It seems now that Bitcoin is not going over 500 for at least 2 - 2.5 months. That is very good news for Lisk holders and the launch date at end of May. That leaves a nice sweet spot of at least a month or so Yes this can be good news! More bitcoin to spare for LISK! Does anyone know why it will be 2 to 2.5 months before bitcoin will go up versus now? bitcoin price got rejected hard at a long term trend level and having trouble getting back up. Most likely the price will decrease and/or sideways for a month or two before the halving and starting to move back up for the big rally. |

I'm almost certain prices will peak immediately after launch, but drop drastically within 24 hours. This may have a positive side however, as a lot of folks who missed the ICO and are eager to hoard LISK, seize the oppertunity to actually buy it at a reduced price. Though prices beneath ICO-value are unlikely, unless this whole project utterly fails and goes up in flames.
How are you coming to this conclusion? It could be either way - the first 24 hours might see many people looking to sell their LISK and therefore make the price fall instead of going up, but then the price recovers. Exactly ... ! A lot of people who invested in the LISK ICO are anxious to sell off their assets asap after launch, lowering the price. Then other folks seize the oppertunity to get (some) Lisk cheap and those who sold off at the very start might get in again with a lower price. Due all of this, price should eventually go up. Its all theory ofcourse but I highly doubt Lisk is being sold into oblivion in a short time and ends up being one of those vague alts worth almost nothing. we also don't know how many people will be waiting on day one to buy. If only less than 4000 people bought into the ICO, there could be 10000 people waiting to pick up on poloniex. nobody knows. |

What I don't understand atm: Do these sidechains have their own 101 delegates? If yes, how are they rewarded? sidechains get fees generated within the dapp not rewards from forging. no delegates just fees from people using the dapp hosted on a fast sidechain node, which could be yours also. |
