261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin legit or not on: October 16, 2020, 03:59:22 AM
In the name of bitcoin more Scams have reached the people. This is the reason why people think about the legitimacy of the bitcoin. In the meantime due to its virtual presence some even tried to create fake bitcoin and scam the common people for whom bitcoin is entirely a new thing. The legitimacy of bitcoin can understood by its survival from its day of existence. If it was a scam or not legit, now bitcoin could've gone out of usage.
262  Economy / Gambling / Re: BADCOGAMING.COM - WILD CASINO REVIEW - CRYPTO CASINO WITH A $ 9.000 CASINO BONUS on: October 16, 2020, 02:30:12 AM
Seems OP doesn't know yet how to lock a thread. Open these threads provided by Ryker1 then at the bottom left of the thread you can find a "move topic | lock topic" you just have to click that "lock topic" so you can lock the thread. There's no point opening it if you have to create every month a new topic - more like you just spamming the board with the same stuffs (don't take this as an offensive statement).
Obviously this is spam if they don't lock it right away, this is already 4 threads created BADCOGAMING did the OP not load the long thread before?
Promoting like it is wrong and this will not be glimpsed because it is less attractive so that the OP must be able to build a better thread again than having to make another thread in the future.
Maybe for the purpose of bumping the thread he might be opening new threads unknowingly. Multiple announcement thread for the same thing isn't a good idea. Better Op could've hired an announcement thread designer and a community manager to take care of the discussions and clarify the community members anything related to badcogaming
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stone Ridge joins growing list of companies acquiring BTC, bought 10,000 BTC. on: October 16, 2020, 02:16:18 AM
Large scale companies giving importance to bitcoin as a reserve treasury asset makes bitcoin to be dominant than the other traditional investment/stocks which were mostly acquired by the large scale companies. Already few have done it, the same trend is being followed. This is the right moment to invest, but these large players on the market also try to manipulate the market. This happens as everyone are into cryptocurrency is to safeguard their reserve, make money and increase the market for their company.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people avoid bitcoin? on: October 15, 2020, 02:17:56 PM
Once after using bitcoin, no one will avoid using it. People will easily get used to it, and in reality people from banned countries too continue using it through some alternate ways. People don't get the convenience of using bitcoin same as traditional fiat. Maybe that's the reason why people avoid bitcoin. Somehow the usage as investment is increasing and common people are getting much aware about bitcoin.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Importance of Bitcoin during the Pandemic on: October 14, 2020, 11:56:18 PM
Those days are really frustrating, because the beginning days of pandemic was enjoyable as cash flow is good. Later when different types of lockdown got enforced, the money flow got low and the race for Life started. This is where I got into gamble, and the initial days were good. I wasn't able to keep up the win, and later somehow managed to move forward and the campaign earning played its role during the pandemic.
266  Economy / Gambling / Re:  Gransino.com | New Online Casino | BTC ETH XRP LTC on: October 14, 2020, 11:09:18 PM
-snip-
I think you can make a "scam assumption" to scam board.

I read your case from the beginning, seem like you are taking the bonus deposit from them and playing some match UFC. You also got the problem with "malicious activity" and try to withdrawal the money but they asking you to do KYC.

Just want to ask with you, about the bonus you are take did you already fill the requirement maybe reaching some wager amount or anything. Because the bonus offer sometimes always have some rules/requirement, you cannot withdraw the money until meeting the requirement.

