

So if I understand correctly, the currency to play is not in crypto, but basically in usd? For example, if I would deposit1 bitcoin, I would get the value in coins in usd on my account and not the amount in mbtc?
That might be a bit confusing, since most people want to deposit with bitcoin, also want to have the funds in bitcoin (or milibitcoin)
263  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: November 05, 2020, 05:44:52 PM
I am not sure if I missed something here, or people already ask this question before.
I used my tab (iPad) to open Betnomi website. the wallet address box size when you try to withdraw is relatively small.
you need to take more time to check it to the left and right side if it's used the correct address because the wallet address can't fully fit the box.
so, could you please consider to give it a confirmation box after clicking the submit button?

Maybe it's because not all phones are compatible for Betnomi's website. You see that more often, that certain functions do not work optimally.
By the way, is this a mobile version of the website or only mobile responsive?
264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: November 03, 2020, 07:08:06 PM
I thought of one exception to my never read the tos answer.

There has been a time and it might make the ops point.

I won £400 in thee free spins, ad I couldnt seem to withdraw it however much I bet of it.

There were some silly terms like you have to bet it 50x or something silly.

Pfffffft

It is common for casinos to require such things. That is why they are often given away for free, because you cannot have them paid out just like that. I think 50 is on the high side.
They could also just do 25. Much more attractive and fairer. Players should be given a great opportunity to cash in on their bonus.

Also funny to see that they are just using a Gmail account and haven't even bothered to use a decent domain for their email traffic. It is a form of scamming / phishing, but a really badly executed version.

Companies can put what they want in the conditions. They are obliged to comply with the legislation, so not everything is binding by definition. I do agree that it is much more important what a casino's reputation is like.
Of course it starts with a legal license as step 1.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: October 30, 2020, 10:21:07 PM
Firstly, it is a lot of work to go through all the terms and conditions completely. You could filter by keywords.
It is important to be aware of the conditions, so that you are not faced with surprises. The problem is often that conditions can be quite complex and that the user is okay with it.
He then relies on the fairness and reputation of the casino. General terms and conditions can often be used against the customer.
268  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: October 30, 2020, 01:30:47 PM
<snip>
Bitsler is just way too good for way too long to care about the license, they could cancel their license tomorrow and nothing will change for me.
Having gambling license is effective for a casino. Maybe you don't care about it but many gambler take casino license seriously. If bitsler cancel their license the news will spread widely in crypto gambling world. And it will create panic between many gamblers. Finally they will loss many user. Though bitsler is trusted, and doing their business nicely without any issue. But without having license no online casino can attract all type of gambler.
Bitsler has already established here as one of the popular casinos but nowadays people are already looking for license, if that is not important Bitsler would not get that license and they will just continue to operate without a license which they will still have their loyal gamblers but their future expansion could be at risk.

That is what the most important thing casinos must have since many scam casino came out and for having a license gamblers will have a peaceful mind playing, but I'm the case of bitsler well they are established casino so I don't think there will be a problem if they will expand not unless if there's a legal authority will questioned about there operations.

There will be no problem but there's no security of the gamblers, as we all know, they are already very popular but they still choose to have a license as they know it's required and it will make them a legitimate site, here's the thing that would come out in the mind of the gamblers.

What if Bitsler will scam us, how do we go after them, without a license, it's hard to trace them.

That could be it.  Cheesy

Agree reputation is not an issue but the license since this is the most important thing a casino must have. And bitsler management should not ignore this since if their license expire and they choose not to renew/get it then provably the questions regarding on it will hunt them and might people will lose their trust since they didn't comply those important documents.

But I believe bitsler will always look after that since they have a reputation to protect and this is their long time running business.

It is probably a combination of both. The license is then a basis where everything starts. As long as it's okay, you know you're playing at a site that is operating legally. also important.
If they have a license, you can start comparing for yourself and find out which casino has the best reputation. There are always some problems with every casino, there will always be a difference of opinion I think.
269  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com |Instant BTC & ETH withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! |Rakeback |VIP on: October 28, 2020, 02:09:37 PM
@duelbits

Fine, let's stick to the facts.
So once more: Maybe you can explain why you write instant withdrawals when this user had to wait 8 hours with his withdrawal?
That is NOT an instant withdrawal. If you write instant, then process(your faked withdrawal) instant.

