I recieved invitation to forecast some project which I did with the amount of BTC the project is going to received. What I don't really understand
1. Is wings platform tending towards a prediction site?
2. How would I know that my prediction is correct with so many people predicting different figure?
I think some other features needs to be included in the forecasting page, basing it only on BTC to me makes the page to simple.
I notice also that the the page loading is slow or dragging

This is just a test system to adjust the rewards model math; there's a lot of UX development that is yet to happen; including letting people pick from some range of currencies they feel comfortable with; also being a test system it is not optimized for speed. 1) WINGS is not a prediction site, it is asking people to do research to value projects and assign risk. 2) the valuations resolve when there is some sort of market event like a crowdfund. |

Did you get an email from the dev and team wings, that they are running the forecasting project that makes everyone can take the test wing forecasting test .. ? Maybe I got the email but I missed because I just got too many emails, what's farecasting test for? I also do not know many things about this project, Maybe if you ask someone who knows more about this project it, maybe you will get exact instructions .. you can search for "wings.ai" in your email program and you will see the email from earlier in the week. |

I think for this round of forecasting we will not use the people on upwork as there is already a lot of data.
But perhaps in some weeks once the UX guy is settled in maybe we will do some other kind of tests on user interface issues. So hold tight for now.

i am a tester. How can i get $25?
this is only for the back up forecasters on upwork.com who are not donor or wings holders. right now we have enough people participating so I don't think we will use them and save the Foundation money. for wings holders the code you get in the email is tied to your wings ethereum address, so we will distributed the $2500 in wings later. And how can we post our projects onto owl.wings.ai!? We used to be able to post it on alpha.wings.ai thank you this is a controlled experiment as we don't want garbage data in here for our scientist. if you know of an ICO happening or ending in the next 2 weeks that we are not aware of then you can let us know. I require a video (must be on youtube for now), some logo, and an executive summary, as well as a target amount. And ideally a link to a tokenmarket profile. |

It seems to me Wings team is taking investors for granted here, when is our tokens going to be released, inviting me to forecast a scam project like Qtum is really disturbing to me. When is the tokens going to be released, Melonport and even Augmentors ICO finished last month and have released their tokens to investors what is delaying Wings token distribution
It has been stated several times that tokens should be released around the end of the month. It was also said durring the ICO. Also to test the forcasting, you need to forcast real projects and there are only so many active ICOs around atm. The quality of the projects being used to test doesnt matter. That is absolutely correct. In fact, in the real system anyone from around the world will be able to post projects, and the role of the dao members are to weed out the scams and forecast on the good stuff. That is how people make money in the wings dao. If you forecast correctly and help a project achieve the forecast you made, you get paid more than others. If the majority forecasts something as a "scam/spam" then those get a pay out from the proposal deposit fee. It's a very simple system. So yes we invite you to forecast on scam projects and if you think it is a scam you should forecast it with a "0". Also regarding these other tokens, they don't have working software as far as we know. Our intent was always to have the token contracts available with the working beta software and this was communicated many times. So I am sorry that you are disturbed but I encourage you to read the white paper and watch the video on wings.ai to understand the project and its significance. right now we are testing the forecasting, yes, even on "scam" projects. |

Дата как таковая никогда не озвучивалась, а был и есть ориентир на первый квартал 2017. Точные даты запуска будут названы как мы будем уверенны в качестве умных контрактов, дабы избежать повторения проблем которые были с другими проектами. |

Ну уже можете хоть сказать когда запуск сети. А то новости то понятно что хорошие. А кого не спросишь не знают, и не отвечают. Март уже к концу приближается. А про запуска не известно когда будет.
Вам (Dzherald) уже отвечали на это в Телеграме: "Мы сообщим дату запуска как получим одобрение от наших партнёров по аудиту безопасности, которые просматривают наши умные контракты." |

Пока нет ограничений, нам нужно как больше информации для тестинга механизмом прогнозов.
Главное прогнозировать в первые или последние 24 часа кампаний (когда обычно собирается больше всего).

https://owl.wings.aiWebsite is very very slow! The projects loading too slow, is there any solution? I just tried it and seems fine. There might be some load peaks as this a single Ethereum machine, so just try again a bit later. We are working to improve it. |

by the way the latest forecast on Qtum... we will see who is right and gets awarded some wings. i know this particular project is controversial but remember this is not about what your feelings are about a project, it is about what amount of money you think they will get in the first 24 hours (or last 24 hours) of the ICO.  |

I didn't need it to make my forecast thanks You didn't need it if you click the link from the email because it was included in the url of the link. ok thanks, bdw does it all means that Wings platform won't lunch before Qtum ico ends ? ^^ would be bad.. :s Qtum is not using WINGS for their ICO, the WINGS platform is just in the testing phase right now, so we are taking some test forecasts to gather data against real world ICOs so that our scientist can adjust the rewards math model accordingly |

Just saw the video. The lack of detail on UI/UX (some of the UI decisions are pretty bad), typos, bad layouts, etc. are concerning me. It looks very much thrown together, extremely unpolished. I understand that back-end work is more important at this stage, but your front-end team are doing a pretty poor job. From a front-end perspective, this is at 10% of where it should be. Very unreleasable.
Disclaimer: 1) I am working in UI/UX design and quality control. 2) No I don't have time to help out. 3) This is my opinion. 4) Yes I know this is a test version, just stating that it looks far from finished.
there was no front end team  we are just got funding and are just hiring someone to do UX after spending the last 2 months looking for people. btw those are not typos those are how some words are spelled using British English. Ok fair enough. It's a bit late to hire a UX designer though, he/she could have been working in parallel while you guys were working on the back-end, would have saved a lot of time. But anyway, that's up to you. No, the site full of spelling mistakes and poor word choices. It is clear team are not native English speakers. I recommend also hiring a native English speaker to review all texts/messaging/labels on the site. Such mistakes look unprofessional. We didn't have the funding to do that until 2 months ago, but thanks for the advice. I am a native English speaker and while there is an occasional mistake I actually don't come across that many. Keep in mind that this is an alpha system, so your expectations might be tad too high. The concern right now is that the car engine runs and the brakes work, not the color of the dashboard and which speakers system is installed. |
