There is no username or email issue in the mobile version of our website. Email and username are both required on registration. Only thing we are aware of if the tablet version of our website, this version is a low priority for us as not many people use tablets. However this version should be available by the end of the week. We encourage everyone to report any issues they face or suggestions on how to improve the platform and user experience.

Our team is working on improving system load time especially in mobile and tablets.

And that site does not have a good reputation.
Maybe Betnomi can confirm that they are using exactly the same software? There is no management team, most probably.
Just 1 single guy who decided who tries to make a fortune, but so far he made only a mess of it.

About the solution from yesterday with hiding the login button. This is still very confusing. Now it looks like the page is technically not working.
Put a decent Geo block page on it. Or do you need permission from Betconstruct? Since they are the ones who own your software, not you.

Yes, about automatically detecting web traffic, this is possible. As, the system captures user agent etc. We will look into it.

I would rather be against this feature, there may be a couple of reasons to access the site from a country from whcih you cannot bet. Of course, I'd say blocking the actual money games should be done, but a complete block....? I don't think that's actually necessary

We explained, the problem with a complete block is, we have other applications and services running on our subdomains. I complete block will deny users access to those services which are not required to be restricted in any country. The login/signup button will be missing from the website if you are accessing from a restricted country.

It is simple and straightforward if you can login or sign up, means your country is not restricted. If you are unable to, means you cannot play unfortunately.

As for KYC, we will not be asking for these and there is not a limit where we would ask for it. We may in some rare cases (court order, licensing authorities request, massive jackpot win (currently at 1.3 million)  even in that regards, it will not be a reason for your account to be locked permanently.

All of they do has nothing to do with gain trust for their site. It's only their way to attract people to play on their site (signature campaign, many promotions as example).

Correct, if I would do it in parlay betting, I might hesitate as it's just like throwing your money in the toilet, but since that is for free, I might join it. I saw already that there are a lot of members who participated, it's not late yet, I just keep monitoring the site. As for KYC, we will not be asking for these and there is not a limit where we would ask for it.

In such cases, it is necessary to reconcile the possibility of the game with Betnomi by explaining the circumstances. Betnomi has the right to block the account of such a User and ask them to send the documents verifying their registered identity.

That clearly indicates that you do ask for these documents? While you indicate not. Do you ask for documents or not? Be clear about this.

Maybe this is a bit confusing. I read at many other sites that a second account is not allowed from the same ip address. It is written here that you do not encourage it.
Not encouraging something doesn't mean it's not allowed. Is it allowed or not to create multiple accounts from the same IP address? Perhaps it is better to say that 1 account is allowed per IP address.

Every gambling site is required to perform a KYC procedure towards its customers. I don't know what amount this is, but I think it was mentioned in the topic of Exbet.io
They do adhere to the rules and regulations. The fact that Betnomi writes that they don't require KYC is a lie. The betting commission has set a requirement to run the KYC from a certain amount.
The fact that Betnomi does not care about this and simply says that it is not necessary, I can put it under the heading fraud. Fines are also regularly handed out.
If Betnomi makes it known to the betting committee that they do not perform KYC, they will receive a warning and / or a fine of a few hundred thousand euros.
 I've said it before: Don't get involved with a company like Betnomi, as they don't know what they're doing.
Conditions have been adjusted repeatedly, they contained major errors and fraud. As a final addition: the KYC is mandatory. Companies that do not comply with this are fraudulent.
