261  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in 2019? on: February 22, 2019, 03:58:03 PM
I've always been watching bitcoin since mid-2013 up to now, and the market/bubble is painfully toxic. I'm not a big investor or economist, and I probably still only have superficial knowledge on how the entire blockchain systems work.

I just patiently watch the graph, and keep telling myself not to invest because everyone tells me it's a giant bubble that will someday pop. Recently, I started to run a few side businesses dealing in Bitcoin as payment methods, but I've never stored it long term and always converted it to cash.

I remember back in 2014 when I first thought of investing in Bitcoin as a long-term investment, and obviously was pressured out of it because everyone kept thinking it was a bubble that was about to burst. I'm starting to think about it again now that Bitcoin is starting to crash - and generally speaking in the past it's done quite well after crashes, recovering and increasing every once in a while.

What do you guys think? Is it worth it to give it a try? This would be my second crypto investment, and I'd be throwing in $5-10,000 at most. Any ideas?

If you are watching Bitcoin since mid 2013, it means you also watched and witnessed of how bitcoin kicked its price value up to 20k$ almost? Don't tell me during this time you never experience to earn a lot in this bull run 2017? And the price of bitcoin so far was too cheap, and you know the answer to your question, right? Besides, you already threw 10K$ almost why not try again this time to buy bitcoin with the amount you have in your capital.
262  Economy / Economics / Re: what should consider before investing in a coin? on: February 22, 2019, 03:38:00 PM
If you are purchasing a coin in the ico, you should check the usages of the token first were you can find it to their whitepaper anyway.
Then, having an escrow in new ico project is an advantage, but if there is no escrow look at the team behind if they fake or not, then check the allocation budget for the project too. Also last but not the least, check if they have a huge community who support the project  as well.
263  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Bull Run!!! on: February 20, 2019, 05:39:57 PM
The current Movement of the market is Highly unpredictable. seriously everyone is confused. some believed that last year prediction of bitcoin going down to 1,5k will still happen. currently we are experiencing a  huge deep. over 20 billions wipe out of the market within 2hours. when we were assuming the market is balancing.

Yeah, you're right many of the members in this forum believed that before end of 2018 bull run will going to be happen.
But the it didn't happen up to the present. Though the price of bitcoin so far now was pumped a little bit, but not enough to say if this
is bull run moves, we never know if it is. But I know it will happen soon just no definite exact date and time.
264  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you making money in this bear market? on: February 20, 2019, 05:21:11 PM
Most of us that come into cryptocurrencies trading have this in mind that when bitcoin is in bearish trend we are loosing money and that is why we are seeing thread of loses in this bearish market.  Few know that you can trade usd/bitcoin and make money in this bearish trend all you just need to do is change your analysis from what you are used to to what is happening now and you will make money.

I would definitely agreed to some of the members saying that earnings in this type of situation in the market was very hard thing to do.
Even when you do day trade, you need to monitor the price in the graph form time to time. Because once you skip it, you need to wait a bit longer again to get profit.
265  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you share your trading experiences? on: February 20, 2019, 05:11:12 PM
Hello,

I was joined in crypto world almost one year ago. In this period, I am continuously learning from here and also work here. That's why I got some money and from those money I save some. Now, I want to start trading though the market situation isn't good now but I want to do this. I am also ready to take risk.

For doing that and getting inspiration, I need to know about its details. It will be good when you share your experiences.
Let's share your opinion here.
Thanks

For what I did now was day trading, this is the reality things and good methods in terms of getting profit while the market was still declined.
We may get a bit profit but at least there is earnings coming in happen in our daily life, if you are in this field of crypto business dude.

267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: failure to gain profit on: February 02, 2019, 09:00:27 PM
The crypto market is currently very unstable. I am easily affected, in panic selling conditions like now I sometimes sell bitcoin at a price lower than the purchase price. The result is a fatal loss.

So far, I have only relied on news information obtained from forums and social media and a little understanding of the foundation of price charts and market movements to make investment decisions in Bitcoin.

Then what is the way so that I can make a big profit ...?

How to effectively avoid unnecessary losses ...?

