I am enjoying coinbase. It is user friendly and can be used on both platforms desktop as well as phones. Most advantageous thing about it is, it asks you only for email verification each time you logging. This is important when it comes to time limit. On other hand there are many wallets which asks you for your private key or keystone to access your bitcoin address which makes it very difficult to logging fast. So you can choose your wallet personally as per your need. There are plenty of them out there.
Coinbase looks good, but if you have ex Russian IP address they don't allow you to buy / sell anything. It's strange, because Bitcoin status in Russia is the same as in USA or Germany. Some other countries are also affected - https://www.coinbase.com/global?locale=enIt looks strange for me. The latest news has told me if russia will try to make a legal statue for the bitcoin. But too many verification on coinbase, that makes so complicated to use coinbase in this time and especially they're included on the third party. It's not good for everyone to keep his money on there. |

I dont know what wallet this day that has no fees in every transactions. Been a coinbase and xapo user before cause they dont have fees , until one day both of them has already fees .so disappointing. All of the wallet will take the fees to deliver your transaction or your transaction gets stuck on the bitcoin network. The exchange site gets a problem, the differences volume among every exchange site. But bitfinex case makes you not be able to withdraw your money through wire transaction. It tells you a lot. |

Hoping to be approved by this time despite of disapproving so many times, and if that happens bitcoin price will suddenly blow its price and thats the thing ive been waiting for.
Let's hope for the best. In reality during the past appeals for Etf several statements have been put forth that need to be fulfilled to get it approved. This time the time gap between consecutive appeals is very low to fulfill all the necessity. So this time too everything is gonna be an expectation till revealed about the result. as far as i can remember last time they rejected ETF with main reason being "it is not regulated" and also "the price is too volatile" and nothing about these two have changed, bitcoin is not regulated yet and price is still volatile. so unless there is something more that i don't know, they will reject it once again. OMG are you serious?  Man, those people are jokers, what's so bad about it being not regulated? They are most probably shitting their pants because bitcoin is becoming increasingly stronger with time and/or banks donated a nice donation to them in order to do what they want because with bitcoin banks can't see their future in the upcoming decades. Either way I didn't care about it all along, when bitcoin wants to grow with the involvment of something other than honest people who want to free the world from the tyranny of banks, nothing works. The fight for bitcoin is not going to be easy and such problems as not approving the etf should be like nothing for us, the people who truly believe in bitcoin. Has there been a decision yet on the ETF today? There doesn't seem to be a lot of price movement right now. Looks the market not give a feedback for ETF decision. There hasn't been a decision about ETF. I think if that will get another reject. The market is being stable right now. |

Hello, After successfully predicting BTC moves in 2016 here on the forum, I have a new set of 2017 predictions that I'm using to trade the current move. 1. Rise to $1,200-$1,300 (Current move) 2. Correction to $800-$900 level and range trading for a while 3. Rise to $1,500 4. Correction to $900-$1,000 and range trading for a while 5. Continued rise to $2,000 by end of year tldr; BTC will double this year after making a couple of moves up and down. That is similar to my predictions that I just made a few days ago. But recently I read a news that Chinese people are buying more bitcoins and it has reached the highest peak compared to before. With this movement probably by the end of January bitcoin will reach Two Thousand Dollars each and by the end of the year a 10k dollar price will shock the market by the end of the year. Actually, 2000$ before end of this year is very achievable but 10k$ before end of this year it is shockingly if that happens. Though, according to the bitcoin experts by year 2025 bitcoin can become 10k$-100k$ each bitcoin. $10 000 looks a dream in this year. That not based on the fact about bitcoin. $2000 makes sense in every people's mind. But $10000 looks so crazy. Those don't try to see about the fact. |

If you think about the acceptability and availability then I would prefer gold to Bitcoin, I don't think that Bitcoin hasn't any credibility and availability in current situation but it needs more way to go and more spread out over the world. Many a countries still doesn't allow Bitcoin but hopefully within very soon Bitcoin will be a popular media of exchange.

I was thinking, because of Bitcoin price skyrocketed, would it be wise to buy bitcoin now? I have some bitcoin in wallet, but nothing much, and i was thinking to buy some bitcoin more. But because of price rising in last few days i am not sure what to do, because if i buy now, maybe price will go down and ill lose profit, or maybe it will go up and i did not buy so ill lose profit too. What are your thinking on matter and what do you think how much will price of bitcoin rise this year?
Don't be afraid to buy bitcoin now with such pretty high price, cause even in the case price go down - bitcoin will come back on the previous price and will grow higher. Everything that you will need to do is to wait. The same way you can wait to the price fall down a bit (it's also possible) and to buy bitcoin that time. But the decrease of bitcoin price was enough to make a lot of newbies get panic. Patience is like a gold in bitcoin. some people are not having a strong mental to meet the bitcoin market. You will get your reward based on your total stakes, that means the total bounty will get divided by the total stake. And at the end of the campaign your stake will be calculated by the manager or dev. That's relaly simple explanation. |

Im relatively new to crytocurrency. I have read in manys sources that the safest place to store bitcoins is in a offline wallet. Why are offline wallets the safest? What are your recommendations?
Offline wallet means if you're not need to connect your computer to the network if you're trying to checking your amount on your wallet. That means you can try to check them everytime with just clicking the icon on your dekstop. I will give you a recomendation to use hardware wallet and offline wallet. The hardware can be intergrated with offline wallet. |
