263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DBIC] DubaiCoin-DBIC | PAYMENT GATEWAY DBIC-EX دبي كوين on: July 25, 2016, 01:22:42 PM

ok, i'll post it again it seems the stupidity keeps flowing trought the thread...

1) Let's move on and ignore the fuders (maybe an ignore list could help us spot the fuders...)

List of fuders:

Name            Experience                Type of fuder
jcksteve   Sr.Member                           Complete
raphma     Full Member                        Bittrex
hugabase    Full Member                        Complete
Golftech       Full Member                        Yobit

2) Dev team agree on employing some time for marketing and i think as a community, we can help on that!

I propose raising awareness of the most important youtubers in Dubai, they have to know about DBIC.

We have the payment gateways ready, so they can buy DBIC with $

I was not aware of the fudders, I was simply following the thread and was shocked at that statement and asked for proof and he had none, so you do not need to post who is lying since liars will always bury themselves. I think since you are getting hammered so much, just stand back and take a professional stance, don't feed the trolls. The proof is the pudding, there is an old saying that states that: "only you can ruin your own reputation" fudders will only bruise but never kill anything.

265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BRX] Breakout Chain | Bittrex BRX SALE LAST DAY !! | Multicurrencies+Free Poker on: July 25, 2016, 12:25:44 PM
So, trading will be opened up within three days.  However, I'm not selling any so good luck getting some if you missed out....the rest are being burned which is going to increase the staking probability so mine are for staking purposes only.   Tongue

Here's a quote from the Bittrex website for those who haven't read it:

"Once the crowdfund is over, Bittrex will verify there is a working wallet, blockchain, and block explorer. Within 3 days of the crowdfund ending Bittrex will release the funds raised to the Breakout development team and open the market for trading."

citation: https://bittrex.com/crowdfund/BRX

You can still buy BRX directly from Bittrex? That is strange that the Crowdfund price is 2.23$ a coin while before they closed the trading, market price was 0.006 or 4.43$, I don't know what is going on with this coin  Huh

this lottery didn't happen, no actual winner and the dev can't be found i think even the campaign haven't been paid, totally scam but i wonder the coin still moving from the exchange. so maybe the dev enjoying dumping his share.

Yea obviously he is dumping the coin, never seen such a fast scam. Never even bothered paying out the few pennies in campaign bounty, getting ridiculous these altcoins, better off sticking to BTC. i think these altcoins are a waste of time and money (except for the Dev's stealing everyone's money). BTC only real and trusted coin out there.

the problem is that this is a coin that doesn't have premine or ico funds so what is dev dumping? he doesn't have any coins....

If he mined coins pre-release and then used a paper wallet (cold storage) to hide it off the blockchain would be very easy to to add it to a wallet and sell it as needed.

Looks like 3 people tried breakoutpvp.com... Underwhelming to say the least.
Hard to care when it's not available in your region. Nothing to see or do...

Did you try to sign up for it and then it tell you that?

I haven't registered yet. Was waiting for a reason to do so. If I wanted to play CS:GO for free with a chance to earn crypto currencies plenty of other coins allow this already.

Rather dissapointed. Oh well. Guess that's why I haven't bought more than dust yet and played the poker. Was hopeful... but not so optimistic anymore.

Goes straight to: http://breakoutpvp.com/no-access

Sorry, Gaimerz.com is not currently available in your geographical region.
Please check out our Twitter and Facebook for the latest Gaimerz.com news and regular updates on when you'll be able to access the site.

Sorry to seem stupid, but I am a bit confused. This is what I understand so far. BRK cannot be staked and you need BRX that only Bittrex sells to mint the BRK in wallet. Can someone please confirm that I am correct? Thank you
BRK is staked by BRX

Thanks, that is what I understood. interesting concept.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BRX] Breakout Chain | Bittrex ICO Live BRX Staking | Multicurrencies+Free Poker on: July 16, 2016, 05:58:13 PM
I joined the poker site and I notice there is no way to transfer BRK coin to poker site. How do these tournaments work then? Why even bother with coin if you cannot use it on poker site? Seems like bullshit BRK coin if you can't use it on poker games, you promote all this crap and then poker site same as all the others.  A BRK wallet should have been integrated into the actual poker site like the BTC gambling sites.

