1824  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★☆★ myDice.co | BITCOIN DICE | PLAY | INVEST | FAIR | ★☆★ | on: April 18, 2015, 02:44:44 PM
why this is no faucet? player love to play if they have faucet....

Faucet doesn't attract players better go in pd if you are only looking for a faucet.

LOL, dadice faucet is the best, much much much better than PD, i have wagered 0.6btc on dadice, my faucet is 6000 sat. If i wagered 0.6btc in PD, my faucet is pathetic 250 sat faucet.  Cheesy

Rollin faucet is the second choice, everyone can get at least 750 sat faucet.  Wink

The first freerolls for the launching was indeed great but the budget for advertising purpose should be big enough as well, take a look at betvip, even if the sites offer big freeroll daily for 0.1 and daily GTD tournament, the people playing there is only a little, it sure takes some time but for now I do think that more promotions is needed

Yes, it takes time, betcoin poker runs for 2 years, SWC runs for 3+ years, time will tell.

Poker house owner must be patient, Not only in poker sites, many casinos are not profitable, only a few casinos runs for many years, have earned good reputations can earn a lot of profits.

Well, not all casino sites will be profittable in a short run, we can see alot of sites being sell of because the site is not profittable.
You are right about the time for each casino to established their trust to the customer but at this rate even if the sites run for 2+ years without some great marketing boost, the still will probably be forgotten by that time. So admin need to consider some more marketing boost

Yes, admin do more promotions, add some hourly freerolls, your 2btc big freeroll is a good promotion, we don't see you are highly active here. If you wanna success, do more promotions and freerolls like SWC or luckyflop.  Wink

1827  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin The Best Making Donation? on: April 18, 2015, 08:39:17 AM
Several reputable charities that operated around the world are now starting to receive bitcoin donations.

What do you think is the edge of bitcoin compared to traditional money?

Donations are tax free right?

Advantages: compared to bank wire transfers, btc transfers cost cheaper fees and is much faster than bank wire transfer.

BTC is anon, so you don't need provide your personal info to others, that's another advantage.
1828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinions on Online Gambling and Bitcoin on: April 18, 2015, 08:34:09 AM
Hello Everyone,

I am a young entrepreneur and I want my niche to be online P2P gambling, with no house edge. I believe this is a system where by provably fair sites can remove some of the stigmas associated with skill-based and chance games, as well as provide educated people (statisticians for example) and long-run method by which to make real returns from their knowledge despite an economy that undervalues their skills (even though they're paid more than the poultry that goes for average these days).

Anyhow, I understand that there are many counterpoints and draw backs from what I have said. We are aware that gambling has ruined lives before. Yet, recently governments (UK, Canada, Italy, etc.) has begun to offer online gaming as a way to generate taxes. Does government ownership of gambling make it more legitimate? Are the government's imposed limits a big difference in when it comes to the application of these devices? Are some governments/regions/jurisdictions more progressive than others?

This conversation is of particular interest to me so thank you for any and all input.

Open Ocean

P2P gambling, with no house edge, so you make money from service fees right? It is interesting, but P2P game is not very popular here, people like play casino games.

I know some p2p games in the community, but they get low traffics, hardly run a P2P game here. Unless your game is awesome.

Sure! Bitcoins is much better than fiat to play with and soon or later all the sites would accept it.
Just time...

BTC transfer is faster and cheaper than bank wire/transfer.  Cool I love it very much, we don't need ID verification or utility bill to withdraw in btc casinos or poker houses.  Cheesy

1832  Economy / Gambling / Re: What dice sites do you use? on: April 18, 2015, 05:34:58 AM
I only use Dadice, it is the future of dice site, it implements social media features, we can chat in the site, besides, send or get tips in the site, which is the most awesome function. Additionally, dadice has the best faucet.

I used JD before, but there was not faucet, no fun.
1833  Economy / Gambling / Re: What dice sites do you use? on: April 18, 2015, 05:14:04 AM

1836  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does investing on a bitcoin dice bankroll a good idea? on: April 17, 2015, 01:16:54 PM
Here's a question I got for you guys:

For eg JD's Bankroll is 0 (Don't Laugh, Its just an example)! I invest 1 BTC there, And another gambler comes in and loses 1 BTC! So I get 1.9 BTC and 0.1 goes to dooglus... But I think the odds aren't on my side if the gambler knows when to stop!
The chances of gambler to double his money is 49.5%.. My odds are 50.5%

But if the gambler wins he gets 2x of the bet amount i.e. 2 BTC
But if I(house) win/s, I just get 90% profit i.e. 1.9 BTC

So isn't it better to gamble yourself and stop on the right time rather than investing on the house?

No, you are wrong. "gamble yourself and stop on the right time" is very very very difficult, or everyone will be a winner, we may lose all of your money in the long term, but house is always winning in the long term because they have 1% house edge.
1837  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best bitcoin casino? on: April 17, 2015, 11:37:42 AM
Well that's the risk of every investment.

Right, but if you invest in house, you have 1% house edge for long term, it means that you investment is +EV.  Grin

Gamble and trading btc/altcoins are all investment, but they are -EV, unless you have good strategies and luck.
1838  Economy / Gambling / Re: Does investing on a bitcoin dice bankroll a good idea? on: April 17, 2015, 11:26:02 AM
If they will not run away with your funds, share 50% house edge is very high.

Current owner acquired satoshidice for over 120000+ btc, I think they will not run away with your funds in recent years because their investment is over 120000 btc. If they want to screw their investment, just run away with house fund, but the house fund can't cover that principal.
1839  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: April 17, 2015, 11:00:02 AM

Ive been gambling at fj everyday for last 5 months+

having backing from people who've been in online gambling industry since 1999, fj will be a winner.

i even predict it will be in top 3 crypto casinos

the last week or so they have been having some problems. but i know that behind the scenes they are working 24/7 trying to get sll the bugs and a new dice system up ASAP

in a few days you will see the improvement if the site.

Wow, how many btc you have earned here? I remember you usually get str8 flush here  Grin You are really lucky here. It seems that you are a BIG winner in FJ like kweniboo.