Every gambler knows that almost no withdrawal is instant. That wouldn't make sense either. There should always be certain routine checks.
There are probably limits with automatic withdrawals, it is obvious that smaller amounts are automatically processed by the system.
In the end it is all about paying the customer, that it takes a few hours longer, it doesn't matter.
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In-play or pre-match staking on: October 27, 2020, 07:03:13 PM
Placing bets that are live does give more excitement and sensation. Only my experience is that you then no longer make well-considered choices, and often lose the pressure.
Then you bet on that moment on matches, of which you have too little knowledge and then it becomes gambling instead of betting. We all know how that usually ends.
271  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com |Instant BTC & ETH withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! |Rakeback |VIP on: October 27, 2020, 07:01:04 PM
Hmm calm down @Arcas, the user who you mentioned already got his winnings and confirmed received the money. So no one get scammed nor scamming.

They can check the withdrawal first if they think someting suspicious going on, the time of manual approval also didn't too long i think based from what they said above. If you really have solid proofs about what you have said about duelbits, @Arcas, you can always post an accusation about them, which i didn't find any suspicious thing about them until now.

Lets stop this drama anyway

That is the whole problem. There was never a withdrawal. I t is completely faked by Duelbits.
Customers must be ware of this.

If ever you accuse someone, you must have valid proof, not just some conspiracy theory created by your imagination.  I don't know what is your problem with Duelbits but somehow all your accusation doesn't have any strong evidence to prove that you are right.

Sometimes, players tend to go to this forum to reach out to the gambling site's admin in hope of them listening to their issue and at the same time gather support from the community.  So it is not new if we see newly created accounts raising concerns about their winnings.

Regarding Acras, he keeps on attacking and attacking every time, that is true. Regarding the situation today, maybe he could be right.
I would appreciate it if you do not relate me to him, what he writes he must know himself. I have the right to express my own opinion here.
Personally, I think it's suspicious that someone is creating a new account, saying that he has paid out almost $ 15,000. Then a few hours and a few messages later, he suddenly received this payout.
Normally if you are making a cash payment request and it is not being processed quickly, you contact Duelbits directly. I miss that part of the story. Perhaps the user in question can provide further explanation. If I submit a withdrawal request myself, I will not post on the forum where my money is after 1 day. If Bitduels has received an email from this request, it seems to me that they are responding to it. They are also active on the forum.
At the moment I have my reservations about the situation, based on the above event. It's not about winning $ 13,000, it's about the way, and it doesn't make sense.
So, how did it went exactly, abaynes? When did you made the withdrawal request exactly?

Some users opt for certainty. May also have been a panic action. If you're playing with $ 250 and then suddenly have $ 13,000, it makes sense that you're under some stress and maybe making emotional choices.
Its a big amount of money! better be safe than sorry. That includes a post on the forum, not that strange, I think.
272  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 26, 2020, 03:27:50 PM
Betnomi, please adjust the blocking feature by a complete block page. Now it is very unclear that only the login button is hidden/disallowed.
I read also so many things that Terms are changed, but what about the KYC, is this procedure from a certain amount? And is this limit in mBTC or in USD before Betnomi asks this?

As for KYC, we will not be asking for these and there is not a limit where we would ask for it.

I read that you state you will not ask for the KYC. I checked the Terms and Conditions, but there is indicated the opposite?

This is what I found:

date of birth and provide valid identification showing that the player is over eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence (identification documents which must be submitted include: a copy of a valid identity card, passport or driving license);

Betnomi does not recommend two or more Users to place bets from one IP-address (from the same computer or the same local area network) in order to avoid suspicion of collusion (cheating). In such cases, it is necessary to reconcile the possibility of the game with Betnomi by explaining the circumstances. Betnomi has the right to block the account of such a User and ask them to send the documents verifying their registered identity.

That clearly indicates that you do ask for these documents? While you indicate not. Do you ask for documents or not? Be clear about this.

Maybe this is a bit confusing. I read at many other sites that a second account is not allowed from the same ip address. It is written here that you do not encourage it.
Not encouraging something doesn't mean it's not allowed. Is it allowed or not to create multiple accounts from the same IP address? Perhaps it is better to say that 1 account is allowed per IP address.
273  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 25, 2020, 04:47:36 PM
Betnomi tries to discuss this professionally, but refuses to address questions and hypothetical and above all realistic situations. If I am from Germany, bet 10 bitcoins and win 10, then I have 20 bitcoins. Then follows the KYC procedure (mandatory with license from Curacao). Then they see that I am from Germany. And then? Do you really think that Betnomi will pay those 20 bitcoins? I do not think so. Those winnings are withdrawn from the account and the 10 bitcoins from the deposit returned with a bit of luck.

