1801  Other / Meta / Re: Most active regional section on: February 06, 2017, 12:41:10 AM
I've found out that Russian section on Bitcointalk  is most active. 771706 Posts 30965 Topics. It's more than twice as much as Chinese for example. Why people in other regional sections are so inactive or uncommunicative? What do you think? or is it because people from other countries write more in main English section because they know language better? How do you assess your country citizens' English level in percentage?
How did you figure out the stats? Is it given on some page in the forum?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php
Scroll down to the local sections, right hand side:

(Russian Section in the middle.)

I would suspect the Philippines board is pretty active, considering the fact that it was only created only sometime last year.

Thanks Smiley

Payments have been sent (c6874a4a9df9f864400727aa5b2462344cfe241d425f7fba9cec9aae6ec976da).

There's been an opening and we have 1 legendary spot up for grabs.
Don't miss your chance to become a part of one of the longest running, active campaigns.
1804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [New Thread] Ascendancy Scam - Follow the thread if you've invested on: February 05, 2017, 04:25:47 PM
This is ridiculous.
People should not be posting how much they invested in this thread.  All of this should be handled privately.
ALSO, how about an apology from the Escrows?  (for royally fucking up)
While I appreciate the fact that now you are helping fix the situation, and that this SUCKS for you, there has been ZERO apologies from ANYBODY involved in this.
TLDR - wheres the apologies?
Sorry people have been working for hours going unpaid after this situation blew up trying to fix everything for investors who have to do nothing but submitting their transactions.
1805  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 DiceSites.com - List of dice sites w/ statistics, graphs & verifiers on: February 05, 2017, 05:19:00 AM
Nice information and design. I would suggest a ranking or star rating system which would make users more easily understandable about the dice sites.
They are ranked/rated by their stats, rather than subjective opinions about which site is better than which other.
1806  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda for staff on: February 05, 2017, 03:26:55 AM
Gossip says lauda was the most paid/most active non-global in January.
Both Hilariousandco and cyrus made more than Lauda in January.
Last I checked both Hilarious and Cyrus were indeed global moderators, any of them got demoted recently?
1807  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda for staff on: February 05, 2017, 02:42:24 AM
I don't understand why people think nuking newbi accounts helps. It literally takes 90 seconds to make a new bitcointalk account
You're forgetting about the units of evil.

I have noticed since Lauda was demoted that spam messages remain a lot longer than they used to.
Gossip says lauda was the most paid/most active non-global in January.
1808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [ASC] Ascendancy Signature Campaign | Juniors and above (PAUSED) on: February 04, 2017, 10:05:08 PM
Here's the situation so far:

I have updated the spreadsheet with the numbers for week 3 (I've cut off everything at the point I put a halt on the campaign).
I have also created a list of payouts based on your stats from week 1-3, and the first week IPO price. As I already have your btc addresses, no need for further action from your side.
Currently, this amounts to 0.4201BTC in total.

We're still discussing how to solve the problems regarding the investors funds, and the question on how to cover the payouts for the campaigns will have to wait until this is sorted.
A little bit more patience please, but be ensured, progress is being made.

1815  Other / Meta / Re: Should bumping a post only to lock it afterward be permitted? on: February 04, 2017, 02:43:40 AM
There is a rule about deleting old bumps that could (/should) be exercised here.
1816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [IPO LIVE] Ascendancy:Modular Decentralized App Framework IPO ENDS:10 March 2017 on: February 04, 2017, 02:38:34 AM
It is related, lauda was mod, I posted that to help people because he should be easier than us to contact theymos to find the criminal's track, but it is too sad, another ICO scam.
It is not, the reason for lauda not longer being a moderator of this forum has nothing to do with this topic/this IPO.
You can look up the reason yourself, it doesn't take long to find it out. There's no point in discussing it right here.
1817  Other / Archival / Re: . on: February 04, 2017, 01:46:19 AM
I'd like to switch my numbers to lowest 10 available (including #125 if that is still there).
Also, get me hooked with 10 holders, please.
1818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [IPO LIVE] Ascendancy:Modular Decentralized App Framework IPO ENDS:10 March 2017 on: February 04, 2017, 01:36:51 AM
Good point, lauda is a mod, should be easily contact Theymos soon, hope they can report police and get the scammer's IP address.
Lauda used to be a mod, they are no longer. Even back then, it was hard to reach out to theymos.
Futher, I'm unsure what kind of information the forum is willing to give out about the accounts connected to ASCs "founders".

I don't care about my loss, I got experience instead of money. I care about the investors only, just like superwoot, Darkstar Lutpin and the three escrows.
We are trying to find some kind of solution, we have been discussing this matter for almost 6 hours now.
Nothing to be added there.
1819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top Bitcoin Websites By Traffic - Alexa Rank on: February 04, 2017, 12:24:16 AM
Don't understand the list... some sites have 1 million+ alexa and aren't even in the global rankings.
"The sites in the top sites lists are ordered by their 1 month alexa traffic.

The 1 month rank is calculated using a combination of average daily visitors and pageviews over the past month. The site with the highest combination of visitors and pageviews is ranked #1."

~snip~
Probably the best idea to put the bounty campaign on immediate pause.
Will contact you via PM.

please OP make it clear for this one
The website is currently down and aubert got no way of issuing bounties without it.