In the first place you shouldn't rely in any of the updates news in the coins, its right actually. Moreover, It is still good to watch or check the actual trading graph in the platform. Check the the average of of the Buyers and Sellers. With that you can see the movement of the candle stick in the graph on which of them you are going to sell or buy in the wall graph.
268  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A better way to invest in cryptocurrency. on: February 02, 2019, 08:53:22 PM
just trading now is still difficult for us to get profits, because the current market conditions have not changed. so what we have to do is to be able to get that big profit by holding it until the market experiences major changes

Trading is always difficult, and the possibilities of losing is similar in the bearish and bullish markets. Trading is an art which is learnt, to be sure it's still a gamble and everyone loses at a point, with more experience one would profit more times than not, in any market.

Indeed, trading is not that easy were once you decide to do it, it doesn't means its to get earn here. Of course not!  Trading need research first in the coins you are going to buy, then you must also know about the basic knowledge in trading too. Though, the market was unpredictable you also need to gamble your coins or capital when you do trading trading.  Just buy now then be a bullish.
269  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Must we always Preach about Bull Markets? on: February 02, 2019, 08:45:25 PM
Actually, We had our own choice of speculations here in the forum. Giving any information about the Bull run has a big impact to those who are bag holders. It gave encouragement and enlightenment for the others to buy more of the coin they are going to hold in the long run. But not all predictions by other here are accurately true most of them are not true only few them has a basis of why they gave that prediction as well.
270  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The advantage of day trader on: February 02, 2019, 08:36:40 PM
Potential to make substantial profits. The biggest lure of day trading is the potential for spectacular profits.

Being your own boss. The day trader works alone, independent from the whims of corporate bigwigs.

Never a dull moment. Long-time day traders love the thrill of pitting their wits against the market and other professionals day in and day out.

Expensive education not required. For many jobs in finance, having the right degree from the right university is a prerequisite just for an interview.

Self-employment benefits: As a self-employed individual, a day trader can write off certain expenses for tax purposes, which cannot be claimed by an employed individual.

Any other opinions? Please comment And we discuss any other benefits for someone who uses day trading techniques.

If you are implementing Day trading, it means you are a freelancer. Which you can do whatever you want in trading Whether you lose or not.
You can consider it as your own part time income which is better than the salary of an ordinary employee. Because, you can earn in daily basis more than the minimum daily salary.
271  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What all should I know about scalping? on: February 02, 2019, 08:30:29 PM
I have been trading based on my technical analysis and strategies. But, interested in learning Scalping. Let me be clear, I am not expecting that the experts here will just make me a expert.

I just want to know which are the good articles and the platforms where I can learn scalping. Please share some informative links where I can learn from the basics.

Thanks in advance.

If you want to learn scalping, better to use Kucoin, Binance, Coinbene, Houbi, okex and Bitfinex these are all good for learning the scalping when you do the actual trading. It may not be easy to learn but once you find the technique for sure in the future it will be chicken for you to earn most of the time in every exchange platform.
272  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which bitcoin exchange do you use on: February 02, 2019, 08:23:07 PM
With bitfinx shutting down its service and coinbase being priced very high which other service do you use?

Depending on the coins I have in the exchange, like for example I had been using Kucoins because I have coins here in this  platform, also in

coinbene, cryptopia, and IDAX and sometimes bittrex. These are the exchange for me that belongs to the top 20 at the coinmarketcap.
273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New Exchange: Should I trade? on: February 02, 2019, 08:14:14 PM
Hello everyone, I saw a new CFD trading platform for cryptocurrency. (www.mavsecure.com) I met a guy in TG and he referred me. So, how safe is to trade in CFD platforms? Is it profitable ?

It is still safe and better to trade in the exchange that has a good reputation in the market already, just like Binance, Kucoin, Coinbene, Idax,

Lbank, Houbi, Okex, and Bitfinex those are safe and profitable to trade in.
274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to overcome my fear and how to start trading? on: February 02, 2019, 08:07:26 PM
Hi I am just new in the trading, I just want to ask how to overcome my fear in trading and what should I do to start trading. I also want to trade with a short term cause I need to earn daily for my daily needs can someone help me and give some that I used to start my trading now.

