Right now the Waves team are helping increase the price by getting things done. Being reliable, proactive and delivering on what they say they will deliver. This alone week drive the price up IMHO.

Despite the fact that the devs have stated in this thread that buying from Yobit will result in no coins. Gotta say that it's not gonna be fair on anyone whi missed the comments in this thread. I don't think this is the right way to go about it. It was obvious it would happen as it did with lisk.
Yobit will still get the coins that they bought in ico which they can send to users from their own private wallet. Its not a total loss for people buying on yobit other than paying high prices. Yeah, but what I don't get is how people can sell Waves on Yobit if you cannot deposit !?!?! I'm assuming you cannot. Sorry, but I never used Yobit and I also think I will never do that. I mean, I can understand who want a huge quick profit, but I don't understand who's buying at that price. So, are they basically selling their own Waves ? Only YoBit is issuing the tokens. It's a token they have created as an IOU, transferable to Waves on launch. no ico investors have any tokens there. It's all issued by Yobit. |

I have to agree with you. I wish the devs posted that before the ICO ended. Sasha has already said very clearly in the hangout video that he does not condone yobit out any other unofficial launch and warns investors that they buy at Twitter own risk and that Waves cannot take responsibility for any Waves not traded officially before the launch on the 14th. If people are investing their own money, they should take responsibility and do the necessary research and due diligence. The information is out there for investors following the project. |

WHAT THE HELL. MY WAVES are decreasing even after the ICO ended. what a bullshit
for me as well.... WHAT A FUCKKKK??? Relax. Deposits need 2 confirmations. So after ico ends there are 2 confirmations to go in which btc will be added. So your waves will decrease only one more time at next confirmation. After that it should be final. Hmm, so unlike Lisk ICO (where donations that didn't confirm in time were not able to purchase), Waves Devs are grasping every last BTC to prepump the price? >30k BTC collected Expensive ICO PRICE 2month ICO - Plenty of time for all to get on board, who wanted on. + BTC BS halving FOMO I believe we will see at or near ICO prices on exchanges within a week. I considered this heavily, but after much consideration, I did not believe this would be the case and ended up investing last minute. That sounds like hard FOMO Agreed. I have been weighing up the risks the last couple of days and been adding to my stack while doing so as the more thinking I was doing the less risk and more upside potential I saw. Maybe I got a bit carried away. I ended up putting in more than I have for any ICO, by a country mile. With that being said and the ICO over, I am glad I did. I feel comfortable with the way the Waves team are handling things, thier roadmap for launch and thier approach to building out the platform. Congratulations Sasha & Co!