But, still suggest to you to create some scam thread since they are ignoring your problem with a long time.
Just don't go create scam accusations, because running a casino isn't an easy thing. Have patience, if there is no proper response from the team then go for the scam accusation. Even before that, try to go through the terms of the casino. Most of the time out of anxiety users just create scam accusations and later when the terms were briefed they stand helpless.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust newbies that starts projects? on: October 14, 2020, 10:12:03 PM
Most of the projects promoted by a newbie account will be from the project team. They try to promote on their own, and this doesn't make any serious issue. Once the promotion campaign is over the allocated funds were sent to all the participants. Managers play a big role finding the better project, because most reputed ones will analyse well and accept it. A small mistake or delay in distribution of bounty could leave some negative reputation to the manager.
268  Economy / Speculation / Re: According to Kiyosaki it’s time to buy Bitcoins, because Buffet has dumped banks on: October 14, 2020, 05:07:13 PM
Any news associated with financial services were used as a speculative information to move the market of bitcoin. Interest of Warren Buffett on banking stocks and other daily usage products (production firm) stocks is his experience. Maybe now at his 90th age he could've thought of giving a try to the technology based investment. Warren Buffett dumping his stocks on banks isn't gonna make any direct impact over the bitcoin, maybe the whales will make use of the pump and dump out of the speculative movement.
269  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is bitcoin just for investors on: October 14, 2020, 03:59:54 PM
Bitcoin is a multi-purpose asset. It can be used as required, and it doesn't have any limitations on usage. For users who want freedom of making transactions through banks can make use of it as a transaction medium. For users who want to make an earning out of bitcoin can prioritise it as an trading asset. One who expect long term or short term profit can hold it as an investment. So,it is upto the users and the way people use it.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you fear the president of your country, one day, making Crypto illegal ? on: October 13, 2020, 04:19:42 PM
In my country we've got restrictions, and people continue using it. We can state more country men facing the same, governments were against the use of cryptocurrencies, but people create ways to use it. One who has got used to it on trading, gambling, as investment, or for transaction needs will never think of leaving bitcoin at any point. So, I'm not worried about the future statements of my president or the law enforcement committee.
271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make old people understand Bitcoin? on: October 13, 2020, 02:26:09 PM
With the development in more and more number of wallet application it has become easy to understand about bitcoin. As few users mentioned it isn't a must for old people to learn about bitcoin. If they're willing to learn about bitcoin, surely there is a way for it. Saw an article from the year 2014, easy understanding of bitcoin which brief the working of bitcoin with a single apple.

273  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Tanks to $10.4K; ETH Market Dominance at 2020 High on: October 13, 2020, 03:57:53 AM
Bitcoin has crossed $11500, and now it seems to fluctuate within a minor margin. The growth continues, together is the growth of ethereum. When it comes to ethereum, it stands next to bitcoin in terms of dominance level. Both are highly expected assets for the year 2021. From the DEFI projects data 98% of the assets transactions of DEFI tokens were through the ethereum network. This itself keeps the network towards growth, because most people have stated the future is much connected to DEFI.
274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Not User Friendly Yet on: October 13, 2020, 12:29:23 AM
Maybe people find it difficult to understand the true meaning of bitcoin, the way it function, the backing technology and the process of mining and all. In terms of accessibility bitcoin applications were much user friendly. Maybe the users find it difficult just because of its value. A small mistake can lead to big loss as it is a one way transaction system.

Earlier when Android phones reached the market people find it different and are used to the keypad mobiles. Later the continued usage made the people get used to it. Same is with the Bitcoin and associated applications developed for its usage. When we start using it'll be much easier.
275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 10, 2020, 06:25:00 PM
Really disappointing performance again by Chennai Super Kings. CSK don't deserve to win. No replacement of Suresh Raina who left the team just before the tournament and didn't come back. Now sit and watch CSK getting thrown out of this tournament.
There is nothing to get disappointed, because this is the first time CSK is experiencing. For the past few seasons this was the situation with Royal Challengers Bangalore. When CSK won with ten wickets in hand everyone cheered the team has made a big comeback. After that two consecutive matches with the scores of 167 and 169 unreachable is a big failure to the team. It has got the able players, but they lack in stable performance as other team players does.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sixty Coinbase employees take buyout offer after no politics at work rule on: October 10, 2020, 05:27:33 PM
So a few weeks ago Brian Armstrong, CEO of CoinBase put out a "no politics at work memo"
If you did not like it you could take a 4 to 6 month buyout and leave. As of now it looks like 60+ people or 5% +/- a bit of their workforce took it.

I think it's good. Work is for work, politics is for the bar after work so to speak.