If you want to earn daily here, you need to implement Day trading. In this way, you can have a chance to earn 3 to 5% or more depending on the movement of the coins that you are going to buy in. Make sure also that the coins is has capacity to get higher in the future. Just as a trader you must know that you are a risk taker and you really should.
275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep your funds secured? on: February 01, 2019, 08:31:05 PM
Im quite new to crypto so i wanted to know what exchanges do you use and i'd be grateful for advises on security. I currently keep my crypto on localbitcoins but it recently got hacked to im concerned for my money. I want to move it somewhere safe but still be able to make trades without much fuss. Im still learning to trade but im pretty serious about it. Can you recommend me a good exchange that hasn't been hacked yet?

If you are keeping your crypto, I recommend you to use Mew, Ledger nano, or trezor. Using exchange its too risky, don't you know that mate?
Never repeat what you already did before, its some kind that you yourself is the one who killing your own capital investment.
276  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are your experiences with Cryptopia (exchange)? on: February 01, 2019, 08:21:24 PM
Hey!

So, here is the deal:
Some of my friends tell me Cryptopia is a solid exchange to trade on. Especially for the smaller coins (not in the top 300),
But, some other friends absolutely hate Cryptopia, they say the UI sucks and it even has scam coins on them.
Both of them have a point, I know the UI isn't the best, but i also know it's good to trade smaller coins on.

I'm wondering, have you ever used this exchange and if yes, would you recommend it?
Looking forward to see some of your replies!

> Netcre

Its been a weeks that cryptopia was under maintenance now, where most of the traders can't able to make trade to their exchange platform.
I don't know how long they will remain like this. But in my opinion, there are lot of good platform who are better than cryptopia just like Binance, kucoin, Coinbene and more..
277  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Avoid trading unless you are sure of what you do on: January 29, 2019, 07:40:15 PM
Really it will become just like gambling, addictive and manipulative, it's very much like poker only if you are an expert you can accomplish something

This is also a remind for myself, sometime I would like to trade again but I remember the bad experiences I had with it and stop

But for those traders who are greed while doing the actual trade they always got loss because of this behavior, so the result in the end most of

the time was loss their coins. But they've always never learn from it. Although your advise was really good reminders here also.
278  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New Exchange: Should I trade? on: January 29, 2019, 07:29:44 PM
Hello everyone, I saw a new CFD trading platform for cryptocurrency. (www.mavsecure.com) I met a guy in TG and he referred me. So, how safe is to trade in CFD platforms? Is it profitable ?

I don't trade with the exchange that is not list on the top exchange market at the coinmarketcap pal.
It is too risky if we trade in the platform that has no stable community and market to their platform as well.
Therefore, if you want to trade and get a lot of profit choose the top 10 exchange in coinmarketcap.
279  Economy / Economics / Re: What's it like to live on crypto instead of Banks? on: January 29, 2019, 07:15:56 PM
Imagine living your life without depending on Banks ever again. Using only cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, you can make your own income stream and use the coins earned to buy stuff from merchants who accept them. Every day, cryptocurrencies have been going closer towards full mainstream adoption. However, there are still some things which prevent crypto from being used over traditional payment systems we've been accustomed to for a long time.

Nonetheless, what's it like to live only on crypto instead central-bank issued fiat money? Cheesy

Well, by the grace of God I had been living for a years here in this world crypto and sustaining all of my daily expenses through of it honestly speaking. With crypto I can gain a bit of bitcoin where all my expenses for the whole month was done by it. Because since I begun here I never use any bank only crypto or bitcoin to tell you frankly.
280  Economy / Economics / Re: the future of crypto is good or bad on: January 29, 2019, 06:56:14 PM
I want to invest my savings into cryptocurrency. So I think about the future of cryptocurrency. what do you think? Do you think the future or cryptocurrency is good? Or do you think the future or cryptocurrency is bad?
Please help me, because I will invest all my savings. So if I make a bad decision, my family and I will be on the road to improve my economy.

For now it is really good to buy altcoins due to lots of the crypto so far are really so cheap which I think is really good to buy a huge of it if you have a lot of money in your pocket. But of course you must think about several times before you do it investing in crypto, you can start at small amount first before making a big investment here.
