261  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Forex Broker - Trader's Way - Accepts US Clients, Bitcoin Deposit/Withdrawal on: March 11, 2015, 07:40:57 PM
Please post here or email me if you have any questions. We have been getting good feedback regarding our process for exchanging Bitcoins to USD/EUR in order to trade on our platform  Smiley

I saw you have 1% commision for BTC withdrawals. Is it possible that you lower or cancel this commision? Or you could allow commision free withdrawal once per month, after that commision would apply for next 30 days. I would imagine that you make most profits from trading commision and this would be great reward and incentive to use btc for deposits. Just suggestion.

Pinky,

Sorry for the late response! It seems that the new spam settings filtered out the notification of your response -- I need to fix that.

We had to put a commission on the withdrawals because we are charged each time we deposit funds into BTC-e in order to buy Bitcoins to send over to you. We do not keep our fiat currency in the exchange after what happened with Liberty Reserve a couple of years back. It is difficult to trust anything other than the bank itself. We send funds to BTC-e using Perfect Money. BTC-e charges 1% for this.

However, if you email me at the address to the left below my username, we can work something out together with those fees. No problem at all!

JC

Thank you for response. I will contact you when I'll withdraw. Currently I am still just trying out and I like it very much. Webinars with Wayne are also great. Smiley

I am interested why did you choose BTC-e over Bitfinex or Bitstamp or one of Chinese exchanges. It is known fact that Btc-e has high fees.

Am i the only one that had gains with XMR even at 0.001 both in BTC and USD? Tongue

Probably, because most were buying when price of btc and xmr was much higher. I am guessing but for majority breakeven price is around $400 BTC or $1 XMR.

could be also doom.

We have now started exponential bubble phase which is not sustainable and nobody knows how long or how far we go. All I can say, sell into strength, ussually this moves retrace hard and people panick and lose. Then buy back Smiley
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: March 08, 2015, 06:26:18 PM
big drop is incoming!!!!!

WOW what a monster Drop! Oh I mean spike.

Hahaha you amuse.

 Smiley

We had less than 100% gain in 3 weeks and people are already expecting big drops - 100% is nothing in crypto world. But I guess it's good for longterm price if so many people are still bears. Big drop will come when we will see 100% move in one day, which usually indicates the end of the bubble. Monero is nowhere near the bubble, but someone is accumulating big time, which may or may not lead to XMR liquidity squeeze.
266  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic Devastation on: March 06, 2015, 07:55:57 AM
However, I am keeping an eye on his predictions.
1) Economy turning down at the end of 2015 and
2) Pandemic in 2018
3) Any others?

I have been watching his predictions about DOW and gold market bottoms/highs in the past year where he predicted major low in DOW in October a week before, and if I remember correctly he even reasured that the bottom is in on the day even before we formed the first hammer, next day another hammer, then the crazy rally begin to the new highs in the DOW. He also gave warning on recent gold rally to 1300 that this is probably high. You can check and verify this stuff.
As a trader watching this in live market I can assure you M. Armstrong is the real deal - you just can't make this stuff up and be right.

Here are some other predictions from his past posts that you can watch:

- The spread between German 10 year and US 10 Year Treasuries may prove to be the trade of the century later in the year (short Germany Long US). German rates .45% v 1.84%. http://armstrongeconomics.com/2015/01/18/understanding-the-bond-bubble/
- We are most likely going to see that Phase Transition in US equities unfold with a 2017 high. Just as the 1987 high took place on the half cycle leading into the peak of the ECM in 1989, this time we are likely to perhaps see the US share market peak on the half cycle after 2015.75. http://armstrongeconomics.com/2015/02/15/g20-leaders-plead-with-fed-not-to-raise-rates/
- A month-end closing above 17970 will warn that we can still see an early March high. That may then lead to a retest of support going into June. A low at that time will be very constructive for the longer term looking into 2017. http://armstrongeconomics.com/2015/02/17/the-dow-outlook/

Don't EVER - I mean EVER - try to explain what goes on here to someone on the outside.

They will think you are batshit crazy.

Beeeecause -  You, and me, are batshit crazy.

I repeat - nobody went to mongolia and ate shitty chicken.
No farms were stolen.
No pirates took anyone hostage.

And for gods sake, you don't tell people you trust a guy named Fried Cat.

Lian Neeson will turn down the role in a heartbeat.

This whole story is like a dream - you think it's cool until you try explaining it to someone.

Keep that shit to yourself.

lol

Who wants to see the dump in action and then tell me theres not more coming?

https://vid.me/ima7

nice, thank you for that vid Wink
but you wouldnt raise fear in the market if you really plan to sell...

Im not selling, it wasn't me. Im sitting on my long term stash as I have been for the last 9 months. I called it going back down a few days ago when I sold my trading stash around 0.0017 and declared myself bearish short term for a variety of reasons.

Where did you get this link?
271  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 01, 2015, 12:44:53 PM
Wow, 8000 coins dumped in 30 minutes.
There are some real kamikaze bears trying to get their shorts covered lower.

Lol, they'll fail.

Love it when you see so much denial among the bears.

cant wait for when the opposite happens, that is when 8000 bought in 30minutes

Maybe after the auction.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: February 28, 2015, 08:51:20 PM
Could be a big dump of the Mintpal coins incoming if/when people get their coins back.

looks like it wont take too much time until we attack 0019, pressure stays high.
i would get nervous too if i wouldnt sit on a big mountain of moneros Grin

good luck guys

Not many coins were there (I am guessing based on miserable volume when it was still online). I doubt that they will dump, because they bought when prices were much higher.
273  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 23, 2015, 06:39:14 PM
Slowly word is spreading.

274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: February 23, 2015, 02:04:57 PM

In June-2014, the value of new emission (daily emission * daily price) was $1.8 million. In January-2015, it was $0.18 million. The 90% reduction in emission in dollar terms means that the rising buying interest will directly affect the price because the emission cannot absorb it.

The highest day of emission, 2014-06-21, produced more coins by USD value than the entire February-2015 so far has done.

Chart is in USD per day.

Great chart.

Pretty much we are at the rock bottom. If anybody is thinking about owning XMR now is the best time considering multiple factors and R:R ratio.
Soon there will be 1 year anniversary and XMR is still not dead, you can't say this for majority of other coins which had much greater publicity and yet failed miserably.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: February 20, 2015, 06:01:20 AM
Over 500k xmr on the ask book. Most I've seen since the xmr market opened there. Lots of coins on polo and someones jammed a 100k ask in at 0.00225. The games begin.

Unnecessary counter-party risk. He should store his own XMR.

True, but maybe this are peanuts for him. You have some big whales from btc among the owners of xmr.
276  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analysis never ends on: February 15, 2015, 06:55:45 PM
Probably there will be next attack on long term resistance (260-270)

So what now Luc? Seems this attack has failed

down we go. Sad

Maybe. We are now between rising support and falling trendline. By the end of this month we shall see the resolution.

Bitcoin died just after the touch of the trendline.
