261  Economy / Speculation / Re: $9k next week on: January 10, 2020, 04:58:00 PM
I'd be perfectly happy if it just stayed in the 8000s rest of this month and didn't fall back to 7000s.

I am afraid of this pump and then later on will break out, and then will dump lower than 7k. However I do want as well that this pump may grown even further. Well, anyway, as of today we couldn't yet go there still at 8k but for now let us just hope that this price may last long like what did happened in past few weeks. Stable, so doesn't have much worries.
262  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitrcoin is going up on: January 10, 2020, 04:16:04 PM
I have 3 things in my mind about this rising price again

1. The current situation between Iran and US, with the price of oil rising, everything goes up, so as crypto as it can be use for funding by the government and other people may also be preparing for the worse,

2. We may be witnessing the second bull run, it is what we are waiting for right, just dont be get too excited ofcourse.

3. Whales might be doing something , or maybe they are trying to rally the price and then dump it, like always.

But no matter what is the cause you should be very careful on what we are going to do next , always keep in mind what happen before but, if you feel this is the time don't hesitate we might be witnessing something more better this time.

Well, yes, we have to be aware most of the time not just only in the chart related analysis stuff but also the outside factors that at least need to be considered why is it happening. Conclusion at one particular reason might bring you less satisfaction, however, too much is confusion but at least you may get arrived to a decision with supporting evidences.

Well, as for the possibilities of price pump. I couldn't agree more with an on-going battle between two countries as it is plays the major role, and the biggest news. And it does affect lots of branches such as economics, as well as crypto currency in a sense of uncertainties there and people tend to rely on crypto possible get-to-go fortune.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why We Think Craig Wright is Satoshi and Why That Matters on: January 07, 2020, 02:16:49 PM
Yes, that matter at least. But Satoshi Nakamoto doesn't remain discreet, and decided to hide in shadows just to claim that he is Craig Wright later on. This claim is missing something. Besides though it looks like it is close to reality, it ain't making sense because it ain't making point why Satoshi decided to hide in the first place.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee backs out of his $1 million bitcoin prediction on: January 07, 2020, 01:26:54 PM
He's just toying with us though. Ain't no one would take his claim seriously. Besides that is expected too soon to take his foolishly words back. I bet right after this when everybody is calm and seems to forget what he did, he might be going back making troll claim, so, we just hope that at least lessen his worse claim or luckily put an end to his claim.
265  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nice Increase in Price but What Next?? on: January 07, 2020, 12:20:39 PM
Of course, there's nothing more to expect here than dump. The question here is that how long the pump would take? And how high it will reach? Well, anyway, we have been more relaxed these past few weeks resting around at 7k USD and now price are spiking up, I just felt quite nervous because isn't it early for this to happen?
266  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price rising since 4 days ago on: January 07, 2020, 11:28:07 AM
I really think this is not a good thing for people that have sold their bitcoin because of the panic, and that they realized they had done something wrong, and a really good thing for most people that still holding their Bitcoin despite the decreasing price range,
I wanna add those people who spend during Christmas season. Though that ain't bad because it is a different story but the opportunity are just coming right here now. Well, no regrets. Anyway, this price increase is in still on their long way to go. We cannot yet claim a certain situation too early as this however this might good as a sign which we have to take an action with, or prepare at least.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing again after winning a reasonable action? on: January 07, 2020, 06:59:17 AM
From winning the jackpot stand point, I don't see any reason for me to continue playing. As the jackpot serves as the main objective of players to obtain otherwise like minimum winning prizes then there is still a fuel for me to continue playing. Nevertheless, it may be just for fun. And for those who might continue playing though they won already the jackpot, may be they got money in the back and they can afford to lose such amount.
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You the local Bitcoin joke in town? on: January 06, 2020, 01:46:32 PM
There's no need for us to laugh back at them though. There's nothing need to prove, bitcoin ain't a competition as so the fortune either. We must at least be thankful that we have the guts to take the risk since the opportunity is already here, we're all just waiting for the right time for it to bloom once again, and I bet for sure that when the right time comes they are going to hop in here in crypto space.
269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They want your Bticoin. Don't fall for this new scam, it's too real on: January 06, 2020, 12:42:34 PM
Scammers are totally a good story teller. I am just fascinated how he made you interested in winning though, he even had this game that is halfway persuading. Anyway, thanks for sharing your story, I bet he deceived lots of person there though it was quite obvious from the start but once you get in touch into the site everything might went fine as you feel the excitement as well. Tables will change once they urge you to pay for a certain amount. Good job spotting such aim.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death of ICOs on: January 06, 2020, 11:45:40 AM
still ICOs are losing popularity because of

1. Concerns with funded projects
2. Regulatory hurdles with selling the tokens
3. Crypto bear market

How is it possible that you have forgotten both magic words? Oh I know you must be wondering what I'm talking about, right? Here are the two magic words that make people stop investing money in these ICOs:

1 - FAKE TEAM

2 - Plagiarized Whitepaper

You can look at the number of scam cases: Scam Accusations

And it seems people are now taking these magic words more seriously off, and plus they are becoming aware. We cannot deny that 2017 was really a good time for them however, when the market crashed people are now handling their money way more better than before to avoid further loses. And I don't think that ICOs are going to be eradicated, they just improved to IEO, back to what they were again scamming, frauds.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Now that we are in 2020 on: January 06, 2020, 10:39:41 AM
We are in 2020 and we hope to see a good start of the market this year, this year we are hopeful that a bull run could come again due to many big events, one popular one for bitcoin is its halving and for altcoins, Libra launch?? i know some would disagree as they are against in Libra project.

