2601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about staking? on: February 20, 2022, 11:05:43 AM
New platform with promising higher reward APY I don't really trusted but of try to stake better you run with faster way, don't stake more than one or two month just running with one week only before site become scam and coin have drop price, I think is not worth with higher APY for staking coin in long term period because have risk price dump.

Precautions should be taken when trying something new, in this case when a new opportunity arises for staking with a high APY it would be good to start with a small amount of money for a short period of time! Otherwise, some catastrophe can happen and the loss of investment will be very certain... it's not like it didn't happen before!
Staking is good, and it's working fine... people should check some trusted staking opportunities and try it out!
2602  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear vs Bull : The Beauty Of Cryptocurrency on: February 20, 2022, 07:56:37 AM

In a bull market, you gain more dollars if you bought Bitcoins with dollars before it happened (read in a bear market)! In a bear market, you gain more Bitcoins if you had Bitcoins to sell for dollars when it was on top (read in a bull market)!

The image below have made me realize that there's actually no loss of money in crypto currencies, be it in a bull market or bear market, what we often see as a loss during bear market is actually a minds trick, and because we allow that thought dwell in our mind for too long, it then becomes our reality, remember "As a man thinketh in his mind/heart, so he is".

Actually, if you buy when it's up and sell when it's down you will realize and feel the loss of money and Bitcoins! When it comes to the entire crypto market, the current market cap is  $1,748,474,236,721 (from coinmarketcap), and while the market net worth is rising over the years, we have seen these numbers falling and rising (bull & bear periods), sometimes money is being sucked in the crypto market, the time when the market is growing... but there are moments when the money is being sucket out, simply people are cashing out and market cap is going down!

The beauty of cryptocurrencies is that these up and down periods (bull and bear) happen in a short period of time, and that makes trading so interesting and for some very profitable, especially for those with good timing!
2603  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fun Stats about Bitcoin Casinos | Infographic on: February 19, 2022, 04:40:18 PM
Nice and interesting stats about crypto casinos! Excellent work, I like how it all looks, I always like to read fun stats and facts! I guess all these stats show how crypto gambling is still at the beginning, 2020 over 100 active crypto casinos, and just 3% of online casinos position themselves as crypto casinos... I bet that number will be doubled in the next 5 years, or maybe it can happen faster?!

2604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find ICOs worth investing? on: February 19, 2022, 02:01:56 PM
it's very difficult to choose a really decent ico at this time a few years ago ico projects were very good and very profitable for many people nowadays many ico projects are scams but not all of them there are still decent ico projects just that we need to be more careful in selecting it.

We had good ICO's here, but we had many ICO scams as well! I am guessing that today it's the same ratio as before, on every good project there are at least 10 scams! Choosing that one promising is really hard, that can bring high profit with very low investments! What I saw some people are doing is dividing their capital and they chase that good project with more investments! They don't complain about the profit, going all-in in just one project can end in disaster, choosing more of them gives you more chances to hit some good project that can make some insane rise!
2605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CrazyTime and Monopoly, should we trust? on: February 19, 2022, 12:54:03 PM
I tried these two games a few times... and I didn't win or lose anything big! But I saw some people betting crazy and winning insanely high prizes when they hit this special x2 x3 and x4 numbers... I didn't have the luck to hit that, to be honest, I didn't play it long enough probably! These kinds of games are not so interesting to me, I don't have the problems with trusting them, it's gambling, after all, we can win or lose any time, it's just that some other games are more attractive to me!

Nothing compares to an online game where you have all the necessary tools to validate your bet and be sure that the result was fair. Obviously you will not check all the bets you place, but just by being able to do this at any time, you already have greater security, as the site does not know which bet you are going to validate, so they will be fair in all of them. .
In the case of CrazyTime and Monopoli, your only trust is in the company that is auditing the bets, you will never be able to prove the veracity of the bets yourself.

Yes, we either trust the provider or we don't! As a slot player I trust providers, why would I play them if I don't trust them!? You are right, there are provably fair games where you can check any bet with the validator, but slots, live games, poker are not games where you can do that... so you either trust the site and providers of those games and you play them, or you simply play in-house games where you have greater security! I know I play both...

2607  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BetFury.io|⚡️ Meet BFG on Coinsbit ⚡️| 🎮Free-to-Play on: February 19, 2022, 09:39:25 AM
Is it still worth it to have BFG tokens and earn passive income from Betfury? Do I need to wager or I can just buy it from exchange site? Also I would like to ask if I would be able to acquire BFG tokens too if I place bets in sports betting site? I would like to try some new gambling site where I can maximize my playtime on it. Like earning tokens while playing and earn passive dividends or income.

it actually depends on your risk appetite.

