people should simply buy when they feel comfortable to do so. if you do a bit research before buying, you mostly get a good indication of when to buy.

I think they will somewhat solve this problem in near future.
Do not ever underestimate Greeks. They may be lazy but they know they need to do something about this mess.
This is said since so many years.Nothing will change.It's just all a big mess.And the ones who have to suffer are as always the normal people while thr damn elite is just laughing and on't give a fuck! the elite are too powerful, which basically means nothing will change the comming 10-20 years. the only thing you can do is save as much as you can and store a large part of it in bitcoin. |

$350 is a very difficult price level, but the $400 level is even more difficult as whale traders will try to not let it go over $400. they will place large sell walls to scare people off.

i don't know how many times i check the price, but for sure it's a lot. due to the bull run i check the price even more than before.

i think for now the $350 price level is what can be considered the hard to get level as we've seen the $300 price level that was very hard to break through.

Its better to stay because bitcoin has a lot of potencial growing. There is an amount limited of bitcoins, and if all the people wants one, there aren't bitcoins for all, the price could increse and double in few time.
that's why you can split 1 bitcoin into 100,000,000 smaller pieces. even with the current price a lot people don't have even 0.5btc. |

a few months back i also had a dream that bitcoin was at over $1000 again. i sold a few coins and was very happy untill i woke up and see the price is nowhere near the $1000  |

Chinese and their capital controls. A very slippery ground to build BTC price growth on. This means this BTC price jump might just be part of a speculating trend.
maybe prince will come strong after this year and i think we never see again bitcoin price drop much again with bitcoin i have learned to never take things for granted. if you think it can't go lower anymore, then it will go lower. the market is too volatile to think it won't drop a lot at some point. |

I've been mining bitcoins for a while now, and I think it's time to pick some fruits of my labour.
But the site where I'm mining, doesn't do SEPA transfers to Dutch banks.
So what's the most convenient way to convert my bits in to cash? Of course with little as possible overhead.
since you want to cash out to a dutch bank, i can assume that you are from the netherlands. why don't you use bitonic.nl to cash out. on working days you will have the money the same day in your bank account if you sell them in the morning. |

Buying with borrowed money isn't a good idea.
Maybe you can earn from these money but the bad scenario is if you loose.
Then you should look for another opportunity to cover the lost and would be stressful.
best advice: only buy something with money you really have. borrowed money stinks, and will give you a lot problems if things don't go to plan for you. |

Looks like all of a sudden climb slows down, I left my office it's $330, now its down to $320. Is this the new floor price of BTC now?
We can't tell just yet, but it looks like it's going up from here. Just a quick retrace before another bull run to new highs. let's just hope $300 is the real floor with very strong support. it's sad if we go below $300 again. the price went up in a good pace, but i now hope it will rise further in a slower but more stable manner. |

my guess is $350-$400 for this year. before the bull run started i didn't even expected the price to break through the $300 barrier this year. china is definitely up to something.

It has even taken me by surprise. I know a lot of miners are much happier.
i hope they won't use their saved stash to dump it the comming days/weeks. it's better for the price to find a stable level now so we can advance even further. as long as it stays above $300, it's fine. |

The reason is that you can now buy BTC with RMB from banks (supposedly not possible since 2013).
If you understand the issues of "capital control" it is not hard to see why this would push the value of BTC up.
(the real question is how long until they "ban purchasing" again)
they will ban bitcoin again once they see cash is flowing from china into other parts of the world. i hope they will be a bit more friendly towards bitcoin and embrace it instead of fighting it. |

it isnt on 320 dollars anymore though most probably it will get back tomorrow lets hope that we are going to the moon
it's two steps foward, and one step back, and then again two steps forward with the current sentiment. i hope china will continue with pumping hard as they have been doing for the last few weeks. |

My speculation that it will reach the $325 in this following year 2016 and will never going down. it will play around $310-$325.
never say never when it comes to bitcoin. everything is possible here. we've seen that already when no one expected the price to go below $200, and it did go below $200. |

I can't believe people want to sell!!
I'm in buy n hold mode for the next couple of years whether the price goes up or down.
traders are taking profits. what's wrong with that? most traders are simply only intetested in quick profits. for these traders holding coins for a few years is no option. |

Just checked, printing at $316.49....
I knew we will get to 300 and expected a breach up to around the 310 but thought it would fall back a bit once it got there but seems like somebody lit a fire under bitcoin's backside. At this rate we'll be around 320 before the week is done.
as long as we don't fall back to below $300 it's all good. we can't expect the price to go higher and higher without people taking profits at certain price levels. i just hope the support at the $300 level is strong enough. |

i think this thread will be quoted all the way up to new ath.  it's because people get excited over every $1 increase. at this point i don't mind because the price is going up quite a bit the last days. |
