I think i can compare easy way of getting 1 btc with easy way of getting 400$, it's doesn't exist. Only donations or lottery, the easiest way of double is gambling but you can lost your money.
In gambling you can double it once or twice but you cannot expect that to happen on regular basis so that is not the best idea to double your coins. I think OP was thinking about double Bitcoins by using "investment" services that offer so high % rewards. Of course thats are scammers and sometimes just first few users can get some revenue, but usually all transactions are fake and all investors are losing everything. Gambling is not for earnings, gambling should be for fun, so if anyone play for money should think more about that he will lost his money then he will win anything. |

Shouldn't Steam at least force 1 confirmation? Because allowing 0 confirmations is pretty much allowing chargebacks. So I'm confused. Is this a risk for me?
Say if someone bought a game with bitcoin. Am I 100% safe, because my game cannot be frozen? Couldn't scammer buy $100 in wallet funds with a 0 fee TX, get it rejected by the network, but by the time Steam realises, the scammer has already bought the game and sold it.
Or am I missing something? Does bitpay keep broadcasting your TX?
I have seen that casinos are using this same method ( 0 confirmations deposit). If casinos are not affraid about chargebacks i don't think that it can be problem for Steam. |

I never had so big loss, but always when i hit any decent loss i make brake, usually 2 - 3 weeks But if someone play with such amounts it means two things: or is rich enough, or is already addicted. If is rich - thats no problem, if it is second option should definitely stop playing. |

Kraken now already have licensed?that's good news,and i think they are the first exchange that have licensed from Europe and Japan,and i wish many other exchange like coinbase,BTCchina and other will do same way. no, they are not. also, they are based in USA and they are dealing with US citizens. that means, they MUST have a financial license in each state from USA. they will be shutdown soon. I know it appears almost unbelievable but it will happen if they will not apply for a such license. Not sure, but if exchange want to trade Cryptocurrencies must have license in accordance with the law of the country in which operate. I don't think that every exchange must have lincese from every country in the world individually. If Kraken is based in US must have licence from US and that is all. If other exchange is based in Germany licence only from Germany should be enough. |

Well, I'm pretty sure that miners (even with subsidized electricity) are selling over 90% of what they mine just to make expenses. And it's not terribly unlikely that some are selling 100%.
Make no mistake, mining is mostly about making spendable money. And the way to make bitcoins spendable in the wider economy, is to trade them for fiat.
If this is true (that miners sell over 90% of what they mine) we should be very happy that Bitcoin price is at the level as it is now. We can only imagine what will happen to the price of Bitcoin when PoW stage finish..   |

I also remember high price of S7 at the beginning. If they relase S9 with so high price no one will buy.. I don't think we have to wait 2 - 3 months. I expect that after 2 - 3 weeks, maybe one month price will be 20% - 30% lower.
I repeat the question: What if someone has a small amount of GHS in S5 - I should forget about it, or there is some possibility to turn it in BTC?
