I'm having withdrawal unconfirmed for almost 20hrs until the transaction automatically cancelled, I don't know what might have been the cause of it but I think its because of the following reason.
1. I'm withdrawing from a mobile device.
2. Maybe because of the segwit address that I used.

Please, I don't know if I'm right anyway, but I would like to ask , why isn't my withdrawal transaction is unconfirmed. I pass through the withdrawing process but to no avail, the balance is still in my luckybit account. What's exactly the problem,. Let me know please, so I can use my PC and complete the transaction successfully.

As the staff already explain, the problem with the withdrawal was the mail confirmation. Each time a user makes a withdraw he need to confirm it by mail or by 2FA. If the users don't have the 2FA configured then he will get an E-Mail to confirm the withdraw.

That's how it works and this way is more secure for the users.

Hi Bitinity thanks for your feedback, need activity to get Senior badge achievement not only based on the age of the account.
Activity here means the days you're active on LuckyBit with chats and bets. Only Admin who knows the details for this activity.
My acc registered since early Sept same like seoincorporation, but i haven't get that badge yet while seoincorporation already got one because he is more active with bets than me.