But, it's a slippery slope. After no politics do you ban the Star Wars vs. Star Trek discussions. Ford vs Dodge? IPA vs Dark Beer?

Some articles:
https://www.coindesk.com/coinbase-dan-yoo
https://arstechnica.com/cars/2020/10/sixty-coinbase-employees-take-buyout-offer-over-no-politics-rule/

-Dave
I think that banning discussions is a violation of freedom of speech. Politics matters to many people, and they have a right to talk about it with their colleagues, just like about anything else they find appropriate. Not to mention that politics is a very broad notion. Talking about parties and definitely politics. But how about human rights violations? Or discrimination? Or even about certain values like tolerance? Some might argue that supporting cryptos due to appreciating decentralization is also politics (and it is, truly, grounded on some political ideas). So the rule will not be easy to enforce, I'm sure there'll be disputed cases. And I'm not surprised some chose to leave.
This is true, it is people's democracy to have the freedom of speech and freedom to express his views. Whether it goes into heated arguments, then surely it has the chance of leading to violence. This will be a disturbance to the workplace. Most of the time political debates come out of work pressure, and the mind needs relaxation. By this time people who like politics and have social responsibility try to put forth their views to feel relaxed. This at times leads to heated arguments and might end up with fights. Here the responsibility needs to be taken by the management and letting people have healthy discussion to make changes in the social life.
277  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: October 10, 2020, 04:39:02 PM
First of all. I deposited 200$ and wagered it 200%. I’ve done a successful withdrawal before. I’ve contacted support by email and these clowns haven’t replied, even the moderators in chat don’t help you.

https://ibb.co/N14PwwG
https://ibb.co/R2JYBVh

I’ve deposited many times and referred a friend who lost over 2k on this site and send my credit card statement to support and no reply. They basically disabled my withdrawals and I can’t even withdraw my money... guess they only want you to lose.

As a service, it should be able to help and clarify this problem, maybe you are right because your bet continues to win so that your withdrawal is suspended or it could be because of your cheating, I also haven't confirmed before support replies to your message of this problem.

The OP on the ANN site has been inactive for a long time and are there any other accounts in this forum that are active so that they can provide a detailed explanation?

I'm afraid this will have an impact on others.

Yes you're right, I was cheating playing Fruit Party.. smh.. it's a 3rd party slot provider.. can't cheat... It's ok, i deposited with credit card, they can keep the money, I'll call my card company and explain the situation and they will dispute it, easier that then getting a response from these scammers.
This is stated to be one of the old gambling site that has got into cryptocurrency acceptance. Also it ran a campaign to promote the site, no one had thought of such an issue could arise. Promoted as having 3 million+ users, and if the above thing is true then it is gonna loss its huge userbase collected little by little.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do You think about YFI ? on: October 10, 2020, 03:54:34 PM
People have difference of view over the yearn finance token and on other DEFI projects that reached the market in recent weeks/months. More users have mentioned this to be manipulated market movement, and I don't think this to be completely manipulated. If this is completely manipulated then it could've gone as a pump and dump asset. It regularly shows growth as well as drop in value. Few days back it sold for a value around $13000, and today it is trading for $17000+ value.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What You Think About UNI coin Is It good to Hold It For Longterm perspective on: October 10, 2020, 12:52:59 PM
Until something new reaches the market similar to uni, there is more chance of growth with uni. As it has got good trading volume as well as good team to support and develop in all means. Based on the available features holding it for long term is good. Probably the price of uni can reach as high as $15 within a short time period or by the new year.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of Japan to begin digital currency proof-of-concept in 2021 on: October 10, 2020, 12:29:59 PM
Japan is the country that gave legal support for the usage of cryptocurrencies. Also it is the country that encouraged the usage of cryptocurrencies on small scale business. Now Japan's Bank creating its own cryptocurrency will make people make use of it for all the transaction within the country. Also, at any point it hasn't mentioned about the restriction of bitcoin for the introduction of their own cryptocurrency. So there'll be mutual growth and Japan always look to be advanced in technology.
