I've used localbitcoins but it seems there is close to 15% markup over bitstamp price. Since, there are no bitcoin exchanges operating in india currently, what is the easiest way to buy bitcoins from India at lowest price.
PS: I have no experience with wire transfers, so currently avoiding exchanges like bitstamp. I'd like your inputs about it as well. Thanks.
Your best bet is Moneypolo > Best Lowest priced International exchange > Indian exchange > smile with profit  A lot lower price than Indian Premium .. But remember both require heavy verification of their clients so be ready with your documents when you start with them . |

My coinsecure account verification failed after a week. I uploaded everything they asked still failed. dont know why. Now I am not able to upload documents again as the site is always down.

so i found this thread just now https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2180743.0and i guess this site is scam for sure So i registered in that site and uploaded my documents to get verified but its been 3 days they haven't verified my account so i thought this site is sketchy af and then yesterday i transferred 12,000 INR worth bitcoins (from bitcoin-india.org ) to my Unocoin wallet and it asked me to confirm it via the email and so i did and it said "Confirmed" Checked my Unocoin wallet and voilla!! nothing there so i thought its gonna take a while .. and then after few hours i checked again and same .. nothing received yet.. then i wanted to find the "SHA hash" transaction link but i couldn't find it in bitcoin-india.org because they don't provide it .. all i can see is the Reference Number but i cant track the transaction using that shit... so back to real time its been 24 hours and i have sent support tickets to their email and whatsapp (online 24/7) but no response .... this sucks usually btc transaction takes ~10 mins to get 1 confirmation so i guess this is total fraud site. Any suggestion guys? should i go for legal action ? First of all calm down , You don't need reference no. But as far your described here you were sending to your Unocoin wallet right ? then just go to blockchain.info and put your Unocoin Receiving address and see if any BTC coming to that address or not , if its coming then it will show there as Unconfirmed or Confirmed whatever the status are . |

Seriously unacceptable now , I am waiting for my deposit to be verified since last Saturday and still nothing . Support / Benson never replied i tried to contact many times . Hope that get fix now ; in the meantime as my Deposit stuck with Coinsecure i tried Zebpay and i must say my god they are fast . Verified within 30 min , deposited within 5 min . Most good thing of Zebpay that they has Netbanking deposit option which is automatic and fast , no need to added beneficiary and thing which CS or others has . Simply deposit via Netbanking and its instant . I hope Coinsecure implements this cause this is seriously unacceptable to have deposit stuck almost a week for this much volatile Currency . I missed a lot of opportunities of UP and Down for Coinsecure delays . Benson i know you working hard but you guys need to show some result of your improvement , its always delay and stuck whenever BTC price spike happens with Coinsecure .

These days coinsecure is facing too many issues. Earlier the withdrawals were processed in few hours but now it takes over 4 working days to receive payments. Unocoin takes 2-3 working days and till now I've never faced any delays. Not sure about withdraw but my deposit over 4 days pending and not verified . |

You can publicly check that we have not moved any BCH from our users balances, which is in line with our statement asking customers to withdraw funds if they wanted fast access to their BCH. None the less, we will start collecting BCH addresses for those who did not move their coins from next week. They will be paid out in batches as we gather more addresses. - BCH is our first priority once the stability rollout happens this week. We may turn off trades and deposits, if this rush continues into tomorrow (Tuesday). Only withdrawals will be allowed along with processing of backlogs. Most likely wont be turned back on till we roll out the new version within the next 3 days. sadly mobile app also not working at the moment .. giving READ TIME OUT . |

Yes, I am facing this issue. recently i have transfer amount to coinsecure account. its been 3 days still now its not added to my account (transaction id 725807034465) & i have sent mail from registered mail id .. no response. also the deposit times is sometimes instant .... sometimes it takes 1-2 days... now waiting over 14 hrs to confirm my deposit.
Anyone else got this issue ?
You are not alone in this .. there is deposit delay going on currently in Coinsecure and i guess they has backlog to complete possibly . Mine also pending from Saturday and still waiting . |

This is just iritating to have such delay of deposit during peek price change time Coinsecure must need to implement something that is automatic to solve this matter , I don't understand Coinsecure is one of the biggest BTC Exchange in India due to their lowest fees crowd is very high here but still CS management team not improving their server power and man power . I think Coinsecure is not working properly. It showing a lot of issues. The time taking to verify KYC is too long (up-to 15 days).
Sometime you need to be a bit more patient when you accessing India's most crowded bitcoin exchange , CS need to have more support staff to ease these huge loads and i hope they do that cause only thing lacking mostly and majorly now is support staff / Live support . |

Never transact when there is a sudden dump or pump. They always do that. I too have been suffered in the past and their service lacks everything. It's better to be on the safe side by not sending to their address in these situations.
I don't think they intentionally do that , its the huge traffic of users during dump or bump or any price movement which overload the capacity of servers . |

Well that's good then if bought with cash but your 2nd point looks a bit fishy , and i think it will be still safe if buyers just use high trusted escrow and buy item from amazon with those massive gc or just use OP for wishlist purchase and get items delivered successfully then release escrow of btc to OP . |
