261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 02, 2023, 06:03:18 PM
So the great Manchester United is at it again, losing 7-0 a horrific lost game against Liverpool, drawing even a more horrific game in their home against Southampton and tonight losing against Newcastle in a game where Newcastle totally dominated the game and I did not see anything from Manchester United at all.So why does nobody says something about Ten Haag but everybody is blaming the hell out of Potter, just because Manchester won some games before and they were in the top 4 comfortably while now they are not that comfortable anymore.I think that Manchester United is not in a good position and now I don't even think that they will have an easy game even in Europa League.
When we compare Ten Hag's work with those of other coaches in their first year, he is doing an outstanding job. The player is still in the UEFA cup, has already won the English League Cup, and is on the top four team on the table. Next season, I think he will do better with recruitment. There is no doubt in my mind that the teams will perform well in the Europe Cup a few days from now, some losses motivate, and some demoralize

263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coins still a good invest? on: April 02, 2023, 01:02:14 PM
Do you think that meme coins still have a chance to do well in the next bull market? Would you still invest on projects like shiba inu and floki inu.
It is not wise for a genuine long term crypto trader to recommend meme coin for new.traders as there is no intelligence in its marketing, but he can be frank and advice the purchase of meme coin with the intention of throwing away some cash. The last cycle made an awareness of meme coins that was not in a previous cycle, which does not indicate a similar experience.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Starting my master's degree in bitcoin on: April 01, 2023, 06:21:47 PM
He might have actually written the piece in an ambigious manner, but bitcoin is already incorporated into higher education curriculum, but not as a discipline. This will be done through the blockchain. There is a possibility he may think about doing a research project on it as well, and I am happy to suggest a few topics in that direction.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are about to enter altcoin season, what do you think? on: April 01, 2023, 12:36:01 PM
In this space, there are no perfect predictions, but every suggestion can be documented and taken into account. Altseason will be with different stages and different hype. Since the market is now larger, I would like to compare it with previous markets, since Defi had the first pump before Bitcoin halving and we didn't see any more pumping after that. The alt market will experience a lot of mini pumping. The coin pump is a lot of money, and they might be moving the money around with different hype until we have the final phase after bitcoin becomes the new ATH.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Banks are collapsing. Will Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies rise from here?? on: March 31, 2023, 04:37:19 PM
Recently bank like Credit Suisse and Silicon Valley bank are collapsing. People are switching their money to bitcoin. Is it the sign that more people are no longer trusting the bank and are moving toward to decentralized world?
Bitcoin's purchase as a result of failing banks is intriguing, but how much does the whole bitcoin  marketcap cost? Also, why do you think a massive purchase wouldn't have pushed the coin above its previous highs? Bank failures are widespread across all continents, and the government was unable to protect them. They are trying to get back funds from the inflated economies. I  like the timing
267  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why is it that is bitcoin is first in thought in mind in cryptocurrency on: March 31, 2023, 03:24:25 PM
This question comes from the curiosity of every new cryptocurrency user who learned there are more than 15k coins available in the market. According to history, bitcoin is not the first cryptocurrency, but it is the first breakthrough in the exchange space. In addition, it is the only pioneering coins in the space that is still existing today, and has proved to be one of the most profitable investments in history. With the exception of the stable coin, it remains the dominant coin on coinmarketcap with the highest form liquidity.
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk still market booster? on: March 30, 2023, 09:57:57 PM
While it is difficult to predict how the market will react, coin pump is not always a factor of influencers. It is possible that Elon Musk's influence could also spread to others because human psychology follows similar patterns. The cost of pumping a coin is very high, and people with that much wealth can do it with ease
269  Other / Politics & Society / Re: what will be the price that the Russian Federation will have to pay China? on: March 30, 2023, 08:01:02 AM
Due to the fact that these countries are the most populated in the world, it is understandable why their markets are so large. As they propose gradually removing the dollar as a medium of exchange, the impact will be significant. Although the dollar value has not yet responded, transactions are beginning, which could have an impact. Most headlines neglect to mention that these countries still trade with the USA with dollars, so there is more to consider.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Gaimin.io - CHANGING THE GAME on: March 29, 2023, 08:57:53 PM
Who could have ever imagined that such an active project would be so quiet as bitcointalk.org. I am concerned about the team's contribution to members through the forum.  The project is worth watching, but the team seems secretive, despite their efforts to communicate. Most of the time my gut is right, they might make investors a lot of money but could end up like Luna or FTX.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top AI Crypto coins that can possibly change your life on: March 29, 2023, 08:49:33 PM
Many negative news stories are being spread in the media about cryptocurrency, and I do not enjoy spreading them. However, they all concern me. A petition has been circulated to halt all major AI development, which could prevent chatGPT from being upgraded. A disturbing aspect of this development is the involvement of many technology leaders, such as Wozniak, Elon Musk, Chris Larsen, etc. Is there any expectation for startups that have raised funds in cryptocurrency for the time being?
