Very dissatisfied with this site. Decided I didn't want to play since they didn't have any games I wanted, and they made me bet 3x my deposit to be able to withdraw! This means when I deposited 0.1 btc I had to bet a total of 0.3 btc to be able to withdraw, and when I got to that amount I lost all my money. Would not recommend this scam site  Angry

Read T&C before you start playing.

Quote
8.9.1. if the total bet is less than three times the first deposit, the Company reserves the right to withhold 20% of the amount being withdrawn as a fee.
I am not denying that this is a rule but I am saying this is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine walking into a casino with 20$ and you have to bet 60$ to be able to leave. What a joke

Yes, I  think it is unfair to users, unless the btc is bonus, there will be a wager requirement, there is not reasonable to set a withdraw limit from deposit, totally unfair. And they will eat your btc when u wanna gamble 3X of your deposit.

Btw, the casino on my signature is great, u guys can click and register with my ref link. Check out today! Cheesy

We would like to announce that account hold on user Get_Money has been lifted.

After careful inspection of this situation we have lifted the hold on user’s initial deposit as well as the winnings. User Get_Money can now access and withdraw his/her account on FortuneJack and claim winnings to the fullest. In total 54.98 BTC.

For the past couple of days many questions have been asked and many allegations have been made towards our casino, while it is understandable that similar situations often cast doubt, community should also understand that as a professional crypto casino, we are obliged to take some security precautions in order to make sure that our system is 100% secure and fair.

As a result of fraud investigation, no proof has been found that user Get_Money played and won in an unlawful and/or fraudulent way. Therefore, we would like to congratulate the winner and apologize for a delayed investigation.

We do realize that such cases should be handled much faster and we assure you that we will try our best to increase the effectiveness of handling such situations, but you as users should also understand that fraud protection is a crucial part of any professional casino operation and it cannot and will not be eliminated.

Let us state the questionable facts that led to this fraud investigation:

1. User played 3300 hands with 1200 loosing and 1100 winning stakes, got 2200% of profit over his initial deposit within 20 hours of playing. So he knew exactly when to bet high and when low.
2. While checking IP addresses, we concluded he was playing via VPN or Proxy server, as we had 4 different country IP’s listed in our database. User described his VPN decision as his privacy concern, while his emails stated name, middle name and surname fully (most probably fake)
3. User started playing with 2 BTC and low bets (0.05) and had a quite rapid rise to 17 BTC. We are not saying it is a fraud but fraud team HAS to look into this kind of bets, it is a requirement which some people fail to understand.
4. Again, individually none of these facts are enough for fraud inspections, but these facts combined together with minor ones like: specific wallet for gambling on FortuneJack, being a high roller with no bitcointalk account (and then suddenly registering), raised the need for fraud inspection.

We could not exclude the possibility of player knowing the card outcome before cards were dealt. We had to check our system for possible bugs and glitches. Lots of people criticizing FortuneJack are not familiar with casino operations and will never understand standards behind it, but we want to assure you that we acted following all international standards of fraud protection.

Since its foundation FortuneJack has been dedicated to bringing highest standards of professionalism and fairness to the crypto-currency gambling industry and we won’t accept unfair allegations from people who have 0 knowledge in the subject and have more trust in the user who registered several days ago than in a brand that never had a single issue with the community before.

Finally, to close this issue we congratulate the winner and apologize for delay in handling this situation. We are open to any additional questions you might have.

FortuneJack Management Team

Great, fair enough, I also don't think he is a fraud because your casino is provably fair, he is just very very lucky on the games and he is the gamble master, less than 1% of players are masters, you should pay them to prove you are a fair and professional casino.

lucky? either way he know how to win or he is lucky enough, i guess he know how to win, perhaps he might share his winning tricks to us lol  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

If you wanna win a lot in poker games like blackjack, luck and skills are both necessary, not only in gamble games, but also in every match. Even a newbie gets 20 or 21 point, he would know stand but not hit  Cheesy

Hey fox,

I'm looking at this right now. The cards looked horribly out of proportion. May I know which browser and OS are you using? And let us know if it's mobile, because our site is not optimized for mobile right now.

Windows 8 using chrome, not a mobile OS.

Yes, you are right, I never see those cards which the banker hit. The cards are not displayed.

Btw, I find another bug, when I split, I can't see the new cards I hit.
Any bounty for bug report?  Cheesy

Initial investigation lead me thinking it's a CSS bug. Somehow the card sizes and layout got jumbled up and it leads to the cards not display properly (hence the split display problem, and not seeing the card banker's hit).

I actually looked at your account "fox19891989" on CoinRoyale and noticed you didn't play a single game in BTC. Did you play it in free credits mode? I was just looking to refund your loss (and more) for those games.

Regardless, I've gave you a small bounty for this frontend bug. I'll be awaiting for more information from your end so our team could fix this soonest possible. And in normal case, the cards should look like these, instead of oversized card with smallish face:

p/s: If possible, can we take this to our main discussion thread here? We would like to keep this thread strictly to signature campaign related discussion Smiley

Yes, it is a free credits mode, I am new to blackjack and just wanna try to play it on your site. Sometimes loading time is slow. I don't need refund because it's free mode.

I just played blackjack on your site, I am a newbie, why I lost this time? I didn't click hit and just clicked stand, I should win, but why I lost this time? Do I miss some rules? Just see the screenshot

Banker: 2+J = 12, I got 17(I didn't click hit and just clicked stand). Mine is bigger and under 21, shouldn't I win this time?

Why the banker displayed 21 not 12?

Yes, I am confused, is it a website bug? Similarly, I find other faults before(I should have won but lost chips)

have you contacted victor for this? it should be 12 instead of 21 and you should win this match, lets hope victor refunded your loss

There is a bug on this one. The bug does not display the third card of the banker that should be equal to 10.

Yes, you are right, I never see those cards which the banker hit. The cards are not displayed.

I'am in China, but can't get your confirmation code, I tried to resend many times(over 10 times), but still got nothing, how can I register?

Dear fox19891989,

Have you tried the alternative "call me" feature instead of the SMS code feature? This button becomes active in about 30 seconds after you enter your password. Shortly after the button is clicked, you will get a phone call from our robot. It will then provide you the relevant account access code.

Yours sincerely,
Bit-X Staff

Hi, thanks, registration has been done, more than 30 seconds actually, I waited 2 minutes. Will u site implement email registration in the future? Login and sign up with a mobile number is more complicated, we have to wait for the confirmation code.
