The Ukrainan local thread[1] currently got a total of 22 pages in over 3 years, with 3 posts being made today and 14 this month. [1] Українська (Ukrainian) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=236982.0
Ukraine currently ranks among the top 10 countries in the world in terms of the number of global bitcoin nodes.
According to bitnodes.21.co there are currently 45 online nodes in the Ukraine, making it #15 (as a comparison, Germany currently holds a total of 850 nodes and the #1 is placed at 1373). Taking that aside, hosting nodes has nothing to do whether or not there is the need for a local board. What good does it if there's a local board added and it ends up being an abandoned place. Discussion is a far better indicator on whether or not there should be a local board. Discussion like the one going (very very slow) in the local thread up there.

This is a signature campaign thread, I think there is no connection for the wallet as base on what I know the bounty will be paid on bitcoin as agreed so I don't understand why you guys are so interested with the wallet to be release.
If you would have read (at least the last page of) the thread instead of just the last post, you would know why, let me remind you.... Wait for until the 20th. I think thats when they are going to release the wallet but I think it would be a simple clone wallet.
Why are they waiting till wallet release when they are paying in bitcoin? Because it currently looks like this campaign is going to be paid from ICO2 funds escrowed with SebastianJu. Those funds are investors funds and SebastianJu has set some requirements in order for them (or parts of them) to be released. One of those requirement is to have a working wallet for the coin, at which point a part of the ICO2 funds will be released by SebastianJu. No working wallet means no funds being moved out of the ICO2 escrow. That's why we're waiting for the release of the wallet, even though we are planning to pay participants in btc.

A 2 post newbie leaving the trust and another two post newbie comming here trying to make some bad PR for the guy out of it. Yeah, we're totally going to buy your story, mate. (Even if he is involved with selling/buying accounts, which I don't support in any way, this doesn't change how he acts on and handles campaigns.)

Post counting has been completed for Week 8 of Let's Think About the Future Signature Campaign Spreadsheet: Week8Payments sent ( d75b50b48f4aec074a898e37127603a8abf60177c2077888111c92844bb0eeaf). I've currently got ~2 weeks worth of payments left in escrow. I'm not sure how we'll continue (onemd hasn't been online for more than 10 days now), but I'll let everyone know soon enough, in case I got some news.

Does it come with the hologram sticked to it?
Yes, Genesis are no DIY coins, they've been pre-assembled and come with holograms. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FvewiY5n.jpg&t=663&c=Pzt6DUL2MDznqg)

Can't say I like the situation any more than you guys, but that's what I can currently offer to you.

Done, will leave a counter rating until mexxer and lutpin have had the time to review theirs.
Just read the PM, removed my rating (the signed message verifies, address was posted as far back as august 2015 as I checked). Will let mexxer know aswell, although it's currently kinda hard to reach them and I don't know if/when I will be abled to.

Still in discussion with Seb, things are moving slow. For the record, the wallet I have set up as temporary escrow (I had informed you about this some pages back, should be two weeks ago now) holds one address designated to signature payments, and is still empty. The address is the following: 13fnbefVxWX1DeTBksFBNauqoenDrXMqttAs you can see, the address is still empty, I haven't received funds from either Sebastian (ICO2 funds) or Wasserman (ICO1 and other funds), so I got nothing to work with. (I'm posting this on request of Seb and for public record, signed messages from the addresses private key and my PGP/GPG key are below.)
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA512

The address this message is signed from (13fnbefVxWX1DeTBksFBNauqoenDrXMqtt) is a temporary escrow address set up by me, designated to carry out payments for the campaign once the funds arrive in the address. This message is cross signed from my PGP pey aswell to ensure I am the one controlling the address. - -----BEGIN SIGNATURE----- 13fnbefVxWX1DeTBksFBNauqoenDrXMqtt H+SeAgobesWV18OaCeG/B//AjTPP3tqOndw+oOWkPjw5ClbAolEeHSQNsTqfMpXoH076uKCwkIMd+Lk5zXrvCQk= - -----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE----- -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: Keybase OpenPGP v2.0.56 Comment: https://keybase.io/crypto

Just had a brief discussion with Seb and filled them into the current status aswell as my PoV. We're both a little puzzled about the current status of the campaign and can't quite understand why Wasserman is insisting on covering the bounty from ICO2 funds and hence creates further delays in payments. That being said, I'll keep my policy of staying out of the discussion between Seb and Wasserman about the escrowed funds, simply because it's not my place.

