I guess we have our own preferences when it comes to investment and bitcoin is not always the first choice for some, though majority still bet on it. But as long as we are investing in crypto, there's always its bear and bull season benefits that each investor should understand so they won't up entering at the market at the wrong time. But i must say, both have a win-win scenario. However, it will add more profits if we can make a good entry and a good exit because it will determine how investors are capable of that.

Over time, any experienced crypto user should learn to sell in a bull market and buy in a bear market. Many do exactly the opposite, dumping their holdings during major sell-offs and buying when the price is already high.

But I wouldn't spend my bitcoin for buying alts in a bull market. I don't think that's a good decision for me and if I'm going to stack up altcoins. I'd be doing it during the bear market.

It's much better to do that on that season when the price of everything is cheap. However, there's no delay if you're going to sell at any time when your reason is that you needed money for things that you have to spend it for emergency.

I am trying to figure out a way to understand that my btc increases in a bear market. If I have like 0.05 btc which for instance is equal to $7,000. In a bull market, the dollar may rise to $9,000. Then in a bear market, I am not sure that 0.05 btc will increase to 0.06 btc. I will need explanation from OP about this please.

In this matter, we cannot deny there are many people who lost their money in crypto investment/trading. However, it is all about "knowledge". This really should be the case in an ideal scenario, but the reality for many proves the opposite. Thus, many people buy coins when their price has reached a high and, accordingly, sell them when the price has reached a low. Well, most continue to hodl until the price reaches the target.

Bull and bear market in crypto intended to create a win-win scenario, thus no losses but purely gains. Our mind is financially tricky, that's why everyone gets scared in a bear market and sells off everything. That being said, I used to have this question on my mind why do people always sell their bitcoins when the market is dumping? is it that they fear the bear market? but my findings help me to understand that the crypto market is more than just a regular spot trading of BTC?USD, we have margins, futures, and options, they will sell in other to mitigate their loss.
If I have the capacity to gather more wealth one day, I will be a full-time trader, both bear and bull markets should be a win-win if you know how to play around, sometimes holding and waiting for another bear market is never enough to accomplish huge profits.

What shows in the image you've shared is true, but bearish market has one certain effect on some people. Yes, you could gain more bitcoin by buying the dip, that's a advantage if you have the funds to do so, but for those who do not have, and merely making profits from trading when the market is in sideways, bearish market is not good for them. I mean, especially if they lack on trading skills, they'll be force to sell their coins in any price on bearish market because they have nothing to buy foods and pay their bills.

It’s part of the trading game. There’s no such thing as pump or dump only. In life, there are ups and downs. Same thing goes with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies that are subject to market volatility. We’ve got to appreciate it. As long as you do not sell your coins at a low price and keep your coins, you can't say a total loss because you still have the opportunity to sell the coins at the highest price later. Yes, it depends on how we respond to the bull and bear markets.