I do get your point, but the question is, why does a player risk things when he knows that his country is blocked by the Gambling site?  It is logical for Betnomi to not pay the winning amount but Betnomi should refund the deposited amount to the player.  If a player country is banned from the site, the player must follow the site rule in order to avoid your given scenario.  It is the player who is at fault here since blocked countries are stated in their TOS.

Like for example, I am really interested in playing in Betnomi since I tried their slots game and was very fond of it but due to Betnomi's TOS that my country is blocked from playing on their site, I don't have any choice but to follow their TOS and just avoid playing so that I won't experience any uncertainties if ever I won an amount from their games.

This is the reason why it is important to read ToS of any sites where we are going to play.
There are basically some other sites that can be accessed from all countries but the sites are basically restricted to some countries.
Once a user decided to play but did not read the ToS first and as what happened is the same as the example given by Arcas, for sure the players should accept any decision from the casino site.
So if the site decide not pay the winning because of breaking the rules, player should not blame the site as the fault is on the player who did not read the ToS.
I do believe all sites has their own rules for such cases, high likely the site will return the deposited money back but forfeit the winning.

You are right in this situation. A player is responsible for reading the ToS properly, as he agrees to this. The question is whether you should do that at Betnomi, all posts that have been made are extremely debatable. Betnomi has often changed the terms and conditions (that's okay in itself) but has also published company data from another company, under the guise that it is just a template.
In that regard, you don't have to place much value on the terms and conditions of this site.

Not quite sure if casinos use telegram support most casino have only live chat support or maybe they would ask you to send message through their email. If someone just randomly contact you through telegram I supposed those are fake supports or maybe scammers trying to get your personal credentials on a certain casino, I've experienced that before.

This guy is definitely a whale and have tons of coins on his stash.
I strongly assume that for this player the 300 BTC is only a fraction of his assets and he sees this stack as play money, just like when we bet $10 worth of BTC Wink
If somebody accumulated thousands of BTC in the early days of Bitcoin, he probably has already afforded everything he ever wanted to afford. With such a large financial cushion, the 300 BTC are bearable should he actually lose them.

On the other hand I imagine the time from clicking the button to the display of the result as really exciting when you know you might have just lost 4 million USD Grin

Yes it might be a fraction of his asset but still if you are going to think of it it's a big amount. With a couple of clicks you would be able to gain or lose big amount of money.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe NBA is rigged? on: October 22, 2020, 09:08:29 AM
At some point I think the NBA was rigged before not quite sure when was that but if you are referring to current playoffs we can how really both Heat and Lakers do their best in games we can see also how Butler works and we can see how LeBron and his teammates do the same thing to win. I really don't think it is rigged

Mr. Wang beats his record again. This time betting 364 BTC  (4.36 million USD).

https://www.bustabit.com/bet/737791243

I'm trying to figure out if the guy loves or hates money  Grin

He keeps testing even deeper waters with his bets...
He seems to be getting lucky over and over...

I think its a combination of both, I just assume he has too much of it Cheesy
Or, I just assume, he/she/they are bitcoin whales with loads of coins and they don't care much about losing some. It depends on your bag, always: if your maximum bet is 0.01 btc then you would never believe somebody could bet a whopping 436 btc. It's all about perspective and remember that there are no facts, only interpretations.  Cool

I agree for them it would be like normal amount of money but for the most of us who have low fund looks like it's really big amount for them also I don't think he would risk that amount of Bitcoin if he is not ready to lose it.

Not quite sure about if they are safe since I'm not familiar with that upon looking through web it looks like a normal site. Just my opinion if you are not comfortable giving your personal details I suggest to stay away from it but if you think that investment is really good that would cost your personal details then so be it.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin and altcoins bull run every 4years. how many years already? 🐂🐃🦈 on: October 20, 2020, 07:57:29 AM
I don't think the bull run runs every 4 years there's no exact date on the Bull maybe it's just a coincidence but there's no proof that every four years a bull run will happen.
280  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: October 19, 2020, 06:10:34 AM
That's really huge amount of bet and he just lost, that's really risky. If I have that amount of Bitcoins I'll make sure to hold all of them and wouldn't risk it out on betting even if the chance of winning is high, just like what happened to this user he was lost even if the winning is high. Does anyone would do something risky like this if you have the same money as him?
