XFX emailed me yesterday and told me they would make it right. Not sure what that means exactly, but they said they made a mistake and should have atleast sent me a 6850. I currently have another 5830 in with them for repair/replacement so I guess when they're done with that one, they'll let me know what they're doing.
do you have a original bill with your name on it or have you bought the cards used? TIA