If you have a shitton of tokens and by that, 5 figures and beyond then it's somewhat worth staking. There's a calculator for custom amounts so you get the rough estimate. If not, and you have some extra cash to burn, you could consider purchasing them and collecting altcoins in diluted earnings.

Then there's farming. Basically you park BFG in a pool and gain extra BFGs. But there are no staking rewards.

I guess investing always depends on someone's risk appetite! And I would add how long someone plans to have fun with staking/farming! BFG is not bad at all, it's pretty stable, so there are no worries about losing value over time, and with a nice amount of BFG's (I would say at least 6 figures for +$5 dollars daily) it's definitely a nice passive income!

And yes, you can earn BFG by placing bets on matches. At the time of writing, 1 BFG per 10,900 Satoshi for in-house games, 4,250 Sats for slots.

Well, gambling is gambling! For 100k BFG someone needs to wager 10.9 BTC playing in-house games, or 4.25 BTC playing slots! Smiley
2608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 29 Year Old Legend In Crypto Trading on: February 18, 2022, 09:26:06 PM

So I was searching the Internet for available legends in the world of cryptocurrency trading that have been able to develop a strategy that deliver a passive trading gains and I stumble on this legend called Sam Bankman who is on forb list of crypto billionaires who have broken some record are are able to share their tips.

He was not alone in the list there are even kids in crypto that are doing too good.

These 14- and 9-year-old siblings earn over $30,000 a month mining cryptocurrency

Twelve-year-old boy makes £290,000 from whale NFTs

Beauty of crypto is that its open for everyone there are no regulations and everyone is free to join in.

I think the list is longer... I am not sure can we include Changpeng Zhao, commonly known as "CZ", his net worth is around $96.5 billion, and I am pretty sure he has some crypto on a side nobody knows about!

How many anonymous people there are who made a fortune with crypto but they didn't go public in any way?! I think there are many of them... simply when we look at the last 10 years and all the coins and tokens in that time... and compare prices from 2015 (just an example) with the ones now! It's pretty clear that many people made a fortune with crypto! Some people more, some less, but we are all in profit!

Congrats to this guy for becoming a billionaire! He found a way and he got the best from it! Take some advice from him, but don't follow... that was his way, you need to find your own!

Maybe it has something to do with my browser, but to me it always looks like no one is playing cash games there.
...
should try them. Maybe we'll meet at the tables. Good Luck!  Smiley

I tried slots, and I didn't have the luck to win anything! I barely had for the next buy-in for the series this week! So if I don't win this Sunday (and I am aiming at that first place) I will have to deposit and I will test cash games again, and I will probably try some tournament with buy-in... I am short on time, and if I will play something it should be more interesting, freerolls are freerolls, it's more interesting when you raise the stakes!

Betnomi poker game is becoming more popular with the days going by, I was aware of their tournament which was concluded not long ago and has attracted quite a good number of poker lovers from this forum, be it as poker game is becoming popular by the days it nice to discuss that direction. Betnomi is coming with exciting promos this year for players at the VIP level.

Join then! Why just talk about it when you can start playing with us!
2610  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: February 18, 2022, 08:08:26 PM
...
Gamdom does provide the best service, I also yesterday withdrew the results from sports betting so quickly in the process and also the withdrawal fee was very minimal, not up to $1 in BTC, meaning Gamdom privileges its users on any withdrawals except USD I have never withdrawn it.
If it's a quick withdrawal of a few minutes, of course, sports betting I prefer here when there is any problem it will be responded to quickly.

I have many deposits and withdrawals on Gamdom, and they were always fast! They are a reputable casino and I don't think that anyone had problems with this, except the ones who tried to cheat of course!

Signature campaigner should also thank Gamdom for allowing this, it's a good decision so every one here can freely join without thinking of the KYC, deposit and withdrawing restrictions, I'm surprised at a big number of participants, Gamdom wants to seriously promote their casino here like Duelbits and they made the right decision.

Well, the most important thing is that this matter is solved quickly! I don't think there was any other way of doing it right, participants in the signature campaign should be allowed to withdraw without any requirements! And I agree with you, every casino needs a serious promotion, this is definitely the right decision to make it serious and bigger!
2611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A painful loss on: February 18, 2022, 06:02:04 PM
Such experiences teach us always a bitter lesson not to repeat the same mistake again and be more cautious next time while investing in any project. I feel sorry for your loss but most of us have also been scammed many times So due diligence is always very important while investing.

Well, most of us who are in crypto made a few similar mistakes... we invested in some projects we believed, but they turned out to be scams from the beginning! I agree with you, it's a bitter lesson... but it's a lesson and we should learn from that, every experience counts in the end! Of course, some of us made more than one mistake, but in my case, the last few mistakes were minimal, never invest too much in something new and unproven!
2612  Economy / Economics / Re: [POLL] What is the most likely long term scenario for Bitcoin? on: February 18, 2022, 12:23:13 PM
My assumption is it will be the new era gold so chosen leading asset even overtaking the gold but replacing the fiat currencies and become the most preferred payment for everything is still yet to be known because as of now Bitcoin is considered as asset by most people even long term holders so it will grow more as an asset and people may adopt it as currency if goverment let them to do.