I am missing Lauda. manager for A.C.E and is doing a great job overthere !
You ACE guys claim that your group is different and doesn't need a manager or sth like that, but then you want your group leader listed as campaign manager? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Don't misunderstand me, Laura is a Dick....and I love them for that, but they are no campaign manager.

Quickseller is no part of this campaign, their deal is separated and I'm no part of it (kinda same like the current deal running with ACE), as a result I got no stake in whether the deal with either of those parties continues. I'm responsible for this campaign and it's participants. Feel free to contact me if you got a problem with one of my participants.

If Carra still active manager, I think he's deserve for being in the list of campaign manager
Back when I started, you couldn't say signature campaign without naming Carra in the same breath. I felt like he deserves to be at least named in the thread, and was about to do so, you're absolutely right, Carra used to be the household name for campaign managing. Far less known, but another honorary mention I want to drop is Adzion. He only managed one campaign, and that just for short, but I wouldn't be the guy I am right now without him. Zino, this is for you! I guess that takes care of the namedropping. As for active managers, I wouldn't know, besides those I worked with, like notaek who I supported back with ophion or suggested for NakedBitcoin, Avirunes who did a great job replacing me the last two weeks or SFR10 who I had the pleasure to work with for almost half a year (I think it was that long, right?).

Not sure how many of the voters will actually have run a campaign or planning to run one in the future. Most votes probably are going to come from participants rather than runners. As managers we act like kind of middlemans between the both sides, and there certainly are some that are more popular with enrolled users, and some that are more beloved by the runners. I don't take myself out to say which way is the better one, but I'm expecting to see the votes being on favor of the first group over the latter, or at least one or two managers I would place in said.
On a side not, there's a lot of manager discussion going on right now (or am I just thinking there is?). Not talking about the "list your favorite campaign" spam threads, but rather decent discussion.

What I think is that ranking system shouldn't be there. Every campaign manager has different type of managing and has a different approach and also qualities. I think instead of ranking them just marking up positives and negatives would be enough. And in the same way others can also suggest plus and minus points of a campaign manager. If OP watches most of them agreeing with the plus point or negative point marked up then he can put it up or otherwise let it go.
Rankings are always subjective, it's almost impossible for them not to be. I respect most, if not all, of the guys listed in this thread, worked together with some in the past or recommended others for a few jobs. Obviously it's neat being listed at #2 currently, even though I don't know whether or not I would rank myself below or above some. You're absolutely right that different managers handle things in different ways and I think that's a neat thing. As we currently stand, every advertiser can find a qualified manager having just the key points they value. And that can only be a good thing for each and everyone of us. Sure, we're competition in some aspects, but let's not forget that we're fellow campaign managers aswell, we share a common "profession".
On a side note, might consider adding my overview thread to my listing: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1363152.0I try to keep it complete and include all my references, although the last update has been some weeks ago, so a few campaigns are missing.

So you are going to pass the control of managing the campaign to Avirunes? Whatever is going to be your decision, I just want to say that you have been a good manager to us. I will respect your decision and hoping for a lot of opportunities to come to you. God bless you Lutpin, Avirunes & Whyfuture.
I've been thinking about it for some time now, and it feels like the right step. I've been shifting my focus recently and as a reason I might drop one or two of my campaigns. Obviously, I can't make that decision alone, but if Avirunes wants to, and if onemd accepts, I would hand over the campaign on a permanent basis to Avirunes. I'd still be providing escrow services for the campaign though, so I'm not fully gone. I've contacted onemd about it and will let you know how things continue in the future.
