I use 2 accounts for ebay and amazon 1 for selling 1 for buying. the selling is linked to an account that I take the money from instantly so there is nothing for them to take from.

availability is why they buy from ebay. if bitmain took CC I think they would sell a lot more. Not everyone buying from them has BTC to spare or on hand at all if they a newbie and a wire transfer is hit and miss sometimes.

plus you can only find batch 7s on ebay/amazon/here which I would rather have over a new batch 12.

As far a ebay i set it to only accept paypal. This prevent the charge back and always send with sig required. I have a dummy account on antpool that i set a worker for each miner i sell so when it boots up it starts mining there. I screen shot it and use incase they claim its broken.

Sold an s2 that the person used for 3 months before trying to file a claim. Denied it and refused return, claim closed.

my only issue is the rising diff and the 1/2ing. would hate to send the units off just for only a few months just to have to get them shipped back and sell them or scrap them. and cost wise it is better to do a year at a time, but then again that's a large chunk of change to plop down at once.

might stick it out till new hardware is released if there is any and then get those hosted.

do you have to send psu to them (toomin) as well or just the unit and they supply the psu? not sure how they do it since power is metered.

so ya I think Im definitely going to start looking at getting my miners hosted somewhere. my ac crapped out last night and is only blowing ambient temps the house is pretty toasty right now.

believe what you want. when was the last time a gpu hit a block? 2012?

its not about amount of hash in a given time frame I wanted/ordered 5 for 24hrs. that's what I want not 50 for 1 hour. I put a limit on it for a reason.

1) it does matter as a old crappy miner will pretty much never hit a block. and the whole point is to hit blocks.

2) its not bonus they charge you for the overage. so if I request 5 and they put me at 10 they are charging me for 10.

had a 5th solo rental running that I redirected to help solve the block. and turned the miners up to 12.

if nothing else the growth of the pool is helping us get through these long blocks these used to take days instead of day.

now watch all these big rentals and a 3TH guy will find the block and of course it will be an Avalon that finds it.

really wish I had bought 5 Avalon instead of the s7s they seem to have blocks just land in their laps.

you may want to update who you allow to sell their hash power to your site.

if i place an order for 5th i dont expect to see 12 miners be assigned to my order especially if i want to point that order to a solo pool.

and assigning more hash power to my order then i want doesn't fly either. i put a cap on how much i want for a reason and expect that cap to be respected not completely ignored and have double/triple the amount of hash assigned to my order just to burn through my btc faster.

do you have to feed the internet quarters? why is the internet dropping at midnight thats that problem i would be looking at not buzzer. if your internet is dropping out you got more issues then just a buzzer going off.

what bugs me is there is other power options i could go with and ya they might be a 1 cent or 2 more expensive per kw they dont charge the transmission fee.

my bill for January was 125 for power only.. the rest was fees they tacked on totaling 359.60 after fees. if thats that case and the fees are required then dont claim 5 cent power kw. do the math and state what it really is 13 cent power per kw. but by keeping the "price" per kw low they force you to stay with them.