It will be what gold was before, but with more features! I voted for that, it's how I imagine the long-term scenario for Bitcoin... simply Bitcoin has been on top for 10 years, and I think it will stay there! There are good coins around, great projects, but for now, I don't see some real competitors that can shake Bitcoin first place in the near future!
I would like to see Bitcoin overtaking major fiat currencies, but what are the chances for that to happen?! I guess very very low, and even with some low chances, I think we are talking about some distant future!
2613  Economy / Economics / Re: Your opinion on side jobs on: February 17, 2022, 08:05:19 PM
Quote

To me there is nothing like a side job or a main job once you can end an income from any job be it official or unofficial it becomes the main source, once you put in your time and it pays the bills you are on it for some time it becomes your job.
Any job that is bringing you a good income either weekly or monthly is your job. Many unemployment in the country  found a good job in cryptocurrency trading that is giving them a huge amount of money monthly which is really helping them to live well in the society. Some youths engaged themselves in crypto trading during the pandemic that made them to achieved a good job that is giving them income monthly to feed their family and to pay other families bills in the community.

If it brings money it's a job! The only difference between main and side jobs is how much you are involved in and how much you earn from them! The main job is taking more time/energy and should bring more money at the end of the month, but we saw people who start earning more from the side job, where they spent less time/energy... it's natural for them to replace the main job with the one that will bring more money!
I agree that there's a lot of unemployment around the world, and many people earn very low on many jobs, so the only way to survive is to do more jobs! So if someone is capable of doing more things at once should try it!
2614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you regret when you miss selling at ATH followed by a correction on: February 17, 2022, 06:46:55 PM
It's normal to feel regretful when we didn't sell at ATH because even professional traders feel the same. However, things still depend on having the right mindset towards it. Profit is still a profit which we should be grateful for. Sometimes, aiming for more could only lead to more losses. ATH should serve as a motivation but not frustration.

After years in crypto, you realize that you missed many ATH's, simply it's impossible to catch them all, and to do it every time! So I guess you are right, profit is profit, of course, we are trying to get most of every trade and we are grateful with any profit, just not be a loss! Regret is a normal feeling after missing something good, but we don't allow that to eat us from the inside and to make us do something irrational! We should keep emotions out of the picture when we trade whenever we can!

Well this blog is not only useful for newbies but also for a person like me. I am into crypto since 5 to 6 years but still when it comes to trading cryptocurrency I am still not very good in that. We always have to keep learn and change strategies with time. I have gone through your blog and it looks good. I will try to learn something new from this and apply in my trading.

In crypto learning never stops... I am in crypto trading even longer, and every once in a while I see something new, something I missed along the way or that appeared recently! I agree this blog is useful even for people who are in trading for a while, I see some things are simply explanied so everyone can understand it! There's a lot of info gathered and organized in one place... I think I will take another look at some parts, excellent material for learning more!
2616  Economy / Gambling / Re: Profitable Poker Bot ready for use ! on: February 17, 2022, 05:04:35 PM
Exactly. It's not a game of luck, it's a game of skill and decision making. I have doubt about the OPs post tbh, it's likely a scam or the sort, better if it will be test before anyone will bought it or best not to. Slot is just a game of chance and it's random and there are lot of slot bots afaik but for poker, never heard any.
Well, you're right, still think that slots can mess up the machine system settings a bit. However, specifically for poker, what the OP offers will be completely ineffective to use. Everyone including gamblers who are actually involved in poker will laugh at the use of bots which are completely useless.

I never heard about bot for slots! This is something totally new for me! I tried to search about it, but I couldn't find any relevant info... why and how would you use a bot for slots? And I wonder about minimal balance to run that bot! To be honest, slot bot sounds like a joke to me, and one of the things I saw reflects that:

Quote
What is Slot bot in Discord?
Introducing SlotBot, the most boring and repetitive of them all. Join the tens of thousands of SlotBot users today in their quest to seek absolute boredom. Its features include, but are not limited to losing all of your virtual currency to a slot machine!

I don't doubt that OP has some bots, in what I doubt is the effectiveness of his and many other bots! I think that bot for dices/crash/limbo is the simplest of them all, and it's the only bot I like and use... simple games and it's easy to set up a bot and if you are not greedy you can even make it profitable. Other games are more complicated (including trading), so setting up those bots is also hard and complicated, to not even mention a minimum bankroll to run them! So people who are not familiar with bots and how do they work should stay away from this and other bots, because it will lead to losing a big part (if not all) of your bankroll!
2617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 17, 2022, 08:14:35 AM
I lost my bet on Inter yesterday and I even had them +1 at handicap meaning if they lost by one goal I would get my money back but they screw up in the last minutes of the game.I think it is impossible for them to turn things around in Anfield where we know how great the fans are.