272  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do we go from here on: March 28, 2023, 09:49:14 PM
Several countries around the world regulate the production and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI). It is important to note, however, that the nature and severity of these regulations vary greatly depending on the country and the specific aspects of AI being regulated. It
It is common for technologies to transcend national boundaries. As a result, we must consider the global impact of AI and the need for international cooperation to regulate its development, as the market is changing so quickly and advisors have such a significant influence on their decisions.
273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is more profitable trading ETH/USD or ETH/BTC on: March 28, 2023, 09:29:33 PM
The market can't give a perfect answer because it's a hard prediction and both trade options may be right at different times after the cycle.  In the market, it is wise to take a small amount of trade from both pairs at different times of satisfaction.
274  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance sued by CTFC on: March 27, 2023, 09:49:18 PM
Are these allegations against Binance US or were they made before Binance left USA for Binance? For whatever reason, are they just seeing this, especially when there are allegations the exchange and the CEO are being targeted by the US government. Some reports claim China is courting some Hongkong exchanges to get back into bitcoin, and people interpret China's reaction as a financial war with the United States.

275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is the last chance to exchange stablecoins for Bitcoin on: March 27, 2023, 09:19:12 PM
The majority of bitcoin trades are still done on the counter with fiat; if most are done on exchange, bitcoin will have reached 50k by now. USDT may be the strongest stable coin in the bear, but with attacks on USDC and USD, we may not see the dominance of stable coins in the future like in the past.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 26, 2023, 09:20:23 AM
There is a tax on gambling in Nigeria, and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) enforces the relevant tax laws. Gambling operators in Nigeria are required to register and pay taxes on their profits under Nigerian tax laws. In Nigeria, gambling operators pay different taxes based on the type of gambling activity they engage in. For instance, the tax rate for sports betting is 7.5% of the total turnover, while the tax rate for casino gambling is 5% of the total turnover.
277  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you survived during covid19 ? on: March 26, 2023, 07:41:38 AM
My measures to prevent infection included wearing masks, practicing social distancing, washing hands frequently, and avoiding large gatherings in the home and in public places. As part of my immune system boost, I eat a balanced diet, drink enough water, sleep eight hours a day, take food supplements, and refrain from drinking alcohol in any form.
At time I realize we all have become so psycho but washing our hands all the time - but not coming close to the people - by not eating in public.
By bathing all the time - most importantly our face changed - when we kept wearing the mask
In the aftermath of Covid, I have had difficulty kissing my partner and children, especially because I understand how susceptible I am to existing infections as well as possible infections in the future. I have formed some habits as a result of it
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Circulating supply matters to you? on: March 26, 2023, 07:34:58 AM
When it comes to the circulating supply, the integrity of the team matters, since they may give information that is inaccurate. An ICO handles it differently with access to information about distributed tokens and wallets holding them, as well as the purchase process. Now the team can claim they will reserve a certain amount of tokens for the team and marketing while pushing huge amounts of coins to influencers and themselves without staking and gradually dumping them.
279  Economy / Economics / Re: Always Have a financial record in whatever business you own on: March 25, 2023, 11:59:48 PM
I think financial records are really needed for entrepreneurs, even non-entrepreneurs are really needed. Because we can easily analyze if there are obstacles or problems in the business world that we live in, so we can easily track down the mistakes we make or control unnecessary expenses.
That way we are more efficient in unnecessary expenses in the future.
Analyzing financial records allows businesses to analyze past performance and project future growth, making informed decisions about investments, expansions, and other strategic initiatives. By tracking income and expenses over time, individuals and businesses can create and stick to budgets.