But here's the question, if the market goes bullish and altcoins are pumping, do you think when there is an ICO, people are still going to invest?
May be there will be a few ones who are still putting hopes with ICO but I doubt that those few ones are going to be foolish. Well, if there will be, they may be new comers or those who are lack of knowledge about investing.

Quote
personally I believe they will not because there an IEO already but I like to hear yours.

Yes, majority are shifting to IEO however it ain't still a secured stuff for us to invest with. Scammers are doing the same thing, they are as well making their move, shifting to IEO, same motives but pretty sure different approach. There will be no ending there, 'cause bottom line here is that we to furthermore analyze the project itself and not the Initial Offering they are up with.
272  Economy / Economics / Re: How the situation in Iran might impact Bitcoin on: January 06, 2020, 09:34:39 AM
I would like to hear what people here in the community think about it.
As far as I know, when there is a war, people are taking their money out of the stock market because they fear of instability.

I wonder what a situation like this may cause to the crypto market.

Some people might be doing the same thing. But I don't think Iran were just going to fight back heads on with US. Well, such war may have an indirect effect to crypto space however this could potentially may going to be a huge one if war did happened to start. Nevertheless there would be at least a drive to price changes even a little. Otherwise like shutting down, I don't think that crypto would be ever going to such situation.
273  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin will move up if there is a war with Iran on: January 05, 2020, 03:57:11 PM
Seeing the world economic conditions, will bitcoin move to all time high if there is a War with Iran ?
Oil and gold prices are already up within last few days. Will Bitcoin will be next?

I have seen some threads about this price spike in Bitcoin in Iran, but it seems it was made by just few people that came up with an agreement. Well, we couldn't say it so but if wars continues to rage on and would likely to start may be there might be an indirect effect as the economy of such country will surely be affected. The thing is we ain't know yet if the effect is going to hook up the price or dragged down.
274  Economy / Economics / Re: Grandma tell you to keep old coin in piggy bank on: January 05, 2020, 03:17:54 PM
Storing it on banks, surely will gain some interest but considering the potential value when it comes to be a rare one might need to double interest I get in banks. The thing is the time span, I don't think I still need money by such time. Anyway, I will try to tell my kids about this, 'cause it is still a wonderful idea.

Holding fiats is good in a sense you were stocking it up and will further be use for such greater purpose. Like kind of storing money, anyway are this still a thing, piggy banks something like that?
275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be main currency during WW III, and back to $20k ? on: January 05, 2020, 01:42:01 PM
Just a counter measures if their economic were going to drop down later on. I am just quite fascinated with such action of those people that they even think of bitcoin while there is an on-going issue in their country because I don't think I would as I am more concerned where should I stay at, thinking of stock foods, bottom line is how would I survive rather than getting fortunes.
276  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will Bitcoin do next in the near term? on: January 05, 2020, 10:40:36 AM
So Bitcoin has been sitting around $7000 for quite a while now.

What do you think the next significant move will be? Up or down? Down to low <=$6000s or up to >=$8000s?
May be a pump. This is just a wild guess however it makes me feel a kind of obvious thing to happen. May be we could hit greater than $8000. Because we have a strong support so I don't think we ain't have nothing to be worried about. Hope that such situation will last long though.

Quote
And when do you think it'll make this next move? Jan? Feb? Later?
Probably this January as well? We have been at $7000 since last month, so may be if it going to do some changes then may be it could go this January as well.
277  Economy / Speculation / Re: Moving away 2019 and looking forward for 2020. A Bullish or Still a bear season? on: January 04, 2020, 01:59:03 PM
Although the resistance was quite strong we coudn't just hold for a certain price for quite longer. As it there would be a time that it would be going to crashed. Well, yes might be or going to other way around but at least for sure it ain't going stick around. Besides not my place nor my authority to claim such but what I think we could have a fair price in the end of this 2020.
278  Economy / Speculation / Re: I Bet Bitcoin Reaches $10k In the Next 5-7 Days! on: January 04, 2020, 01:11:09 PM
Anyone wants to take me on a bet Bitcoin price reaches $10,000+ in 5-7 days? After the bitcoin's record breaking network hash rate news come out, BTC lost $300+ (traded below $7k), then gain $500+ within hours.

All this good news but we ain't sure on what's coming next. And besides we ain't know what would be the benefit of betting on to you, quite sure this were going to be the opposite one though. Well, let us just hope that at least your claim would be possible to happen though we are in the fair price right now.
279  Economy / Speculation / Re: New year and forecasts on: January 04, 2020, 11:42:09 AM
Image shows a crystal ball? Its quite funny to look at.
It was from harry potter forgot her name but she was a fortune teller. Well, quite connected to what the OP was trying to address.

As said about speculation from big news site doesnt really happen most of the time.
Even to those analysis made by those so called popular personalities isnt really that different compared to a normal person who do guess up on what would be the price.
For now we can conclude yet but lets hope that this would be a good year not only on bitcoin but on the entire crypto market.
Anyway, I couldn't agree more to this man. We try to figure it out but in the end we're just failing to do it so. Even the popular people out there ain't getting it right. Bunch of claims yet others get it close but most of it isn't exact. We can just conclude for now but the right action for such price would follow if it really happens.
280  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $1 million? on: January 04, 2020, 10:24:57 AM
So far yet so close. I really and we really don't know a bit of idea where market would lead this year. We cannot yet grasp what would be the possible situation that is why we are sticking to an idea closest to being real, yes, it may be foolish of McAfee to have such claim yet it is possible to happen. We can't yet take the possibility because it seems so far. But still we cannot deny the fact market may go abnormally high. Pretty sure we are going to panic.
