You know very well that a player that you sent to BetSoft should have won a jackpot but ended up receiving a fraction of what he should have received. You are responsible if you send a player to a certain software provider's "server", the player wins, but the software provider does not payout. By sending players to a software provider that you know acts unfairly to players, you yourself are acting unfairly to players, and you are whoring out whatever reputation you have left in exchange for payment from the software provider that you receive. We are continuing to research this matter in great detail, but your statements indicate that every casino offering Betsoft games should take them down immediately and not give Betsoft an opportunity to respond to this. The top online casinos at BitcoinTalk use Betsoft games, therefore your statements should be directed at all of the casinos that use Betsoft games if you really believe this to be true. This was not a Betcoin issue it was a Betsoft issue that could have happened on any casino offering Betsoft games. Our negative trust and comments all come from this issue between a player and Betsoft that Betcoin worked tirelessly to make right for the player. We understand the responses and inquiries regarding this and are not disappointed that it happened while at Betcoin because it will only make things better for our growing community and once our software provider finishes the update, we have some wonderful new features that will be integrated. |

Lutpin, we continue to study this in great detail and have asked for an independent auditing of the games. We are certainly assessing the situation in full and further detail and will do what is right. We must also note that our top competitors use the software providers games yet because of this player situation which we handled well for the player are thrust into this position. We pretty much told them what you said and according to the software provider and the player they made things right. If you are saying you shouldn't trust Betcoin, then you shouldn't trust all of our competitors who feature these same games and many of the top online casinos. If this is how you really feel then why do you give us negative trust and not them? We don't think they deserve negative trust and we also do not deserve negative trust. This situation was actually made right by Betcoin and it would be interesting to see how others would have handled it. We love our great players and want to give them the best place to play. There were other issues involved like it was a free / bonus round and those shouldn't payout jackpots we were told but this wasn't clear. If, as you say, the problem lied with Betsoft vs jasonort, then why did you deliberately change the terms of service to act as if jasonort did not meet the requirements to win the jackpot, and intentionally did not change the "Last updated" date until far after the incident was "resolved"? We actually didn't realize you have to manually do that in the system. Once we were notified that was changed and now we have been able to change it again. We need to have archived versions that will come on the next system update. Ask the player as we were clear with him from the very beginning. Sometimes he didn't like the pace or speed of things but that is to be expected in a situation like this. |

Nobody has posted any true evidence for those scam accusations.
But in same time you are all flaming around and I decided to leave because I don't want to stand in a split fire. Im a campaign manager not a lawyer.

There are always going to be trolls, no? roslinpl has been a phenomenal campaign manager, even better than all of us have anticipated, but the attacks on him have had a great toll on him and we respect his decision to finish Stage 9 and no longer manage the Betcoin.ag Signature campaign. He has taught our internal staff a tremendous amount about how to manage the campaign and the campaign will continue in full force with our new manager which is a member of our internal team. JayJuanGee you are correct there will always be trolls, but we do understand how they can have an effect on somebody feelings, stress levels, and decisions to move forward. Some other members of our staff have experienced the same emotions as they continue to push forward and provide a great service. We thought about making this a moderated topic, but most of us really don't mind the trolling and see it as a byproduct of a successful business. We just want to provide the very best service possible and certainly everything can use an improvement and we are working very hard on that. When you hate or dislike something, you don't want to spend your time there or consume it. It speaks volumes that our largest trolls spend more time at Betcoin and in our forum threads than many of our highest volume players. The negative trust by Lutpin and xetsr is with regards to an issue that we helped settle for the player. It was a dispute between the player and Betsoft. Everyone knows that including the player. Had we not got involved, the player would have got nothing from Betsoft. The irony to the negative trust is the player that was effected by Lutpin's comment regarding negative trust has more trust for Betcoin.ag than ever before. We have now hundreds of daily players for which we are very thankful and have numerous new signups everyday because fortunately people are smart enough to try our service and experience it themselves and once they do, they quickly realize that Betcoin is a great place to play. We have come a long way and have a long way to go and we appreciate everyone's involvement.