It's a pity that we are in the 21st century, nearing self driving cars, AI robotics, colonizing Mars, and yet...
Nobody is close to curing stupid...

The poker is still in beta testing and trying to attract users by offering a ton of freerolls paying brk.
The brk will be used in a month once the site switches over.
But don't take my word... It probably is explained better and in greater detail on the first page of the thread. Or on the website.

I read all the info on it and never saw that article about it. But thank you for explaining it to me, but even in beta not hard to integrate a wallet, i have played on many BTC beta poker sites and ALL of em had the wallets on the very first day of beta launch, beta testing just meant the site had glitches which it they all had tons of, but that was to be expected.

Lol that just made me chuckle.

So...basically us Americans are a bit limited for awhile.

Hello again Lucky.  Always a pleasure.

For your elucidation, and that of any other newer members, let me review exactly what BreakoutPoker.NET is all about.

At this time we have launched the free poker site at https://breakoutpoker.net and it offers 100% free poker to members from around the world.  Because it is free we are able to offer promotions and prizes including BRK which we do through specific tournaments happening throughout the day to accommodate members in different time zones.

We intend on launching a real money version of the poker site, along with a full casino and sportsbook, in early fall.  This will include other verticals as well, including a live casino, and both virtual and fantasy sports.  We will also be launching an eSports site in July, (WOW - Today, and on schedule! Smiley) a full digital download game store in August, and both an AI-based poker skill training site and a lottery site in September.  All of our licensed and regulated games will be available for play in legal jurisdictions.

The chips used on the breakoutpoker.NET poker site have no monetary value whatsoever.  This is a legal requirement to ensure that this site is not considered to be a gambling site, which allows us to offer our games to players from the U.S. and most other countries, while still being able to award prizes as we like in most jurisdictions.

To clarify the current free poker site chips further, these chips will not now, or in the future, have any value.  Nor will they be exchangeable for any other types of chips, tokens, prizes, crypto currencies or fiat currencies in any form.  They are, however, available to be used for free tournament entries that award BRK and other prizes as announced.

When we launch our completely separate real money poker site, the new chips in play on that site will have a value that is directly tied into the value of BRK.  Those chips can be considered to be "real money" and will be treated as such.  They have no relationship to the value of chips on the free poker site.

When we open our real money poker room in the fall it will be closed to U.S. players and to players in other countries where we may not have a license, including France, Spain, and several others.  It is our intent, over time, to be licensed in as many jurisdictions as possible.

What we will be offering to Americans are; eSports in most states, fantasy sports in many states, skill games where allowed, a full social casino much like Foxwoods Online or myVEGAS, and of course the current poker room will always be open, free, and still award BRK and other prizes including entry into special events and other benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to explain things to me, this looks fantastic I must say. I hope to see this project succeed  Smiley

O M F G>>>>   Closed to US Players

That really really really really blows....   I am now depressed and might as well go buy myself one of those thick ropes and dangle myself from it  Cry

Just use a proxy or vpn and you can play, it is no big deal m8  Smiley

why did some players suddenly have numbers at the end of their usernames? do we have to email support about it? i hope it does not affect the payout of the BRK freerolls.

What time is the freeroll on tonight?

brk.breakoutpoker.net then scroll down and click on tourney info tab

Yea I realize that but it is a pain for me to load up the VM on Linux, was hoping to save myself the trouble. Thanks anyways.

Could anyone guide me on the Linux wallet install code? No info on github, tried using:
chmod 775
chmod +x

But nothing happened. A portable version would be cool. Also a Linux version of the poker software would be nice.