Bayern made sure to make as many tickets as possible lose their bets,no one ever imagined that they were not going to win against Salzburg.Of course they are going to qualify for the next round but yesterday their draw result was totally unexpected.

Well, I lost my bets as well! My bet on Inter vs Liverpool was both teams to score, and it's not like Inter didn't have a chance to score! But it is what it is, as you say, probably many people lost together with Bayern draw, I didn't expect that... I guess next game we can play all-in on Bayern, or we can try it, but what if we see another surprise? That looks possible, right?

iv4n

Mate, the most important thing is not to get emotional. I think you have already evaluated the game before the match and made a bet, and now, because of emotions, you want to increase it. Do not do this. I think we need to calm down and just wait for the end of the match.

I got a bit emotional because I was watching the whole thing! Smiley I wrote "I am trying to control myself" and I succeed in that, I didn't place another bet! I decided to wait, it's Thursday and we have nice games in EL, and next week we will have another try in CL! I hope a better one, this time it was a disaster for me!
2618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 16, 2022, 09:02:22 PM
An unexpected start in the match between Salzburg and Bayern and live bets on the victory of Bayern are accepted with odds of 2.35. I see no reason not to bet. Easy Money. I am sure that Bayern is not Atlético and will rectify the situation very quickly.
2,40 already.

It's 2.95 at Betfury at the moment, but they have lower odds than on some other places! I have one bet on Bayern to win, but after this surprise, I am watching at this odds and I am thinking about making a new one... I feel like they can turn this game upside down, but I am trying to control myself here!

May be worth to wait a break and place a bet at an even better odds?  Roll Eyes

Well, I had some bets recently, favorites to win at some lower odds... I was watching those games and live odds at the same time, in some moments I felt regret I didn't wait! I placed bets under x1.3, but in the live game in some moments the same bet was over x3! Similar to now! But I wasn't brave to add more to my bet and risk, like now...
2619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin doesn't have a bright future anymore on: February 16, 2022, 07:46:02 PM
All the gains with btc were made already if we are looking for 4 years from now is only 2-3x .
ETH I could see 5X in the next 4 years it has lower marketcap and better roi.
I wouldn't bet on metaverse coin yet because all the project look superb. look at sandbox, decentraland is not look like they have bright future too.

Well it's pretty basic math that there is not much room anymore for BTC to do another x5 or even a x10 from here on as the early investors already made a x1000 or even way more. The same is also true for ETH though maybe not to the same extent but still the early investors of ETH also already made a x1000. What is also a factor that speaks for BTC is the fact that for most people that are not so much into crypto it is still true that cryptocurrencies = bitcoin because that is the only crypto project that they know so if such people enter the crypto space they are mostly investing into Bitcoin first and maybe later they invest into other projects too.

Basic math... we can play with that you know! Bitcoin at $1 million, it's x25 from now! Or you can take Ripple for another example and imagine it's going to be $100 (which is pretty impossible or not?!) and it's over x100... and you can add more examples, but the main question is do you believe that Bitcoin will hit $1 million before ripple hits $100?! So in the end, like always, every investment has its risks and possible gains... it's why we have odds and chances! Please don't get me wrong, I am not arguing you here, I belive there are some coins that can make x1000 or more in the future, but they are riskier than investing in Bitcoin and waiting for some safe return!
2620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 16, 2022, 06:36:07 PM
Red Bull Slazburg vs Bayern Munich

And just 2 hours later, this match will be held. Bayern Munsiha's side are now a bit upset after losing 4-2 to VFL Bochum. However, the Champions League match is definitely more important to them. Against Slazburg they will think of nothing but victory.
However, the interesting thing is that these two teams have met 4 times before. And Slazburg have won two games against Bayern Munich. Let's see if Slazburg shows any surprises again in today's match. This is their home match.
this is going to be a pretty easy match and bet I guess.
In this context, it does not mean that we exclude and underestimate RB Sarzburg because indeed they are also a good team because being in the UCL, especially in the knockout stages like this, is certainly a pretty good achievement.
But on the other hand the comparison is very far and it is certain that Bayern do not want to make the same mistakes as they did in the Bundesliga some time ago.

I also think that this will be a pretty easy win for Bayern, I expect them two win both games, not just to win, I think they will run over Salzburg! Yes, they lost the last match against Bochum, but that will just make them crazier I guess, it's Bayern... one of the rare clubs that gives maximum when nobody expects them to do that! Of course, they have a bad game here and there, but they are a top team and in this case, they are much better!
