You can chargeback on Venmo more easy than you chargeback with Paypal... I don't think anyone with his mind will do that.

As tittle says. No need stolen/carded cards. Prefer ones with receipt and proofs of purchase Payment from 75 to 85% depends. Prefer paying with bitcoins. Feel free to send me pm

If you don't have time to provide proofs of ownership, then why you think anyone legit will have time to waste with someone who can't prove he got what he's selling. Or don't tell me the money not worth to write your username with date on paper

I believe people like OGNasty should be example of the good community here and not impulsive reactions. He's trusted and have proved his self as someone. But as trusted one, he should double think and also give second chance to people. Everyone in his life someday somehow needs second chance, and we should think about that before we judge impulsive. My two cents.

I'm pretty active on catching scammers and i believe moderators should do some actions against them. We also need more moderators and better trust system. Not sure is the admins still active around to check whats going on but the scam attempts around are insane.

Check the market for real estate around. People post pictures of the houses, where they are, location and everything. If you are new to this, at least do your research. Asking large amounts of bitcoins for unknown apartment buildings... The language you get is just what you should expect because if u you to sell things for big money, you should provide all the information.

I have a client who wishes to buy 20 Bitcoins for a cash. He is concerned about the protocols involved and making sure that the transaction will be valid and not get "stuck in the system" or be fraudulent in any way.
He is happy to meet face to face with the seller but he is not willing to part with the cash until there is certainty over the delivery of the Bitcoin. I am guessing this will take a minimum of 1 hour (6 blocks)
Any thoughts about how to relieve the tensions on both sides. Escrow and banks seem to be out of the question.
Thanks

Tell your customer to google "escrow" and read. Welcome to 2017 year where people are smart enough to not being robbed. It does appear than many of the escrow services are themselves thieves. Can you recommend one or a couple of check out and they need to take cash... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0And none of them are thieves believe me They proved enough already how trusted they are. I don't believe anyone with his mind will agree to make 20btc deal face to face with risk to get robbed.
